I have been to so many different nail salons over the yrs because I wasnt able to find me so much as 1 nail salon that I was so hysterically above&beyond happy with until today,or until I walked into Serene Nail(s) Salon,the friendliness&courtesy&the cleanliness&respect I was shown&given left me speechless was out of this world! They made me feel like I was Jill Biden!!!! LMAO!!! was so nice&wonderful!!!! almost had me in happy tears! I would 100 billion% recommend Serene Nail Salon to any woman that is looking for fantastic good N ail Salon&to me the in prices are not bad at all! Well worth the money at least it is to me!!!

The girls there always take care of me and my toes 🥰,well everything 💕, i been at several difrent places and i never get my nails the rigth way,hands down serene nails is my place,I am going to stay with serene nails forever,thank you girls,ohhh prices are good too.

I hadnt been in a long time. I honestly felt bad for the lady doing my feet. I thought I could do my own pedi and did a foot peel and everything. Well, I just ended up destroying my piggies. She did an amazing job. I feel like a woman again and not a sasquatch. They are so sweet and do an awesome job.

I give them 2 stars because I came 2 weeks ago and had my nails and my daughters nails done. I loved mine! My daughter loved hers. We came back for pedicures two days later. They were great. I came back for a refill. She couldnt find my color so i said we can go a little darker and of course a little shorter for the grow out. She cut them, i said ok that length was good, then she filed them so short they are shorter than my natural nails were underneath. The color was way brighter than on the plastic thing. I said I dont think its the same. She told me its because they arent done yet. She finished. I hate them and then it was 32 for. Refill! Wth? It was 37 when I had a full set! She said it was because I changed colors....not by choice but ok. Trying them again today and my pedicure was fantastic so increasing my star rating.

I absolutely love this place. I have been to so many different nail salons and was never happy with my nails until I met Ne at Serene Nails. She is fantastic. She takes her time and makes sure you nails look phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place. Everybody was very nice and professional.

So would recommend this place the ladies are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I come for pedis, I love how they give you a paper that tells you in detail what each different pedicure they offer. I would say if you do have sensitive feet to speak up & let who does your pedicure know beforehand to be gentle. I do not have sensitive feet & enjoy how they do theyre work.

Great place to get pedicures. My daughter and I went late on Sunday and they sqeezed us in and did a great job!!! Thank you Serene Nails!!

Excellent customer service! the staff are so nice and offered me a beverage or mimosa. the nail tech did both mani and pedi and the colors turned out so beautiful!

I wish I could give them a good review. I cant. I had to be at work at 11 one day, so my Mom & I went in. They had 2 workers there. Put us in chairs and started water for pedicures. She started my feet, while Mom waited. Another girl came in & put her stuff away. She sat down to start on Mom then got up and started on another customer who walked in right as she sat with Mom. My mom told the lady who, FINALLY started her pedi to be careful of ingrown toe nails. She just started yanking. My Mom screamed, just dont touch my feet! She also wanted a mani and they FINALLY started that. Didnt concentrate on her nails. Just threw acetone on them & flitted between her and 3 other customers. Mom left with a partial mani, no polish, and bleeding toes. I was MORTIFIED, because I told her this place was AWESOME. And they were, the first 2 times I went. 3rd time was NOT a charm! They want you to join a club at checkout. I cant ever go back after the way they treated us! Ill go to Kim by the tattoo shop and gas station.

Mother, daughter (5yo) mani+pedi. They were friendly, but I asked for an American Mani pedi, (its like french, but off-white instead of bright white) they said they knew what it was, but ended up just painting my nails in full off-white. I didnt notice til she was done with my feet and moved up to my hands, next time if you arent sure, just ask, or Google it ladies! I still gave them a big tip because they were friendly with my daughter.

Friendly staff and great experience overall! i asked for ombre with diamonds and manicurist did a great job, very happy how everyting turned out! :)

Been coming here with my mom for pedis (we always get the Deluxe Pedis which are awesome) and we go to another nail salon for manis. Today we decided to get manis as well. From the moment we got there we waited more than an hour to receive service since they were busy or short handed. They had us sit on the pedi chairs and made us wait 30+ minutes. They finally decided to do our pedis, While the lady was doing my pedi she cut two of my toes and I made her aware of it. She was being really rough. It was close to 7 pm(which is the time they close) they started rushing and cleaning. The lady that was doing my toes and cut me TWICE was removing my moms old set of dipping powder. She seemed rushed, she then grabbed the filing machine and I noticed my mom asked her not to use it since my mom’s nails were thin they would burn her nails since they’re sensitive. After wrapping my mom’s right hand with foil, cotton and asetone.She then grabbed the filing machine(after my mom had already told her not to use it again) and tried to do it faster, too fast the filing machine went around my mom’s finger and scratched/cut my mom’s middle finger all I heard was my mom yelling as she started bleeding. I let the “receptionist” know that ever since she was doing my pedi she was being extremely rough so he went ahead and translate her in her language she then started arguing saying filing them was faster I let her know there’s a reason why we came to take them off with asetone and aluminum foil like they do it at our regular place she then told the guy it was faster to get them off by filing them instead. I was super irritated by her comment. We’re being charged to take the nails off I don’t see why they should be rushing since they made us wait more than an hour. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!When it was time for us to pay she was trying to overcharge us and tried to give my mom a $5 coupon for the inconvenience 😏

I usually go to CT nails in Alvin but this place is closer to my house. I went here for a refill on on shelack nails and a pedicure. The guy that did my feet was super nice but he painted my toes the wrong color. Once he was done I went to the nail tech for my refill. She was rude, had a attitude, and didnt listen to what I wanted. The shelack on my nails was very thin and brittle. Then she could match the color on my to to my hands so I had to go with a whole different color. I left there completely unsatisfied with the service. I went to work Sunday only for my nail (which are my own finger nails that are painted with the shelack to keep them from breaking) to break completely off. I went back Tuesday after work for them to fix it and they did. The next day and later on that week the rest of my nails started chipping and breaking. I will NEVER go back to this place again. And I dont recommend anyone else go either! Wishing I can give them 0 stars.....
