I have to start by saying many thank you to Jennifer. You happened to be at the right place at the right time and without hesitation jumped right in to offer your husbands service. I was leaving Target and got my baby in his car seat. I then tossed my keys, wallet, and phone on the passenger seat closed the doors and came around only to find the driver door locked. I thought nothing of it and went back to the passenger side to let myself in only for that to be locked as well. Tried the back doors, locked as well. Now panic set in. I waved strangers down to call 911 my child was locked in the car with all the windows up. As we were waiting for the police to show up, Jennifer passed by and asked what was happening. Someone brief her in on the situation and she immediately contacted her husband who is the owner of tri-county towing and reassured us someone would be with us in 15 mins. The police and fire fighters showed up and attempted to unlocked the doors for 15 mins to no avail. That last option was to bust the windows. However, Jennifer stayed on scene updating us of their location reassuring us that won’t be necessary her guys had the tools that would get my son out in less than a minute. My son was smiling and waving to the officers so with no signs of distress we waited. True to her word, a gentleman showed up and got my door open in a minute or less. I’m upset with myself for forgetting his name, I would have loved to shout him out. He had great energy and was such a happy person that without knowing it he comforted my nerves and put me at ease. That man definitely loves his job and those he works with. I was expecting a charge, they didn’t even discuss payments with me. I thank them and we parted ways. Not all heroes wear capes. Many thank you again!

Tri County was prompt, professional and a great company. Their owners are community oriented and contribute so much to the community. This towing company is due a 5 star rating because of all of the above.

These people are not worth it at all, my car was literally 5 miles from my house and they charged me 200$ just for that! Insane!

The casselberry location has some very unprofessional men working for them. Their customer service skills are non existent. They don’t know how to talk to people. Not sure who owns this company, but they need to really be mindful of who their hiring.

I Had a flat tire just as it was getting dark. I was so upset that I began to have some minor medical problems! I had originally called another towing company in the community. I believe it was AA and J. The first company’s tow truck driver arrived and immediately asked me where my spare tire was. I told him that I never said that I had a spare tire and that I do not have one! Despite the fact that he was aware of the medical issues happening, he got an attitude and got angry and ran back to the tow truck, slammed the door and drove off! Then I called tri-county. Best thing I ever did! They arrived quickly and the driver, I believe his name was Joe, did an absolutely perfect job! They were everything that the original company had not been! The Tri-county driver was extremely professional and had the car on the flatbed so quickly I was shocked! He was very understanding that I was very distressed and having some issues and did everything he could for me! One of the most professional jobs I have ever seen! I will never understand why the first company had four stars in tri County only had three! If I ever need my car towed againTri-county will be my first choice! Cannot say enough good things about the staff of this business from the young lady who was working as a dispatcher to the driver and everyone!CALL THIS COMPANY FIRST! You won’t be sorry!

They were a little late picking up my van, but they were very professional and when they got to my location they got the job done quickly.

I hated it first of all they gave me the run-around.. very poor customer service and peoples skills ... All the items in my vehicle came up missing ... Behind their locked gates.....

Excellence and professionalism is in high supply. I had a issue with another towing company. I got in touch with wendy and she took time out of her extremely busy schedule and resolved my problem without any hesitation for which I am very thankful..Excellent company..

Whoever is replying to this should see that Ive never had a tow from this location personally, but I dont appreciate the way you treated a young adult when they had no one else to call on the 4th of July and Maitland Police Dept. was who referred them. Dont assume.***warning to young folks, dont order a tow from this place, they will SCREW you out of your money and take advantage of you. This was result of a referral by Maitland Police DeptThe problem wasnt having to pay the bill, the problem is the lying about payment methods, the improper way they give the paperwork for payment, and the overall attitude towards a customer. BEWARE!Also, I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this one tops the cake. Congrats Tri County Towing Altamonte. I wish I could leave 0 stars

This was my first time having to have a tow and the guy (sorry I dont remeber his name) was awesome. He offered sugestions on what could possibly be wrong with my car. He told me a few things to have looked at before I go spending money on something that isnt the problem. I will definitely keep Tri County Towing in mind if i ever need another tow. Thank you for the kidness and advice on what could be the problem with my Chevy sonic.

Pure awesomeness had Tim from Tri-County tow my $6000 tool box twice he was fast and treated it like was his own. Deffinetly recommend! Tim for towing anything at this point.

Tired to get help towing my car and no one available yet they advertised 24 hr service
