I just wanted to actually take the time to share my experience of the Best Family Pharmacy I have ever been to.My 1st experience with them was almost surreal, they are kind and very welcoming and that incudes every employee, cashiers and the pharmacist. There is no judgment at all with anything. They truly take the time to find what issues your having whether that be something not going through or a problem with your meds ex.. For the 1st time in my life I can actually trust my pharmacist will do all they can to figure out the problem and when they do you can trust you will recive a call back. They make sure when a script is called in to remember if that customer and how you usually do your pick up whether its right after or later on and if your one that happens to pick up that day, they remember and its ready and if its not its ready literally in minutes and when I say minutes I actually mean minutes !They give you the type of customer service back in the day pharmacys used to have.They remember you, they will always take the time to pull you aside and talk instead of what we have all become accustom to pharmacist shouting out your personal business.The are amazing and I can only hope that thompsons pharmacy continues to grow and push aside these newer ignorant ones.

I went there Saturday to cash my check and load it on to a prepaid card. The woman at the counter didnt know what she was doing and I walked out with 65$ cash and 200$ on my card off of a 450$ check! When I told her she was wrong she brick walled me and said Id have to wait until Monday to talk to a manager. I will be there as they open Monday and if its not handled within the hour I will be reporting it and calling the police. Horrible customer service and reasoning in general.
