The folks that work there are very good at their jobs and very friendly. They get it done quickly. The employees and the service get 5 stars ! I have no problem with paying for a service and you get alot more than just an oil change and filter but Jesus you pay for it.

Well I called a head of time to see if they still did the complete fuel system cleaning. The young lady I talked to asked me the year, make and model of my car, once I told her, she said yes we do it for $89.99, which was kinda high, but I figured it hasn’t been done for awhile, so I headed up there. Once I got there I sat in my car for about 15 minutes when a young man came to my car and said what service did I need, I told him I was needing the complete fuel system cleaning, he said was that all you needed, I told him yes, he said go ahead and back it up and I will do it out there, about a minute later he comes out to my car, scans my vin number, goes back to the shop, comes back me again says again, what kinda fuel system cleaning did you need. He told me all they do is the 12 month fuel additive in your gas tank, seems to me he didn’t want to do it or the young lady I spoke with on the phone earlier, didn’t know what I was talking about.

First time customer who will definitely be back!Keisha was the technician who serviced my vehicle. She was very friendly, informative and thorough. She hit everything on the entire list of maintenance checks without being asked. After the oil change was complete, Keisha even brought my vehicle’s dip stick to my window to show me that the oil had been filled to the proper level.I liked being able to stay in my vehicle so I could see exactly what was being done (unlike many other oil change services who take your vehicle and send you to a waiting room.) There was no wondering “if” something had been done. Two camera views allow you to watch on a screen (above and below your vehicle) as technicians work. Keisha did advise me of additional services I could have done at my visit, but there was no pressure to purchase.I waited 5 minutes to be brought into the service bay as they were full when I arrived. Total time in the service bay was 20 minutes.Price for full service oil change with synthetic was $95. I hit the national website and found a $10 coupon, then hit the local website and found a $15 coupon. Total out the door price with tax was just under $80.DEFINITELY worth the price for such a thorough oil change with great customer service!!!

Got my first oil change with them. They were so helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. When I got there they came and greeted me with a warm welcome! The service took a total of 7 minutes!! So quick and easy. They were very thorough and walked me through all the services they offered and gave me recommendations for services on my car along with a detailed report! They didn’t just do an oil change, they checked all my fluids, tire pressure, engine, lights, etc. without any included costs! Highly recommend!

Great place for an oil change! I live out of town and try to take care of my oil changes when I visit family in Alton/Godfrey. The service at Valvoline is great - the staff has always been very thorough, courteous, and timely. I also love that I never have to get out of my car. I get coupons regularly which I also love. I bring all my vehicles to these guys, they always do a great job.

Theyre quick, the staff is congenial and I like that I can go in and top off the fluids or have the tires checked anytime.

Only had to wait in line a few minutes, they changed my oil and topped off all of my other fluid levels and adjusted tire pressure. All for the price of just the oil change. Thats good service!

Not necessarily disliking, employees were very friendly and helpful, and probably my fault that I didnt ask a price ahead of time, but $45.00 for only an oil change that doesnt include the air filter is outrageous.

I loved the pre-check my last visit! Very efficient! Crew was extremely courteous! Especially EMERALD! I met the new manager, and he was very polite, and seemed to have everything running smooth.

Amazing service with emphasis on safety.i feel comfortable driving my vehicle out of state after the awesome employees checked my jeep over. They even invited me back for free refills on windshield wiper fluid and air in my tires. I will defiantly be a repeat customer.

Broke the air filter cover and air filter then lied about it when asked, had to take the car to shop to get it fixed , I if you care for your car dont go there Im sure they will mess it up too

The staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything to me. Replacing the wipers and bulbs was cheaper than if I bought them from a store. Awesome.

Very professional and friendly staff. Would recommend this location to anyone. I have been using them for oil changes and general maintenance on two of my vehicles.

Dropped in one day for a change of windshield wipers. The crew had some difficulty installing the new wipers but got them installed. Then they skipped and they took them off and put a different set on. The crew worked hard to do a good job and I appreciate that.

Valvoline does it ALL ... I had break light & head light out ... With $10 online coupon I was able to get my full synthetic oil change to cover me for next 4000 miles & BOTH lights that were out REPLACED for $100! In less than 25 mins!!! ... Thx You!

The people that work here should not touch cars! DO NOT COME HERE! I got an oil change and they wanted to change everything in my car. They put my engine cover on the ground and while they were working on it they stepped on my cover and cracked it. Then i found out later that they put the wrong cap in the bottom of my engine and stripped the aluminum part that the cap goes in. They said that they would replace the cover and i still havent got it. Ive called multiple times.
