I retired as a home builder In 2019. I delivered my first house as a builder in 1984. Early this year I was building a screen porch. I selected the flooring for the floor and knee wall with the contractor I have worked for 30 Years. I had gone to Great Falls shopping center and saw a sign for Next day flooring. I just went in the show room just to kill some time as I was waiting for my wife. There I met Bruce, owner of Next day flooring. I told him about the screen porch. He brought me two sample tile, one for floor and the other for knee wall. As I looked the at the samples, I just said Wow. These tiles were so far superior than the tiles I had selected. The color combination was great. I asked Bruce to work out a price. Not only the material was so far superior, price was also one third less than I was quoted from my contractor. I decided to go with Bruce. His crew was just phenomenal and did an excellent job. Any one who has come to the screen porch , including the county inspector, has admired the beauty of the tiles and workmanship. The porch is in the rear of the house and I have authorized Bruce to bring any one who is interested in seeing the floor and the knee wall during day light hours without my permission.It is art.

The team at BEC did a great job from start to finish. Mike was very patient with us while we made our selections of flooring and carpeting. In the end, our choices worked perfectly. The carpet installation team was prompt and professional and completed the upstairs in one day (4 bedrooms and hall). The flooring team was then able to install LVP flooring throughout the downstairs in a single day as well. We are very happy with both the final results and overall experience. Give BEC a call!

Josh did a great job from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Josh came out and measured our home, showed us samples of multiple flooring options and gave us specific recommendations for the areas where we wanted new flooring. Once we chose our new flooring, Josh got us on his install schedule a lot quicker than we expected. The installers were amazing and they were very respectful of our home and our belongings. Josh’s communication was excellent during the project we were always kept in the loop. We used this company to install flooring throughout our entire house after a house fire. Carpet, hardwoods, and LVP. The customer service that Josh provided was great until everything was done and we had issues which then went unanswered. We noticed a dent in our landing upstairs, several places that were not sanded, and some boards that should never have been used in the first place. When I asked about the issues I received no response fromJosh. Fast forward to December, we started noticing that our floors were separating everywhere. Instead of calling our rep I called the company directly and spoke with Ava who scheduled someone to come out to look. When the person arrived he could not speak or understand English and started filling the cracks between the boards. I again called the company to express my concern and was told someone else would come out again. At this time I told Ava I wanted someone to inspect my floors not just fill holes. She said someone would come out and if the crew chief thought it needed to be addressed he would come out himself. 2 men came out, again with language barriers. I pointed out the splintered areas and was told that they were just bad places in the wood. I then showed them the dent in the floors and they said they would talk to BEC about it. Apparently my issues were not important enough for the “crew chief” to inspect himself. When I heard back from Ava she told me that the dent was created after the floors were stained and poly’d and not their fault. My husband and I spent $22,000 with this company and this is how they treated us. We have splintered wood, dents, separating floors all throughout our house. I would not recommend this company for hardwoods.

Excellent customer service Mr. Michael Whitley was great prompt and very friendly. Everything on the order was carried out according to what was promised price was very fair and installation was perfect. My wife and I are very satisfied with the product and I will recommend BEC Flooring to all my family and friends!

My wife and I closed on our first house on a Tuesday and were moving in that Saturday and realized we needed carpet ASAP before moving in. We contacted BEC on Thursday afternoon and told them our dilemma and what color/style carpet we wanted and they were able to fit us in the very next day! They were responsive and quick to get us a quote. The quality was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all of your flooring needs- they will make it happen!

We moved from Austin to Metro Atlanta not knowing who to use to put in new carpet in our recently purchased house in Cumming. After learning about BEC through our realtor, we contacted Cheryl and made her aware of the time crunch before the movers arrive in a few days. She immediately put us at ease. We literally texted her from the closing and she had one of her crews successfully install our upstairs carpet by that afternoon. I let her know time was not as important as doing a good job and we got both. A great job in a timely manner.
