My car is still here after about a month. Thats why I dont like driving in this Atlanta traffic cuz your car might end up here. Im only giving it four stars because of the staff there. The junkyard is a junkyard

Setting aside why my vehicle was here. The services provided over the phone and in person is great. I dont want to have to come back but hopefully if I need a tow again its A Tow.

Towed my car from a crash per police. driver did not introduce himself, have a card on him, or tell me where he was taking my car, he told me to take a picture of the number & address on his truck. been calling phone all day no one picks up, i come to lot and wait in line to be informed that my car is 24 miles away. annoying and preventable waste of time

I was in an accident on GA 400 and my car was totaled. There was a very nice tow truck driver that offered to get us off of the Hwy and bring us to the tow lot and wait for our ride. When we arrived there was a very nice lady named Yolanda that greeted us and waited outside with us until they closed (COVID hours) ... The next day I went up there to try and release my vehicle to the insurance company, but the manager wouldn’t allow me to even though I had proof of insurance, license, proof of car payments. Everything, I didn’t have the registration though. Which I understand if it’s policy. What I didn’t like is how mean and non empathetic she was. Someone like that shouldn’t be “managing”.I went back today with registration and Yolanda was there. I got all things I needed out of my vehicle and was able to release it to the insurance company after providing my registration and license. She is the reason I am writing this review. She was empathetic, caring, sweet and all around great to talk to. I hope she gets some recognition for how great she is.

They damaged my motorcycle pretty badly when they towed it, and then did off to fix or pay for damages. This is not an ethical company, I would take your business elsewhere.

Must have ID AND Tag/Title. If you only have ID you cant get your belongings but DMV is like 3 minutes down the road. If the tag machine isnt working the closest Kiosk is in Sandy Springs Kroger (will attach pic). They are open 24 hours.

On 07-19-2020 the driver competent and friendly. When I was there the front desk was helpful and friendly. The next day I called to see about the whereabouts of my vehicle and whoever answered the phone in the mornings was very rude and impatient to my wife and I. A Tow needs to invest in more training for customer service employees

People who answer the phone ARE NOT professional and rush you off the phone

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! MY SON HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY ON I285 AND HIS CAR WAS IMPOUNDED.WE GOT THERE TO CHANGE THE TIRE AND THEY COULDNT FIND KEYS. I LEFT MONEY FOR THEM TO DO IT AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL US THEY DIDNT DO IT.WE CALLED AAA AND THEY WERE FINALLY ABLE TO CHANGE IT. I ASKED IF THEY COULD HAVE ONE OF THERE WRECKERS PULL IT OFF THE LOT AND ON PAVEMENT TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR AAA. IT WOULD BE 1AND HALF HRS AND COST AN ADDITIONAL(55.0) AFTER WE PAID 192.00 FOR ORIGINAL TOW. THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPLACING THE KEY FOB. WE TOLD THEM THE OWNER OF CAR WAS 92YRS OLD AND SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. DID NOT CARE....

Our car was towed on August 16 and picked up on August 17. On August 18 I reported to Donny Taylor of A-Tow who helpfully told me the police probably took something. Laughable.The ten minute phone hold session told me the company was professional and treated its customers with integrity. Totally untrue.If our experience is reflective of this companys moral character, then they deserve LESS than the one-star rating I had to send.

The phone service is the freaken worse! Please hold on, your call is very important to us yeah it doesnt seem like it when you leave people on hold for 10 minutes !! I need to find out if my car is here or not, Im not about to drive across town just to find out! How about you make it easy for all of us and just answering your damn phone

The worst experience with almost any company I have ever dealt with.They said they would be there in less than 1 hour they arrived in 2 hours. When I called the dispatcher to ask why it was taking so long they were very short and snippy with me.When the driver showed up he HOOKED UP THE CAR WRONG AND DROPPED IT OFF THE BACK OF THE FLATBED AND IT ROLLED DOWN A HILL AND SLAMMED INTO MY GIRLFRIENDS CAR. The driver said he took responsibility and that their insurance would take care of it. The next day I called the towing company and they hung up on me twice, dodged the calls for two days, and then called me back cussing me out calling me a liar and said it was my fault. They wanted me to go to court to get our cars fixed. I dont have time or money for that.DO NOT USE THEM! LEAVING YOUR CAR IN THE ROAD WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION! ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE BETTER.One of my biggest regrets since I moved to Georgia is calling A Towing out of Roswell!

Legal thieves! I had a medical emergency 2 days ago and my car was towed. I dont live up here, have limited access to resources, nowhere to stay and these people do not care. They have no compassion, no Christian love, and I pray they are in need some day of someone understanding their situation and they get the treatment any human deserves instead of the treatment they provide to others. Stay away from A Tow at all costs!!!!

One of the worst company Ive dealt with in quite some time. Unprofessional and completely inconsistent. Ive never dealt with a company who would not release a vehicle to an insurance company. Matter of fact. I didnt even call or want their services to begin with.

These people are the biggest idiots. They are so unprofessional. One lady I spoke to actually said Why do I have to answer your questions?, with an attitude. Are you kidding me. This company should be put out of business!!!! :( It was a horrible experience over all.

When my car became inoperable earlier this evening I called roadside assistance thru my insurance. 90 min later I was still waiting. After my ins co scheduled a 2nd service with a 90 min eta, I gave up on that and called A Tow Roswell directly. They answered right away, gave me an ETA of 20 minutes and showed up on time. Everyone was professional, I paid what Id been quoted and my suv was safely transported to my mechanics without issue. They even helped me verify what I believed the issue was. I would totally use A Tow Roswell again.

My roommate had his car towed to my house, when it got here the driver demanded money. I paid them expecting my roommate to pay me back. They charged both of us! When I called them, and told them to drop my charges on my card they said they needed the CVV off my credit card. I went ballistic! My card was reimbursed.

I wouldnt even give this company one star. I paid to get my car towed yesterday come to find out they didnt do it until today. Now another day that Im without a car. They knew how to demand for payment up front though!!!! Dont use this company!

Honestly the worst towing service I have honestly interacted with. They are extrememly unprofessional and rude and will try EVERYTHING in their power to keep your car another day. Your proof of insurance may help today, but not help tomorrow. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Very very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if possible.

Best aution car i ever been

This place is Horrible and it is stupid to me the fact that you tow a car that is stuck on the side of the road. Now I have to pay A-Tow to get the car back, pay another tow company to get it home and pay to tow it to a shop. A-Tow suck

The lady in the office has the nasty attitude.

Im not sure if this happened because it was late night, if they were short staffed but the fact I had to find a vehicle myself was a major problem. There should never be a reason I have to search a tow yard myself for a vehicle.
