When I expressed those concerns to Layton she provided good feedback and options for me to make sure I was satisfied. The space is always really clean, they are always on time, and they always have the best customer service.

I have been to the Elase spa in AF four times and it’s customer service is generally great. The spa is clean and everyone friendly.I am giving this review three stars because of my micropen treatment. When I called to make the appointment I told her that I wanted micro needling that had been recommended during my skin profile. She asked a specifying question of which micropen treatment I wanted and told her I was unsure because it was my first time receiving that treatment. She scheduled my appointment and hung up. I showed up for my appointment and the person treating me was really nice and asked if I had used numbing cream. I told her no because I had no idea what she was talking about. She asked me other questions and then asked if I had a high pain tolerance I told her maybe. And she told me it could hurt but that was it. We proceeded with the treatment and it hurt. Throughout the treatment I asked follow up questions about the numbing cream and she explained that it was prescription. And at one point she said micro needling without the numbing could be torture, which it was. At the very end I brought up the cream again and she mentioned there were over the counter options but they aren’t as good as the prescription. I thought why wouldn’t you have told me at the beginning of the treatment. I’m so disappointed that no one explained what prep work I needed to do and then once I had not done it help me to have better experience with over the counter options.I am 4 days out from the treatment and nothing has changed. I think she may have gone light on me because I had not used the numbing cream. So disappointed I spent money on this treatment.

Cambria gave me a Diamond Glow Facial today. This was my first one and she was kind, cheerful, and explained everything as she went. It was super relaxing and when we were finished I could immediately tell a difference in my skin. It may have been my first Diamond Glow but definitely not my last!

I’ve had laser hair removal done at Elase. I the first couple areas I had done years ago we’re effective so I recently had a couple more areas done. I appreciate the promotions Elase does regularly and the flexible payment options. One time the laser did get hot and I experienced a topical burn. The workers provided an enzyme gel free of charge to help heal the burn. At my next appointment I communicated my fears of being burned again and the workers adjusted settings and procedures to help me be more comfortable. I continued with my treatments despite the burn because overall the treatment has been effective and the service has been friendly and caring. I plan to do to more areas as soon as I am able.

I love coming here. It is such a wonderful experience every time.

Hayley was an excellent aesthetician in my laser hair removal treatment today. She also gave some very good advice toward using products that might benefit certain conditions I’ve been concerned about recently. She didn’t have to go above the typical concerns of the treatment that I had today - but she did, and the extra time she spent was very valuable to me. Haley did a great job today doing my laser hair removal. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

I got an eyebrow lift with Botox and the nurse practitioner ended up popping a blood vessel leaving me with a decent bruise around my eye. The NP was fully aware of what had happened and apologized for the bruise. Ended up paying a high price for some nerve damage. It has been 6 months now. I can tell my left eye does not look the same as before. Definitely some nerve damage which lead to facial paralysis. I do not recommend them for botox injections.

First with consulting me on an upcoming procedure, then during my injection appointment, ending with helpful information on a skin care regimen and post treatment care. They are all so kind and laid back but exceed professionalism through excellent guest care. 5 stars

I must say that Elase took all the fear out of the process and made everything as smooth as possible (if you know what I mean). The AF location is awesome and if your thinking about lasar hair removal or Cool Sculpting the crew is awesome and make it very comfortable. I would definitely go to Elase if your serious about these services. Highly recommend!!!

I went to the Elise location in American Fork for laser hair removal on my face. I have to say, from the moment I walked in to the building, I was so impressed! Very clean and professional. Layton and Angie helped me and both were so kind to answer all of my questions. They were very reassuring and helpful. Layton performed the laser treatment and told me what to expect. She was amazing! Im so excited to continue my laser treatments with these wonderful ladies!

After 2 injection and $1000, I still a major furrow between my eyebrows. This was my first time getting Botox. Treasure was my first injector and she made it a point to say that the most important thing she wanted to do was build my trust that ELASE would address my needs.Two weeks later and not seeing changes, I called back, let them know what was up. I felt like I was being given all kinds of explanations about why I wasnt getting the results they said I would. I went back a second time, more units more money and absolutely no change. Needless to say, I dont trust that ELASE can meet my needs. What they seem to be very successful at is taking my money. I could not be more disappointed.

I went to Elase for my first time today and was overly impressed with the environment and employees. I was greeted, checked in and called back to my procedure quickly. I was expecting to be pressured into buying extra services or up-sold into more than what I originally went in for (because of other med-spa experiences) but instead they gave me information and let me feel in charge.
