As soon as I got there, an employee was outside working with a car battery. He still greeted me kindly, and managed to help me out as well. When I went inside him, and the other associate were quick to figure out how to help me and recommend what would be best. They even helped me get a screen protector. I needed a replacement battery backup for my garage door opener. The big box store where I got the opener only had batteries online, with a two week wait. Battery Joe had three types of garage door opener battery in stock, including what I needed. The sales rep was straight forward, and I was in and out super quick. Price was was in the upper range of what I found online, but less than my max willing to pay amount.

Have been coming here for over 2 years. I brought my phone to get the screened fixed, payed over $400. When changed they put a completely different color. Phone was white, screen was navy. They forgot to take off the front camera film, within the first 2 weeks phone read temperature was low. They told me to come in to fix it, removed the camera film and fixed the temperature issue. However within 2 weeks same thing happened. Brought it back, they kept my phone for weeks , was told i would be contacted Thursday and nothing, came in The following week just so they can tell me nothing could be done. No reimbursement was done. It is upsetting to spend so much money for a repair when my phone is no longer working.

I took my husbands phone in to get the screen fixed and once I picked it up they had went threw the gallery on the phone and had it on a video from a year ago? That is not okay that is very unprofessional to do threw the galley there is personal stuff in my pictures and to think someone was looking at those is unacceptable. And to top it off they left it open running on the open windows in the background so its like they werent even trying to hide that they went threw my stuff!!

Had my car battery changed here and the guys working couldnt of been more helpful!! They tested my car battery just to verify that was the problem. They even cleaned my badly corroded terminals.

These people are absolutely wonderful. The little stick from my headphones got stuck in the jack of my phone. When I took it in I asked if they knew what was wrong and instantly they did when I asked would they be able to remove it and he had already had it out of my phone. I was completely impressed and asked what my charge was and he said dont worry about it, It happens all the time.I love this place, as God is always to faithful provide the help we need exactly when we need it.

Battery Joe is the place to go if you need a cellphone screen replaced. They do a quick and high quality screen change that works well. Other places ruined our touch effectiveness. Not Battery Joe!

Pretty well stocked for your battery needs. Staff are not master technicians but help as they can. Note to joes, PS my cell phone will not put out power to show charging when it doesnt sense the battery as a precautionary safety feature.

Great Service and they did my repair in less than hour!!

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I took my phone for a few repairs including a new screen and a new charge port. When I got my phone back they told me they just cleaned out the port and didn’t change it. I told them thats not what I wanted but I went ahead and took my phone back. The next day my phone screen started acting up. The charging port was also still having the same problem for which I wanted it repaired. I took my phone back today and told the person about the screen problems. I also told him I wanted the charging port replaced and that I asked for that last time and they didnt do it. When I picked up my phone again today I asked if they replaced my charge port and they said no. They blamed my cable as the problem but that isnt the case. I told him I have asked for that repair twice and they ignored my request twice. I thought the customer was always right? Guess not here. On a side note, these people don’t call you to let you know your phone is ready, eventhough they specifically told me they would both times. Who owns this place? These people just seem to do whatever they want there.

Great store. Went in for a watch battery replacement (I couldnt get the back off!) and they very quickly took care of it. I will think of them the next time Im battery deficient.

Replaced my iPhone screen in an hour when I had cracked it. A few weeks later the screen starts going out, but covered under warranty so replaced again. Hassle free experiences both times.

I had an iPhone 6s plus screen that was busted. They were very knowledgeable and the repair was done in about 25 minutes. Great service and they were very friendly.

Dropped an IPhone 6 Plus with Bobby and staff for a new screen and came back to pay $70. There was no charge because it was just the screen protector. Id never known if they had just charged me. I appreciate their honesty.

Honest guys. Super knowledgeable on everything in that store. I went in today because my phone wasnt charging. They tested my changing port and said it was good then tested my battery and said it was all good. We decided to test a new plug for my cord. Thats all it took. $12.99 was it. They could have said it was something way more expensive. They were super nice guys too. Ill be a repeat customer.

After being told by a Sprint Tech that my phone need a LCD screen that would cost around $180 to fix I brought my phone to Battery Joes. A young man named Trey actually took the time to look over my phone and after putting some gauges on it found that it wasnt even powering on. He was very honest in his assessment and it it saved me at least $400. Thank you Trey, for not just trying to make money off of me and giving me an honest assessment.

Got my iPhone screen replaced and its just not the same. The glass feels lifted, home button is sunken dowm, the color of the screen is off and the touch screen isnt calibrated. Not very happy with this

I had to return 3 times to get my iphone screen/lcd fully repaired, and my touch id didnt respond anymore after the repairs. Staff is friendly, but the repairs need work.
