I really like this Dollar Tree 🌳 We usually always find what we need, whether it is personal care items, cleaning products, household items, or water. You cant beat the fact that everything is only $1. This location is also generally well stocked and the checkout associates are nice.

This is a very different experience than what Im used to with dollar tree, in a very good way! The store is so clean, and well lit. The shelves anyways seem to be well stocked too. Dollar tree always has an impressive selection of items, but its nice to see a store where everything is so neat and orderly! Will definitely be returning to this location!

I LOVE this Dollar Tree! Not only are the employees friendly but the place is almost always well stocked and clean! My favorite section is the Crafters Square so Ive included some photos of how well stocked they are!

Visited this particular dollar tree on vacation. It was huge! Compared to the ones where we are from...this dollar tree was freaking amazing!!! The store was very organized and clean. There were enough employees to be able to ask for help. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I cant believe how big the craft section is! Everyone was practicing social distancing and felt the available precautions were being taken for sanitizing.

Went in for Fathers day snack 🎒🛍bags for TV watching, poolside, on the go snacking, dont forget to hit their Hallmark selection

I loveeee this place. Literally I get all the cute 😍 journals. I use them all the time and this time Im giving them away. I got so many cute things. The cashier could have been alittle nicer to the lady ahead of me, but everyone has an off day.

Really terrific selection just about everything you can think of although right now they are out of a few things in the back cooler because they havent had delivery but the staff here are super super nice everything is also wheelchair friendly. Theyre all very clean mask and gloves. I love going to this store its the highlight of our week

How do you get a 5 star Dollar Tree?Friendly associates, big store STOCKED with essentials and their huge array of I could use that or this is really neat stuff. $25 got me 4 bags loaded with had to have as well as fun items. That usually doesnt happen anywhere else.

This is one of the biggest dollar trees I have been to. I love going to see what new items they have stocked. And if course everything is a dollar so you cant beat the prices and there are name brand items sold there so theres that too. This particular store is located near other stores that I frequently shop at as well so its convenient for for to go there often.

Store was in good shape this one offers a lot. Cashier was even nice. Most of the time the cashiers at the store are not.

Love this dollar tree but hate the long lines and understaffed experience every time. This is def not a quick trip to the dollar store so make sure you give yourself extra time when visiting.

Theres a good selection of stock at this location and you could shop all day there. Lines seem to move pretty fast even when the store is busy.

The store is quite clean and well organized. The selection is also varied. But the younger employee is always on her phone and can barely be bothered to ring up customers. So Ill pass on coming here for a while.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in a dollar store, but I was surprised at all the random stuff you can get here. Even frozen foods. Good selection of office/teaching supplies, toys, seasonal decorations, sundries etc.

Terrible, give the 1 cashier some help ! No sense in 8 people in line while other employees are pulling a Joe Biden hiding in their office.

There is an elderly lady white that works at that store who is extremely rude to shoppers there. This was the third time she has been rude to me or other customers I have seen. Will never step foot in that dollar tree again.

Ive enjoyed going in here, its quiet, and I have no prob finding treasures there. But what my trip there this time, was how wonderful my cashier was. Just awesome!! She carried on a conservation with my husband and myself. I wish I saw her name. If shes working again, I will wait in her.

Well, the Dollar Tree is the Dollar Tree... Its usually busy and the lines take a little longer to get through but there are a lot of good things to get for $1 so its worth the wait... This location is kept in better shape and more organized than others Ive seen...

Just visited today (9/15/20) at about 4:20pm. Enough is enough with this place. I am a huge fan of dollar tree but plan on never entering the Altamonte springs location. I have numerous bad experiences but I keep going back since it is so close to home. Today I was excited because I told my daughters when I pick them up from daycare I would stop to get them a snack. So again I went in to grab 4 bags of chips. I knew I was in trouble because it was about 15 people in line to check out. I was at register 5 in about 7 place to check out. Two people left after about 5mins of waiting. And one person checked out. So now I’m at 4th position. Another cashier came and got 2 customers from my line and some other customers from the other lines. So now I’m in second still at register 5. So I continue my wait but after 5 more mins (10 total now) the cashier is still just sitting there with the same customer. After another 5 mins (15 total now) of waiting she calls another employee over, for I do not know what since she never bothered to inform anyone in her line what the hold up was about. After that employee leaves she picks up the phone to call for a manager so I ended up just leaving the 4 bags of chips, wasting 17 mins and most importantly letting my daughters down. I highly recommend not visiting this location. There is a fairly new dollar tree in Longwood off sr 434 and they are awesome. I hope someone from the store reads this and has a meeting with their staff because that is unacceptable and this is not my first time with a bad experience from this location but today really had me fed up.

