Used 2 times, no way to contact... asked for 1 simple thing when delivering.. to put my private thoughts to my girlfriend on the card in a sealed envelope.. could not even do that.. now she is dealing with jokes... this place sucks... and the flowers are so so. Thanks for nothing Kalas...

This is by far the worst florist that I have ever used for any event. I also gave them a chance to make it right before posting this review but they did not seem to care so here goes!I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral (he died at age 35 in a very tragic way). I ordered them through Just Flowers, who also did not seem to care that the flowers arrived LATE to the funeral AND looked nothing like the picture online. Please take a look at the two pictures below and see what you think. I paid $170 for standing funeral flowers. I honestly think I could have done a better job MYSELF for $50 using silk flowers from a dollar store. This is a disgrace and brought shame to me and my other family members who pitched in to send flowers. I am so humiliated and can never make this right to my aunt. I asked the florist to simply send a bouquet of flowers apologizing to my aunt for the flowers looking disgraceful and for being an hour late to the funeral (and leaving the flowers outside without calling ANY of the three phone numbers I left for them). I am extremely upset and hope you will save your money by using a different florist. This one obviously does not care about the quality of flowers that are sent to a persons family that is grieving so what do they care about? Im not sure.I hope the pictures help you to go somewhere else for flowers (anywhere else, in fact...go pick them from your yard and they will look better). Take note of the HUGE HOLE in the middle of the incredibly cheap flowers they sent that look absolutely nothing like the picture. I hope this post embarrasses them into doing the right thing and becoming a legitimate business. If I was a business owner, I would feel so ashamed to send flowers like this to someones family. Look at them. Horrible. Disgraceful. I dont even know what kind of flowers those are but they are not even close to those in the online picture. Shameful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Im 2 hours away and wanted to send my Mom flowers for her birthday. The people are very hard to contact. Finally when the lady called me after finally getting though to her through email. She texted me around 8:30am. She had an extremely hard time processing my payment. After 30 min and who know how many attempts she finally got it right. After all that I asked when the flowers would be delivered. Mind you this is little after 9am at this point. She said before 5pm. Well thats a big delivery window, but I said ok Thanks. At 4pm I called and asked if the delivery was going to be there soon. Mom sitting at home all day waiting for her flowers. The lady said they are out for delivery now. A little after 5pm came around I called back. She said the driver will be there soon. The flowers didnt get delivered until after 6pm. NEVER!! Again will I use or recommend this company. Oh and they forgot her balloon I paid extra for .

I ordered through Fromyouflowers.com and Kalas Events turned out to be the florist to provide the flowers I purchased. I bought a $100 bouquet of flowers with same day delivery and it was over a day late and missing half of the flowers I ordered. It turned out looking like I went out picking weeds and found some sunflowers to put in there. Fromyouflowers.com thankfully issued me a partial refund for the issue, but I am disappointed with how it turned out.

Do not book with these people. They did not fulfill my flower delivery, even when I paid for expedited shipping. 2 days later and I have not received the delivery and have not been able to contact ANYONE from their store

I was looking forward to putting a little mixed flowers into my office and when I bought the deal I couldnt get anyone to answer and the voicemail was not set up. I am very dissappotend at how the florsit worked out. Good luck!

I ordered online from 1-800- flowers a Birthday Wishes Flower Cake- large on a cake plate with candles for my mother’s 95th birthday. It was so unique and expensive. I’m 100 miles away. They used this local Orlando area company. What she received from this company was a green bowl of carnations..no candles. I was furious!

I never met Carla, I ordered my bouquet, my husband boutonniere and one ceremony arrangement through phone, and I have to say that she went beyond my expectations... I highly recommend her service for one of the most important day of your life. She wont disappoint you.

I did not choose this florist specifically. They were contracted by Proflowers for a delivery in Sanford, FL for the day after Mothers Day 2020. I ordered an $80 Bountiful blossoms bouquet with a Happy Birthday balloon for delivery the day after Mothers Day. What was received was a modest bouquet of yellow roses with a prominent Best Mom Ever balloon to someone who is not a mother. Also the roses were wilted by the second day. Proflowers has a 7 day freshness guarantee. Long story short, after 5 calls to Proflowers and another call on my own to Kalas Events (which had an answering machine on in Spanish),A redelivery was promised on each of my 5 calls to Proflowers. Also, each time I called Proflowers to followup, they say they have not received any response from the florist, or they were unable to contact them. On my 4th call, I asked to speak to a supervisor, to have this company taken off the vendor list. A week and a half later, there still has not been a redelivery of what I ordered.

I would give these people zero stars if I could.Email conformation of delivery two hours before the real delivery. Two hours late for my wifes flowers after our anniversary party.FTD should not use these people.

I saw that this floral shop was highly rated and so ordered a lovely Teleflora bouquet for my sisters 60th wedding anniversary to be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, it was not delivered and when I called their number, I got voice mail which said I was calling a different number - so there was no way of contacting them by phone to see why flowers had not been delivered.I called several times with the same results. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

I just loooove everything they have! If you want a perfect and flawless wedding or any special event, dont hesitate to hire them! they provided excellent service and organization making everything wonderful in a reasonable cost. Also Claudia, the wedding planner shes so helpful, has awsome and creative ideas, she takes care of every last minute detail which its very important to me! I would highly recommend their services.
