Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Bryan as our agent. Him and his staff have been great to work with. Sometimes insurance terms can seem like a foreign language to me but they were so patient during our recent move and made sure we understood everything. I was sincerely very impressed!

Bryan has been my insurance agent for years (auto, home, life). I was recently in a car accident, and Bryan went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, found a reputable repair shop for our car, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of quickly. He truly made us feel like family and made a not fun situation the best experience possible. On top of that, he always gets us amazing insurance rates with excellent coverage, better than any of our friends get from their insurance agents. Bryan is top notch and a great guy, you wont find a better insurance agent.

If I could rate this agent less than 1 star, I absolutely would. In Feb. 2015 I was relocated to Utah from Indiana for work. Since my husband was wrapping things up in Indiana, we moved our State Farm policy over as needed. First was Renters Insurance. I initially worked with a woman named Kathleen who transferred me to a young lady name Mary. The renters policy was set up but never sent to my Landlord as requested so I was charged from State Farm AND from the Apartment Complex for renters insurance. After about an hours worth of phone calls, this was rectified.My husband brought my vehicle out in March. We tried to add that to the policy or get the existing SF policy transferred to UT. Because we were splitting one car off of our IN policy until my husband was able to move out to Utah (after selling our homes), Bryan Larsen wanted to charge us 80% MORE for car insurance. We left my car insured in IN along with my husbands as we could not afford this.In September my husband moved out to Utah and we switched the entire policy over. I expected possibly a slight increase in price but Bryan Larsen increased our prices by approximately 60%. After several hours and phone calls back & forth with Mary, we finally got the price where it should be. Bryan Larsens agency refused to honor my husbands grandfathered in ten year, accident free discount which is significant. After tons of back and forth, they would only acknowledge it for my husbands car even though hes a driver on BOTH vehicles. This of course required several more phone calls and a hours of back and forth. Finally this was all straightened out.In Oct 2015, I refinanced one of our vehicles through a Local (to Utah) credit union. I immediately sent Mary the documents so she could update the lien holder. I found out in April 2016 she never did this. The way I found out was because the Credit Union drafted my car payment for $200 to cover CPI insurance for the Months State Farm couldnt verify coverage. It took over a dozen phone calls by BOTH my husband and me, three re-submissions of the same documents and several hours to get this straightened out. The 1st submission of the documents werent signed by the agent. The 2nd submission said our coverage began March 28th 2016 when is started in Feb. 2015 and the 3rd set didnt even have the Credit Union as the Lien Holder.We decided to move to another agent who handled the move. We heard nothing at all from Bryan Larsen or his staff. No apologies for the 14 months of non-stop headaches with them. No can we try and salvage your business.....nothing. Im appalled. We wouldnt have stayed with them regardless, but the courtesy of a VERY WELL DESERVED phone call would have at least resulted in a good review of their agency.I would at all costs avoid this agency.

I have been with Bryan Larsen for almost 12 years. My family has been with him longer. He handled my parents claim over 20 years ago when my father was killed in a car accident. My mother said that he went above and beyond to take care of things. My own personal experience when I was in a car accident while pregnant, and being young and stupid I let the driver of a big company truck leave the scene without calling the police. I did not realize that by doing this could have made getting their insurance to pay very difficult. When I had worries the next day over the well being of my baby, Bryan assured me that he would get whatever care i needed to have done covered, and then they would go after the other drivers companies insurance agency for reimbursement. Talk about going the extra mile!

Best agent ever. Would not use any one else. He always shows interest in my family, and business.
