Picked up 1100 sq ft of flooring; great service. I had ordered online but CJ helped to fix the order issue and helped me with supporting materials. Great service. Appreciate all the help and suggestions.They are always willing to help and make sure we walkout with correct product.

I was in the store looking for quite a while. The team was very patient, helpful and professional. Great experience. I recognize they do not represent the experience you will have with installers but, if the attitude, quality and experience aligns with the in-store team, I am sure I will be happy with installation.

CJ was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable about the various types of flooring and honest about price/performance. Also a lot of real world experience to be able to speak to what will work best for our situation. Glad she was in when we came by. Will order with her in specific. Thank you.

Bad bad customer service. The lady was very rude when I Asked her questions. She was not interested in helping me at all. The attitude was like ‘why are you here”? Then she was on the phone with the customer, she hung up and I was waiting there in line to ask her a question. She got another call, picked up the line and talked to the person on the phone as if I was never standing there. If you want a good customer service, please do not go here. I never ever experienced this kind of bad customer service anywhere.

Great hidden floor shop. Went looking for a vinyl plank floor for my bathroom project and Chris came to my rescue. He helped me find a flooring I saw online and helped me lay out my tile with the flooring choice in the sunshine so I could see all the colors. He was great. The options to see and the service was much much more than Home Depot ever offered.

I purchased over $3,000 in flooring from this company over a month ago and still to this day cannot get a estimated date of delivery. When I purchased the flooring the website said they would be available within 4 weeks. We are at week 5 and the store can only say that they will be available within 30 days from now.... at this point I am already starting to pay for flooring I still have not received. I am completely fed up and I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

Great selection of quality flooring. Store manager Troy helped us and was very helpful with everything we needed and what we didnt know we needed to get the floors we desired. Wife and I will do business here again.

Came in today to figure out how to use a floot nailer Ive had for 4 years couldnt figure out how to get the darn attachments on it. Chris stayed with me and helped me figure it out even though he was juggling another customer and phone calls. I really appreciate him taking his time to help me out, because I couldnt figure it out to save my life.

I came to look at some flooring and I noticed that they were quite busy. There was one person helping a number of customers and there was another guy a white heavyset gentlemen who I believed was named Doustin or Justin, I only glanced at the business card on the station. I noticed he was on his a cell phone and walking away to take calls and directed me to the other guy who was overwhelmed with customers. After waiting so long I had to walk out because the guy Doustin/Justin, never came back to the front after 10 mins. This isnt a good representation of customer service. I dont blame the other employees. They were was working hard, but Doustin/Justin could have helped me a lot sooner.

Not as big a store as some of the commercial competitors, which actually makes it easier for me to go around and hone in on what I like fairly quickly. The best thing about the store is the manager, Troy, he’s an incredibly and effortlessly helpful guy. The selection inside the store itself is not huge but there are additional choices from the catalogue that you can choose from and have samples sent to your home. If you’re a novice, like I am, ask the clerks for advice, they’re usually quite helpful. I’m currently starting on my 3rd home project with laminate purchased from them.

Went to pickup some hardwood flooring. Called ahead of time and gave an ETA so theyd have it ready for pickup. Chris was fabulous on the phone. Got to the store.. doors were locked. Spoke with the manager DJ at the door who advised they closed 30 mins ago. I informed her I was there only for pickup and I called less than 20 mins ago (I had no issues remaining outside for pickup). Worst attitude ever even when I called to ask for a manager and she stated she was the highest person in charge. Asked multiple times for a corporate number. Manager was very stressed/agitated and taking out personal problems towards customers (Its not ok. Especially since a lot of people are going through tough times). I get times are rough but you have to remain composed in all situations. Im honestly surprised Chris isnt the manager. Hes wonderful with customer service. Im not looking forward to picking up my next purchase here. I used an entire lunch break just to pick up... Im really upset about a management position acting unprofessional.

We walked in the store ready to buy flooring, that minute. We were the only ones in there, there was one person behind the counter on a computer and he never said one thing to us. We looked in the store for 5 minutes and he never said anything to us.I guess lumber liquidators must be doing such amazing business they didntt need our $3000 sale.They are AWFUL !!!

I priced out a wood floor w a wholesale company in Dalton Ga. They were selling me engineered wood floors for 2.39 a square ft. I called lumber liquidators last minute before I rented a truck and drove almost two hours to get this deal. Steve the manager stopped me in my tracks. He stated he had bamboo floors same color for twenty cents cheaper per Sq ft. This is a better product w a better price. So happy extremely. Satisfied!!! This store is located in Alpharetta off N. Main St. Ask for Steve...
