The first time we went it was outstanding but this last time we went a couple weeks ago it was kind of upsetting. The lady who did my mother in laws refill was drilling under her nails so much she was in tears and told her to stop and that she would wait for someone else. She had powder all over her nails is was clumped up and just horrible. When her son had told her to go to another person she took the towel and everything on it went towards my mother in law. Not sure if maybe she was having a bad day or what, but she didnt need to take it out on her. So the younger gentleman that is there told her he was calling his dad to come fix her nails and that he would charge her for the refill and not a whole set. The lady she had a problem with then started on my nieces nails when she started to cut them down my sister in law had said she needed to cut them shorter. She ignored her and continued to do what she was doing. She luckily didnt drill the heck out of my nieces nails but the acrylic was lumpy and very poorly done. We had to cut them down the next day and fix them our selves. When it was all said and done my mother in law went to pay for her nails and was charged NORMAL price for a full set. She was so upset she didnt want to argue anymore. I am really torn because the lady who did my nails was so sweet and did a great job but we will not be making another trip to them.

Tom is the best my girlfriends been going here for 10 years and he’s always other nails he’s the one that did them in those pictures and they look bomb everybody in there is a professional though chiller pedicures leaving your feet baby soft manicures make you look like you’re ready for highest class office It goes down At CT nails

Refill and pedicure. They rushed and you could see it. My nails look chunky and messy. The white from the nail can be seen. One nail looks like a duck bill. Ended up going somewhere else yesterday to fix them. The employees are nice which was the only good thing.

Well first off had to wait .. I asked for a certain person to do my nails and basically was told no I offered to wait until he was done. My nails hurt super bad rn. My feet werent massaged what I paid for!! I usually go to top nails but i was given a gift card for Christmas which I really appreciated dont get me wrong but that was a horrible experience.

Ive gone here before and i loved the nails today i went down i tried out the clear nail on my ring finger and its just chunky and not smooth and the gel is just caked onto my finger was not impressed

I went to get my nails done here for my birthday and the quality was very poor. the polish was applied very thick and my nails ended up being chunky and different sizes. the very next day 2 of my nails broke. i paid over $100 for my nails. i went back to have them fixed and the nail tech cut my finger which bled and still charged me again for fixing my nails. i won’t be going back here

Please ladies do not go by yourself. There is a man that works their that made me feel so uncomfortable and said very inappropriate things. I did not feel comfortable being there at all

The quality of nails done was terrible. I was there for almost two hours, and the acrylic hung over my cuticles and very uneven throughout. You could see almost through the middle and more solid in other areas. I was almost in tears halfway through and had to have another lady come and finish them. And she had cut almost all my fingers. It hasn’t even been a week and two nails broke within two days, one broke today and two others have cracks. They all are already lifting. And the whole salon is dirty. Love the color

People are very nice and do a great job. They do not rush and or make you feel like just another dolllar. The first time I went here it was 30 minutes before closing and they took their time and stayed after Im like a couple other venues Ive been to. Even when customers come in they dont seem to want to rush and get to the next person just because and I appreciate that.

Nails look OK nothing wrong there but the prices on the board are not correct. They did a pink refill on me and charged me $20. Instead of $15. Then a dip for my daughters was $35 each instead of $25 and the full set for my youngest was correct at $25. So my total bill was $115. Instead of $90. Um thats a bit of a difference when you arent expecting it. But lesson learned. Maybe they should change the prices on the board when you walk in.

I lived in alvin for for 20 years and just moved to Dayton. I now make the drive to get my nails done there still.. Andy and his family are the best I know!

I stopped by when in town and popped my head in (I know being a walkin is risky!) and saw it was busy but I was pleasantly greated and assured it would be a fast wait and was sat in a chair within 5 minutes! I then sat for 30 minutes without ANYTHING being said and everyone who I tried to ask was too busy to talk. Then 2 peopke came in AFTER I did (one announced herself, hey, do yall have time for a walkin?) And BOTH were started on within 10 minutes. I walked out without service. Try somewhere else. . .
