Service was top notch. I wish I knew my stylist’s name. I highly recommend her.

I enjoy coming to this establishment, I request Megan Maynard every time!! If I have to wait an hour for her service I will! So good luck requesting her, seems like she’s always busy, but I never feel rushed! She can balance Quality with quantity. She shows great attention to detail, very careful, precise, Talented and professional.

Megan was very nice and seemed very relaxed and comfortable cutting my hair. I typically get a 2 to 1/2 fade. I told her that but said to do what she thinks would look good, and I’m not disappointed! Thanks again!

Took my 2 yr old son here for his first haircut in a real salon. He had been to Sharkeys Cuts for Kids in Pittsburgh, and Sports Clips did just as well with him without the long drive! We will definitely be returning. Mariah did great!

I was in a few days ago and Erica made my son feel like a king. He loved the hot towel and the massage. He can’t wait to come back and see her. She’s great with kids. I told all of my friends to take their kids in.

I asked for a haircut and specifically asked for the back and sides of my head trimmed and she did her own thing instead and trimmed my whole head.

Horrible. Sat and waited to be signed in, and it was too late to be signed in because the staff was too busy getting Starbucks. Staff was rude.

They have great extra stuff like massage chair, warm towel, sports on tv , clean place, but people go there for a haircut. I had a very bad hair cut, there was a girl named “ deja “ and she doesn’t know how to cut hair. She messed my hair so bad. She was using clippers to cut the top of my hair !!!!! You are supposed to use scissors like the other ladies were. There were other ladies who were doing hair so well like using clippers onside and scissors on top. Very bad haircut. Don’t start cutting someone’s hair if you don’t know what you are doing ! Worst hair cut ever !!! :(

Great haircut experience! I really enjoyed the atmosphere as it was friendly and clean. The hot towel and neck message were an added relaxing bonus to the experience. It seems most of the stylist are up to date on the latest trends, as well as older traditional hair styles. My stylists (Kayla e) was very helpful in her recommendations and provided awesome service! Will be back again!

My boys love coming here for haircuts. The girls are always fabulous!! Definitely recommend.

SportClips let me down. At first I was delighted, to see the place is gorgeous, clean, and my stylist happened to be the Manager. I thought having her meant she’d be talented and professional, but I was quickly let down. She took it too short, which happens, but when I had mentioned it she instantly got defensive. She did not talk to me the rest of my time there. I left paying full price for a terrible haircut with a side of bad attitude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This would have been my first time at a sport clips I will have to say it was very unexpected with the massages and the hot face towel literally had a headache going in came out feeling great. The Stylist cut mine and my sons hair we both had an amazing experience and time thank you very much Deja my son loved talking to you about games and sports also really enjoyed are haircut for once.

My sister and I came in because we had the coupons for this SportClips grand opening. My husband gets his hair cut at a different one all the time, and of course Ive never gone because its more geared toward men. It felt funny going here for a ladies style, but we were treated just like any other customer and had a great experience! My stylist was Shawna. She was so sweet and did a fantastic job!

My first time at a Sports Clips and i loved it. My stylist Kayla was wonderful and did an amazing job cutting my hair! They have extras like massage chairs, hot towels, and tvs to really make the experience great.

I was surprised to see the bad reviews. I went there for the 1st time today. I never knew it was even there. Just happened to be driving along and quickly pulled in when I saw a new hair cut place. My hair was cut by Deja. She was really cool. Very nice and had a smile the whole time. I was completely surprised by the hot towel, massager chair, and final massage. They really set the place apart from other places. Plus I got a great cut too. I was upset when master cuts closed because all the other places in Altoona have given me horrible cuts. But I found my new place to go.

Dads.... This is definitely the place to go, I mean from the minute we got there up until we left ( Almost an hour later ) The girls were nothing but a tremendous help with my son who is 14 months old. We’ve tried to get his hair cut two or three other times and i mean we got a little cut off but he’s never sat to get it actually cut, and I mean between the girls singing for him and letting him walk back and forth while I got my hair cut and even keeping him busy when i got my hair washed... well, they were just awesome!!I wish i had some names to recommend but I’m going to say they’re all probably just as good as each other. And also, It’s actually cheaper then most places for a kids cut, and So you can say we will definitely be back! Mom &Dad plus Grandmas all love the boys haircut so much! Thanks again we’ll be back for sure!

My hairdresser Erika was very vulgar when talking about her at home issues. All I wanted was a haircut not a life story.

Erika Quinn of altoona pennsylvania cut my hair, I simply asked for a fade in which she did not provide. I told her exactly where I wanted my hair and she decided to do her own thing and gave me a buzz cut, in which she did not even finish the haircut and had to have someone else come in and finish. The new person that tried to finish the job, didnt even line up my hair and now it looks terrible and Im embarrassed to go to school because of it

The Worst system i have ever seen. After waiting 45 min. (20 of them minutes sitting on deck) 2 people were taken before me, because they specified a stylist. Where i specified FIRST AVAILABLE. I am a customer trying to give you my money for a service. Terrible customer service, I am ashamed i referred people to this place.

My son got his hair cut here... Because there is only ONE person there that can cut it the way he wanted.... And thats Deja! He told, all his friends about this new jaircut spot.... And theyll be making an appearance soon.

Walked in to set up an appointment and was ignored.Not interested in being treated poorly.

Worst haircut ever. Big chunk out of the front side and uneven on top. Manager had to come fix my hair to make it even. To compensate for the chunk, she cut it so short to hid the chunk missin .

I dont recommend buying products. They didnt work and were to be refunded but they denied the refund even on products that were not opened.
