The lady that answers the phone tries to make you feel good by giving you a short wait time. This backfires on her. She told me it would be an hour or less. An hour later I called back and she said I was next and she was just waiting for a driver to be free. So I asked, another 15 to 30 minutes? She said no, 15 to 20 minutes. 38 minutes later the drive called to tell me he was 20 minutes away and heading my way. He got there just as he said. He was nice, professional, and honest. If the lady would have told me 30 minutes the second time I called I would have been kinder. But her lack of knowing how far her drivers are away is very unprofessional.

We had an appointment for 9am. Driver did not show up until 11 am. We were quited a price of $57 if we paid cash and when they finally git it to my house they charged $60. I only left $57 with my husband cause i had to be at work. Bad experience all the way around. I know $3 doesnt sound like much but when you are stuggling paycheck to paycheck. Every cent counts.

I broke down an hour from Amarillo and they sent Nick to help. The rates were only $3.50 a mile and I was able to get my car to a shop and to my hotel. Great service and people

Towing and Vehicle Repair: My daughter recently passed through Amarillo, TX, on her way to Ohio from Phoenix, AZ. She is one of the many people who have been devastated by COVID-19, losing her job, all her savings, and ultimately her small apartment. She was coming back to us to try and get on her feet when her car broke down on a very hot summer day on I-40 W just past Vega, TX. I called Senor Towing to get towing services to Amarillo, and learned they had a 24/7 service with a mechanic. They picked her and the car up within 40 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts needed to repair the vehicle. Out of shear human kindness, they took her to a safe hotel and picked her up the next day once the vehicle was ready. She arrived in the following evening completely safe and without further incident. The quality of the fix on the radiator and coolant system was high and quite fair. The vehicle had the same work In Phoenix prior to my daughter leaving the area, only to botch the job horribly and charge her tow dollar for poor service. Unlike the repair shop in Phoenix, Senor Towing is a decent, honest, and helpful service that I personally attribute to ensuring the safe travel of my young daughter. Not only did they repair the issue, but they looked over the entire vehicle and serviced the fluids and tires to ensure they were road worthy. They guys are top notch and simply good people, and it helped reinvigorate my diminishing faith that there are still decent people in this world who care about people, regardless of who they are or what they look like. It was very sad and disappointed because I’ve been told to wait 1 hour and 30 mintues but I’ve waited more than 2 hours but when I called she told me that they’re not even on their way. So disappointed so I canceled.

24/7 Towing Service.....Yeah Right!!!! Car wouldnt start when I got off work at 1am so when I called she gave me a $50 hookup and $3.50 per mile then I told her where I was located hook up rate went up to $55 but didnt want my car broken into so I was fine paying for it just had to deposit cash into my debit card. Called back within 20 minutes but they didnt even answer anymore. So left a voice message but 3am still waiting.... So I got a ride home finally but I had to leave me car and now its at risk getting broken into!! DONT CALL THIS COMPANY they wont help you!!! They dont even deserve 1 star its more like 0

My car broke down in Amarillo and I contacted several other tow companies and waited several hours before they responded and told me they could not tow my vehicle. I contacted Senior towing and within 15 minutes, Nick arrived and was extremely professional and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. My car sits really low to the ground and Nick was careful when trying to load the car to avoid damaging the car. Great towing and very professional help. So disappointed Ive been a loyal customer for a long time even sent more business there way called yesterday for tow vehicle sent to wrong location, finally get car to correct shop when i go to pick up car it when more messed up then when I dropped it off tried to get in touch with owner was told they would call me last night that did not happen. You would think you would treat customers better than this. I never make post about anything but this is terrible can barely drive vehicle now still no word from owner will definitely keep yall posted and let you know if they do right thing or you should just go somewhere else.
