I am reviewing for my wife who is the patient. What a difference! We’ve been dealing with denial for a long time here in the house and sad to say lots of arguments because we were not able to communicate properly. I am so happy we choose to come here, the staff in this clinic is amazing. Jessica took her time and explained everything in so much detail. And I mean everything. She explained what is happening at the root, it was a thorough test, the most extensive that I have ever seen done. She explained the results, allowed her to try them and we walked outside, she walked down the sidewalk and she heard her about 50 feet away. (She would’ve NEVER heard her even 10 feet away)All I can say is wow! The day we picked them, the explanation, the step by step attention to detail. As a retired military veteran it’s wonderful to see pride in work and the details. I am beyond happy with this experience, this is customer service.If you are questioning where to go, I exhort you, COME HERE !! Jessica is the BEST!

From the moment I walked in the door - both Elizabeth and Jessica were so kind and compassionate. Elizabeth was patient even though I had put her a bit behind due to arriving a few minutes later then I should have. She was very kind and handled everything professionally, efficiently and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Jessica, who did my hearing test, took the time to explain everything to me in advance which I really appreciated. The whole process from testing to wearing my new hearing aid as I walked out their door today has been fantastic thanks to Jessica and Elizabeth taking to time to make me feel welcome and well cared for! You both are fantastic :-)

I was anxious about getting my hearing evaluated and reluctantly went to Miracle Ear to meet Jessica. All I have to say is Wow!She asked some questions, did a quick exam on my ears, took me to the evaluation room and let me listen to various tones to see what my issues may be. Jessica is courteous and knowledgeable, friendly and kind.Not only was the experience positive, she was able to narrow down the precise frequency that I have difficulty hearing and recommended over the counter treatment to maintain my ears daily, recommended that I use headphones with deliberate noise while I work with loud machinery to limit further deterioration of my hearing as well as options for hearing aids to assist me going forward.Thank you Jessica for your kindness, care and expert attention. Jessica And Elizabeth are the best workers. They are both very friendly, helpful and most of all professional. Jessica took her time to explain to my mom and me about everything between the test and the experiences she may encounter along the way. She even took the time to explain the financial aspect of it. Nothing is more satisfying then being able to hold a conversation on the phone without even holding the phone. It is so nice to be able to put music on while cleaning up the house. All these device are stream straight to my ear piece and don’t bother anyone else in the house. My favorite thing though is going out to dinner with my grandchildren and being able to hear everything they tell me. I love hearing about their lives and miracle ear made that possible. The staff at the Altamonte Spring location are so pleasant and really made sure I understood everything. They are so great at answering questions when I have them. I have been going to this location for 3 years. In those 3 years Jessica and the staff their have ALWAYS treated me like their only patient. Miracle ear and Jessica have changed my life. I can now enjoy watching tv and having conversations with people and actually hear what they are saying . I will always continue to go to miracle ear and this location for my hearing issues and needs.

I knew I was having problems and was having general hearing loss. Everything seemed dull. Miracle-Ear had a free audio test at the time I decided on a hearing solution about five years ago so I went down and was tested. The customer service was excellent. They took care of everything. Since I got the hearing aids, it’s cleared everything up and when Im in crowds, I can hear whats going on. The product so far has been good as well as the service. The pricing is a little steeper than a lot of people want to deal with when you recommend them because they know they have friends that go to other places and get even half the price what I paid. You only see about pricing. You dont hear about the service that they may get or not get. I know what I get and you get what you pay for. People have to make their own decisions but I recommended Miracle-Ear. Jessica is awesome!!!! Best service in town !!!

First and foremost I want to express how pleased and beyond satisfied I am with my experience here. I do not regret coming in fact I regret not coming in sooner. In the 60’s I bought from Miracle Ear and had a terrible experience in Miami and vowed never to go in to any Miracle Ear again. I frequently saw ads in the paper and decided to come in and just “ see” I had no true intention of purchasing. I arrive with my wife greeted by Elizabeth who was so kind and inviting. We went to the back with Jessica where she took her time with me, asked me questions on my current hearing aids (that I’ve had for 13 years) she explained how we hear, the graph, the test was so detailed, the results, everything was so thorough! The M5 hearing aid when she put them in my ears! Wow! I have NEVER in all my years of hearing aids had the care, experience or sound quality. I purchased them immediately. Thank you ladies for giving me the best service and care I could imagine. I LOVE MIRACLE EAR!!

Very helpful, genuine service. Dr Nieves is very knowledgeable and breaks everything down. She works with you and makes the service unique to you and your needs. This is no high pressure environment where once you buy, Thats it. We’ve been there, where you buy and it’s like you now stink, and they’re never there to help. She makes it known that you will be in often to be taken care of. I absolutely love her she has such a great attitude and she is so funny!! You leave smiling every time. We are on vacation from Staten Island, New York my husbands hearing aids stopped working. We were nervous they were not going to work and Jessica came out and she was so kind and welcoming. I was recommended to get Miracle-Ear hearing aids by a close friend. Wow! I’ve worn different hearing aids from different places (Hear USA, Costco) and tried brands like Siemens and Resound. I recently replaced my old Miracle-Ear hearing aid which I had for ten plus years. My hearing had deteriorated and in meeting and restaurant environments my old hearing aids were no longer satisfactory. Technology has advanced greatly and I updated and a whole new world has opened up for me! I am super satisfied. Jessica and Ali are like family and truly care about their patients.

I came for the free screening and ended up with bilateral aids. I am very pleased with the service that was given to my grandfather. They were visiting from Colombia on vacation and his hearing aids stopped working, the specialist Jessica came out and immediately starting talking to my family in Spanish. She made us, especially them feel so welcomed. She mentioned he needed new tubes and molds, she fixed the tubes and we ordered new molds and wow, what a difference!! He said they fit so much better and he can hear so much better. He was really emotional and happy at the quality work and attention she gave him.