Always find much more than what went in to buy! Only wrinkle is wait time to check out!

Crowded, and I felt really yucky the other day, when I was checking out, I had made a mistake, and needed about 2 or 3$, , and the checkout girl was not what youd consider happy to see that, since it was so crowded, and I was making it worse 🤷✌️😎. However, these 2 people, very kind and generous, just paid for it....And that made me smile. And they, also smiled,🤠

I love this location they are always offering a great variety of brand name items for 1$ . The isles are large and roomy .

Horrible customer service. Her name is Carrie she has a bad attitude to top it off she lost one my bag and both her or the manager didn’t bother to look at the camera to see where my bag went. That girl Carrie doesn’t have any work ethic neither does the manager

I visited this Dollar Tree yesterday because I just wanted a cheap 2016 wall calendar. Let me tell you I was very impressed! Its the biggest, cleanest, and most organized dollar store I have ever seen! They also have a wonderful selection of party supllies, kitchen supplies, and anything else you can think of that you may need. Youve got to see it to believe it! Amazing! I am definitely going to become a regular there!

They were pretty well stocked so that was nice.

Best dollar store in Orlando. Only downfall is the line to check out sometimes is long, I hit it on off hours because of this. Otherwise it’s a great store!

I love the dollar store, they always have seasonal items for cheap and lots of quick snack for when Im out shopping. We love coming here before the movies to get nachos and slim jims. :) Three stars because the lines here are always long.

Great place for everyday essentials like soap, laundry supplies, cold medicine, cleaning products. Some good deals on drinks and snacks as well. Large, clean store, with easy access and plenty of parking. Not top quality, but, hey, what can you expect for a buck ???

Always a good deal on things you never thought you needed

It is a very nice place, but someday you may have to change the name to Dollar ten tree $1. 10 tree.prices are going up every where, still you are mainteining the $1.00 slogan, Again I will be willing to pay ten cents more for the items which are very good quality for the purpose of maintaining your store open and be able to get the products the you sell. I am not a bussiness man but I imagine that you would have to start an advertising campaign for several months in order to prepare the public for the change. My point is that I dont believe that you can maintain the $1.00 price forever Just a thought 😎

Don’t have a dollar tree near me, so drove out of my way for this one. The internet shuts down at the store, so they’re having trouble processing cards. They have one register doing cash only, and two where they’re working on processing cards, wait in line for about 30 minutes, finally get to the front they try and check out and then they say cash only at this register. I understand that things go wrong, but what I’m upset at is they didn’t announce that these registers were cash only until I got to the front, and I wasted a half an hour for nothing! If I’d known, I would have just left rather than wasting my time.

So affordable and I found all of the items I needed

With 6 of us all in the same line, the cashier took off, yes leaving the register, to blow up 7 birthday balloons for someone. Come on Dollar Tree, this is just plain unacceptable!!! She eventually came back and was very frazzled. Cant blame her. This store ALWAYS has a problem with long lines and no cashiers. Everyone seems to be in a world of their own on the floor stocking. Dan Cook never ran K-Mart like this. I know because I worked for him. Something changed here a few months ago. Hmmmmm.

I went to dollar tree earlier when i walked in i asked the manager do i need to wait in line ro have balloons filled or in balloon area. She told me to wait in line that the cashiers do it because they dont have anyone to fill balloons. So i waited in line 15 min and then when it was my turn she asked me what balloons i wanted and now i would have to wait for someone else to come fill them. I then asked the manager why you would tell me to wait in line to then again wait for someone to come. They called another employee who they then realized was on break after i waited another 10 min. Finally a girl came out of the office and filled my balloons. The manager Angela is very rude i have had multiple issues trying to have them filled. The whole time the manager walked in amd out of the office helping none of the customers in the two lines that were open. Angela was very rude and seemed like she didnt want to help her employees or customers that she just wanted to sit on her butt. The staff on the other hand is very nice just bad management. I dont recommend going there for balloons.

All Dollar Tree stores are relatively the same. Similar layouts and products. However, this particular store is huge. With such a big size in a busy location, it gets quite a bit of customers. Often times there arent enough registers open & it causes a huge line. But the staff there are polite & work as fast as they can. The lack of opened registers is the only reason Im taking off a star from my review.

My favorite place to bring my grandkids... They love it there, I give them five or ten dollars and they have a great time buying stuff...fun fun fun
