Our truck broken down in Memphis TX with our 45 foot 5th wheel on Labor Day weekend. We spent an entire day saturday trying to find someone to tow our 5th wheel to an RV site in Amarillo. Didnt find anyone that day but the next morning I found them through google and called them and they were able to pull it for us within a 2 hours. They arrived on time and price was reasonable. Very friendly and professional, having them there took the stress levels down. He has 25 years of experience with towing. There were some tight turns within the campground and pulled it off without any issues. I would HIGHLY recommend using them. Thank you guys!!!

They picked up a vehicle I had sold for salvage. I wasn’t sure how the driver would pick up the car, because there was a pickup already on the bed of the truck. I was impressed with how he lifted the car and secured it. He even waived as he hauled it off.

I used this company with the mindset that they were a great company, now before you think that they are not by my star rating plz let me explain!Had them tow my truck from a house that wasnt mine, thats were it ended up breaking down, to a shop of my buddies that he just works on cars when he has time, not his full or part time job.I paid over the phone because I wasnt supposed to be there when they picked my vehicle up, and I told them that I needed a receipt to turn into my insurance company for reimbursement.Every thing went smooth, did take them almost 4 hrs to pick up vehicle, I ended up following them for the drop off, because my buddies needed the truck parked in a certain spot, once unloaded still had to wait another 15 min and several calls for them to verify that I paid , was told the system showed that it was unpaid, once it was finally verified, told then again, (2×) that i need a receipt, was told again it would be emailed to me.Over the weeks I still never received any email or receipt, I called a total of 4 times in the weeks past, asking then demanding my receipt!Every time I called was told that they need almost every bit of information thats conceivable to even try and find me in the system!Not familiar with any towing systems but , I would think with my phone number you should be able to pull me up in the system and find out if and when any towing had been done, but I could be wrong.Over the past month was told several times , we found you and we are sending you an invoice, all said ok, thank you and that was the end of the call, but as many of us know emails sometimes take a bit to go thru, lots of reasons why It may take a while,, but never did I receive any email/invoice, so when I just got off the phone with them today, had to go back n forth w all the same stupid questions, then the girl that supposedly told me shes sending me my invoice gets on the phone, because she remembers me from just last weeks phone call and tells me I sent you an email and I tell her I never received, her, but I sent it, me , if I did receive it do you think Id be on the phone again arguing with you about not receiving 😀So in the end I stayed on the phone to verify that I did receive it, and yes I finally did!! YeahSo back to my rating, the rating has nothing to do with the service they provided, all of that was great, it did take them almost 4hrs to get to it, but other than that it was great, they were very professional, very nice, wasnt in an extreme hurry, actually had a nice conversation with the tow driver!!The rating has to do with the people in the office who would in my opinion make the business run smoother if they had more training or maybe hired another person to help in the office.Not sure why they had the small problems they had with this simple tow, but alot of small problems will eventually equal big problems, I have never used this tow company before, was actually referred to them from someone I trust more than anyone in the world!Could have this just been an isolated incident, yes, I have my doubts, but once again this is my opinion stemming from my experience I had with the company, next time I will gt a receipt, then and there,You learn from past experiences 💯Be safe, have fun, make memories,✌

I was in a major accident on 10/26 and APD called these people to tow my Durango. Truck #508 came out and got me taken care of very fast! And they didnt charge an arm and a leg for the tow either. The driver was very friendly. I will definitely be giving these guys a call if I ever need a tow in the Amarillo area, and even recommending them to others!

Well I didnt have all the money to get out so I had to lose it to them I had most of it and accepted by the hundred bucks and they wouldnt let me make it on it Im poor peg demon kind of put me out of work so Now I lost my car because they wouldnt give it back to me

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Less than 30 minutes from the time I called my car was at towed from where it crapped out on me to my home a good 15+ minutes away. The driver was awesomely quick and professional and the rate was beyond reasonable. Its never a good day when you need a tow, but this experience was definitely a silver lining. I had a tire blow out in the middle of nowhere on interstate 40 about 70 miles from Amarillo. The first place I called was not helpful and said they were too busy to help unless I was driving an 18 wheeler. I tried this company next. They were helpful and friendly on the phone. The driver Keith called when he was on the way to give me a heads up and he arrived quick. All around super friendly and helpful and made sure my car and the rim with the tire blowout took no damage so I wouldnt get stuck in Amarillo on my way home to Arizona.

I tried calling them multiple times and they did not answer. Dont claim tp provide 24hr services then.

A bunch of crooks.Guy that towed my car told me the police were not coming, that he was towing it to the police station, and that they were gonna look at it.He was there 2 minutes after the fire fighters even left (I never called them) and when he got there he told me I had to let him take it then or he was charging me more to wait.Now I have to completely hand over my car to this people who lied to me so they won’t charge me for the ridiculous tow that I never asked for. Also they never took it to the police station and the cops did show. There was no car to look at for them when they showed up.

I was driving from Oklahoma to New Mexico and was caught in a snow storm and wrecked my car. This company not only towed my car, but also helped find a mechanic, helped on the prices, and even drop me off at a hotel. Great service great company thank you for everything!

Had a major malfunction with our 5th wheel travel trailer which left us stranded on the side of a two lane busy highway! The RV tow truck was busy on another call but while we waited Rodney came out to our location to see if there was any way he could help us get to a safer location. Even though there wasn’t that was a huge deal. Carl? The actual tow truck driver that came to get us was awesome! He had our 5th wheel hooked up and ready to tow really quickly! I highly recommend Cierra Towing!!!

I am really disgusted with you charging Delbert Latham $309.00 to tow his car! He is a nurse that had worked his shift after staying all night the night before to be sure he was there for his shift! He was only trying to get home to his family that includes a new baby! He was forced into the drift by another car! He was only 1/2 mile from home! It could have been your family member he was taking care of! Have mercy and refund the towing price! I will make sure to let everyone know what you charged someone that Had just finished his shift at the hospital! People who are unhappy will get the message out there! Social media works great for that!

These guys came out on Christmas Eve! They showed up quickly and had me to my destination in no time. Very friendly staff. The price was unbelievable too! They only charged me $50 on a holiday. If you need a tow, call these guys first.

Our motorhome broke down last night in the middle of BFE!!!! Between Vega Texas and Channing Texas. Goodsam Road assistance sent these guys out to tow us. They were here with in an hour, were told it would be an hour and 45 mins. AND hitched us up and had us in a RV park for the weekend within 2 hours of the call. AWESOME service!!!

Dispatcher named Stephanie told me that It would be $50 dollars to tow my car, when drives came he told me $75 because it was involved in an accident when no one asked me if my car was involved in an accident or not. When I called back to let the Stephanie lady know about the situation her responde very rude and unprofessional. I will be using a different towing company from now on.
