Terrible, truck was left outside unlocked with the driver door open for a week and during a snowstorm, then was told it would be brought in asap but it sat outside for another week and a half. Truck was there for warranty work after a rebuilt trans from them blew up after 3200 miles. Truck was further damaged after being front end towed while in 4x4 and i was told my differential was blown up because the wheels were locking up (it was in 4 wheel drive hence why they couldnt move it) lied to on multiple occasions then finally had to get a refund but wasnt given full price back. -5 out of 5 stars. Will never trust them with a vehicle again and im a diesel/automotive technician btw.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have been referred to Paul. After seeking help from 2 other mechanic shops, they were not able to fully identify the problem with my car. I took a while, but Paul was able to identify multiple problems, including a complete transmission replacement. Getting parts was a struggle as I have a foreign car, but he kept me abreast of all delays and challenges. He stuck to the original quote, despite fixing a few more problems that he ran across.
