Awesome service! Give Jacob Johnson a call here. He was recommended from a friend who is doing our home refinance. Not only did I save on the home owners insurance. I was able to save about 30% on my new rates for auto I just received. Against the old rates, I saved 50%. I dont know if your situation will be the same, so this is not an add for them, or Jacob. This is simply kudos to Jacob, for doing a fine job.

Holy COW. SO I was getting motorcycle insurance. ALl the quotes from the big wigs were about 415 a year. But Jacob here got it down to 279! EPIC!!!! Love these guys!

Watch out for this insurance company. They have poor communication skills which can hurt you financially as you get backed into a corner. I recommend having everything explained to you upfront and in writing so that you can reference that information later. In my experience they do not return phone calls.

I dont even care that their prices are so good, it is all about the customer service! Aaron has always been fantastic at answering all my questions and recently replied to an email within 16 minutes in what I consider after hours (past 6 PM) and got our new car added to our policy. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

Ive never had the pleasure of working with an agent who is so quick to answer my questions (even if theyre somewhat silly sometimes!). Heres an example of his excellent service--I wanted my family to be insured by Bear River, but we had to wait over a year until some tickets came off our records. By the time the year had passed, and we had gone with another insurance company, I had completely forgotten about the Bear River option and about Rob Jackson Insurance. But Aaron remembered and contacted me several times (since I wasnt answering his calls since I didnt recognize the number). He wasnt pushy in the slightest, but he let me know that we now qualified for Bear River, then he set it all up for us, savings us quite a lot of money. Since then hes helped us with home owners insurance, found a company to insure our moped, helped us find insurance for rental properties, and always responds immediately when I need info for taxes, need new cards to put in the cars, or have any other issues. Call him--youll be glad you did!
