I have been with this group for 5 years now. Each time all staff is very pleasant and helpful with any concerns I have. The audiology staff adjusts my hearing aids when I feel I am not hearing some sounds as I would like. They adjust levels and make sure I am satisfied with the outcome.

I have purchased my hearing aids from ENT Associates and dealt with a young lady by the name of Jennifer Vallade. A very professional and lovely young woman. I am pleased to recommend them highly they take their time with you and explain everything to you and you walk out of there being able to hear.

Dr Kristin Jones was able to quickly pinpoint my hearing loss and recommend hearing aids for me that are working very well. Im only 61 so I thought I was too young to need hearing aids. I had no idea of the amount of hearing loss I had until I tested a sample pair. Now that I have a set that is custom fitted for me I can hear Lynn when she whispers! The clincher was when I tried the Bluetooth option for my iphone and now I hear in both ears while talking on the phone....even in a crowd!
