I went to the Altamonte Springs office. The girls up front are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to fit you in for an appt. Scott was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I would be satisfied and happy with my new hearing aids I love them and I can hear again thanks to Hear USA.

Kelsi Williams AuD, a Dr. Of audiology is on duty, by appointment, 5 days a week and does a very comprehensive audiological work up on each patient. Her bedside manner is excellent and she is extremely knowledgeable about hearing instruments as well. If you need help with any hearing concerns she, and her caring staff are there for you. This is the place to go!

Possibly the worst service Ive received in the last decade. Lied to my face. Ladies at desk untrustworthy should be replaced immediately.

Kasey Williams (the new Doctor of Audiology) and Carmen are absolutely fantastic. I have been going to this location since 2006. They are the Best. DR Kasey is so knowledgeable ,kind and compassionate. Carmen always has a smile on her face. I recommend them very much. I truly believe you will not be disappointed

Loved the experience at the Altamonte Office. The front desk extremely professional and the doctors knowledgeable. Everyone made us feel at ease, we were seen on time and got my mom hearing again in just a few days!

I had the most horrible, unprofessional and unreasonable experience at the Altamonte Springs office with the Spanish speaking doctor. I had an appointment at 3:30 pm. It had been raining all day and traffic was backed up. I got to my appointment about 6 minutes late due to the weather and traffic. After checking me in, filling out paperwork and sitting in the waiting room for about 10 to 15 minutes, the receptionist comes out and tells me I was 15 minutes late and I would need to reschedule. I tried reasoning with her and said I was willing to wait if necessary since I had taken time off work. She spoke with the doctor and said NO I needed to reschedule the appointment. I found this to be unprofessional and unreasonable. If that would have been the case, why was I not informed when I first got to the office. Why log me in, ask for my insurance information and ask me to sit in the waiting room. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.

Still havent got my part for my hearing aid. I order one on Dec. 28th they never order or they forgot. After 12 days of waiting. Call last Thursday order a new one again. It will be in this past thursday nothing. My husband call three times no answer. Very disappointing especially I cant hear very well.

Great service! Needed testing for new hearing aids. I had them in less than a week. Very happy with the whole process.Friendly and knowlegable staff!

What a kind and caring doctor, he was respectful And kind to my mother. My mother’s hearing aid diagnosis was done in minutes and her new hearing aid was in under a week. Would recommend to anyone!!
