Found the back for my phone on-line and when it was shipped to store they called me immediately and had my phone fixed in 20 minutes. Excellent service. Excellent price. Highly recommend..

I really enjoyed the service, they were really helpful and friendly. The price is GREAT!, they fixed the front and back of my phone really well, it felt like new. They explain everything needed clearly and effectively. I do recommend this business it wasnt very long and the phones are given in great quality.

Please do not take your cell phone to this man. I had a bad experience at Phone Medic, who told me one price and charged me another. So I was already weary about taking my phone to another place. I called every where to find someone who carried my screen. He told me he would have to order it and to pay for half of it the total would be 88. I paid 50 the day I order it. When it came in he called me and I paid him 38 dollar and an extra $1 to put on a protective glass screen I ordered on Amazon. I handed him $40.00 he gave me $1 back. I went to pick it up a few hours later, and he said the screen was defective and that his supplier would express him another one on Friday May 22,2020. This part is my bad because I let him keep my receipt. I went to visit my sister for memorial weekend and he called to tell me my screen was in. I told him I would bring it Tuesday. I dropped it off at 10 am the young man there told me it would take 3-4 hours. I had my friend and my Mom call twice. He told them it was ready at 4:30 pm. I picked it up and my case was warped and the glue was all over the phone. I asked what happened, and he said nothing. I told him I didnt drop it off like that. He said fine he would get me another case and said 38.00, I said NO! I paid you already. He threatened to take the screen off if I didnt pay him. We argued back and forth. I started having a panic attack and begged him to stop lying. He said he didnt remember. Finally, he gave me my phone. I told him I would write a review. So here it is. My friends and family will also write bad reviews. A lesson learned for me. My phone is not working right. Save your money, pay extra, whatever just dont take it to this joker.*** Update 4-26-2021 he said he offered me a refund no!! He refused to give me my phone back and accused me of not paying the full price and when I started to cry and act a fool then he gave me my phone back but did not give me a case after damaging my own do not believe this lying crook.

This business repairs phones in a timely manner. Although i do recommend letting them know what case and screen protector you may want ahead of the initial repair to save a few more minutes.

Buyer beware! We were referred to this store and went to purchase an unlocked iphone to replace the phone my son had broken. When we took the phone to our mobile provider the IMEI search came back as Invalid Phone Ownership meaning that the phone had been blacklisted and could not be used by any mobile service provider. Thankfully the gentleman gave us our money back; however, please know that whatever system they are using to check the validity of IMEI numbers does not appear to be the same one the actual mobile phone providers utilize.In response to the reply of the business: I have purchased unlocked phones from other providers previously and have NEVER had an IMEI come up listed as Invalid Phone Ownership and/or not work at any of the mobile providers I have used. And I did note in the above that you refunded our money. So my review will stand.

This place has everything you need for a cell phone and the staff was very knowledgeable and super quick to help.

Took a phone here for repairs for water damage . I had to pay $25 just so he could open it and look at it . Then I got a call that he could do a water recovery that it might work but I had to pay additional $50 and that the process had a 80% success rate. The next day I got a call and he said the recovery did not work and that phone could not be salvaged. I took the phone to reputable shop , An hour later they called me and told me I had lots of Parts missing like the flash light,antenna, flex cable, plates and screws !Response to cellular Express.I see now you want to reply after 2 years. That was a Lie . Your shop was the first place I took the phone to . The phone was never touched by anyone else until I left your shop and took it elsewhere for proper diagnosis thats where they discovered the missing hardware etc...Warning to everyone . Stay away from this Location !

I went looking for a new phone, and theyve got a good store, but a little too pricey for my budget. The pros were very helpful though and even suggested other places I might shop to fit my price range.

I saved 600.00$. They cleaned my phone which fell in my chili pot. Restored pix and contacts to sim and SD. ALSO PUT CHARGE PLATE BACK. Ill always go their before I buy. I totally smashed my screen last night on my ol skool galaxy S4 lol by dropping it on my drive way face down. I need a new one but cant afford the extra $ on my sprint bill right now so I googled cell phone screen repairs and followed the stars. Bamm I came across Celluar Express and read the reviews. What impressed me the most were all the comments regarding the customer service and all the satisfied customers.....so I called. The young man had my screen in stock, he quoted me a price and told me if I had my phone in by noon he would have it for me today. I called a few more places whose names I knew just to price check because I am a smart consumer :). Well one didnt even carry my phone screen and the other one didnt have it in stock but could order it (2-3 business days) and it was 25.00 more than the price quoted by Cellular Express. I took my phone in and I was greeted in the same friendly and professional manner that was shown to me over the phone. He told me to come back by 6:00. I arrived a little before 6:00 and my phone was ready :) and just cause Im such a cute fly ol skool girl (not really) he gave me a phone case. Its a nice one too to protect the front and the back of my baby....Now Thats Whats Up. Cellular Express You Rock!!!!!!!

Droped off my phone with a shattered screen came back 20 minutes later and looked good as new would recommend this place to everyone.

Took my phone there got it the next day it had purple on it and would not warranty when we went back.

Broke my phone and thought I was getting a good fix for my buck I got it back and the screen was even glued down all the way like how it was when I bought the phone..took it back hoping to get it done right and still the same and now my phone breaks with any little bit of pressure applied to it I will not come back here
