Went to this business for a pre-vehicle inspection that I was prospectively buying (check out Avalon Autos) and they were so helpful! They did the second tier for my vehicle inspection and they were very thorough. The brother and sister let me know important things about the 2013 Prius I was interested in and what to look out for; the brother even took the car for a mini test drive to make sure it rode well; would definitely recommend this business for anyone needing to get a vehicle inspection on a Toyota! Love that they were a family-owned business. 10/10

Service was great, alignment done in a timely manner. Only issue is the technician that test drove my vehicle. Its evident there was some aggressive driving involved. I have items in my vehicle that are not in the same condition they were in when I got out of my vehicle (tent weights box in the passenger side floor is busted and weights all in the floor, glasses that I keep on my clock and radio display are not there, etc.). Also my vehicle has a strong gasoline smell to it.Other than this, which could have potentially been a major issue, the service was fine. Definitely should not be driving a customers vehicle aggressively.I called to advise of my observation, was told it would be discussed with the tech.

OMG …. No more going to the dealership to get any work done on my car when I say the most professional setting… they explained in detail about what was done to my car. They have a lounge on the second floor I watched a movie while getting my car worked on…. Please support their business. I wish I could have given them 10 stars … THANK YOU!!!!!

I had my service for a wheel alignment bought through Groupon at America’s Best Automotive. Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted and quickly entered into their database. My truck was taken back and my service process was explained to me by the owner of the company. When my truck was complete, she showed me a print out of the results as well as discussed how all brake jobs are not created equal. ( Lucky Me. 😔) My service tech was awesome too. He shared everything that was an issue with my truck and the order in which it should be handled if not all at once. This type of service is what we all wish our money could buy. This repair shop may not a whole lot less expensive per hour than others in the area BUT there have been times when I know they could have charged me a lot more than they did for work that did not really need to be done and they did not do so. They have also gone the extra mile a time or two and did not tack on big fees. That honesty factor is huge with me. I used to always shop for the lowest price on a repair but have been burned by sub par labor or troubles that just kept going. That has not happened at Americas Best. Car trouble is not always cut and dried but I have always felt like these folks have shot as straight with us as possible which counts for a LOT.

Took my car for an alignment after a tire shop gave me a referral. Very friendly and customer oriented from the office staff to the Technician. Very reasonable labor rate and turn around time. As a mechanic, I have a hard time finding another shop to work on my car, but if I’m in the area and need work done, this is where I’ll go!

Had an appointment for alignment (referral from tire shop) Fast and friendly! Explained everything and didn’t add any surprises. I added on an oil change while I was there! Local female owner! I’ll be back!

Though I had appointment there was wait time of at least 45 minutes. Waiting area was very tiny and unclean. Service was okay but no one was wearing mask including front desk lady.

This is the most honest place I have ever dealt with! I really do not see how there are any negative reviews. Ive been taking three of our family cars here for the past 1 1/2 years and have nothing but the best service. They are honest and dont try to rip you off or take advantage of you like other places do. Barry and the crew are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After the last year making the mistake of taking my car to other performance shops I found no one could get my car aligned correctly or they would not listen to what I wanted. I use to always go to Americas Best, but was lured away by the reviews I read of other shops and reviews from friends. I have to say that I trust this shop with my car and will NOT be going to any other shop around. Andrew not only listened to what I wanted and followed through with it, but he also made sure I was happy with the setup I requested. I find most shops that will actually go by your own specs tell you that they are released of all responsibility. I was told at AB that if I did not like the adjustment to bring the car back and they will adjust it again until I am happy. As a customer that drives my car hard on the street and harder on the course, I can say that this reason will keep me coming back. This shop proves that some owners enjoy what the do and not just out to make a buck and take advantage of people. I am very happy with the service that I was given and will continue to recommend Americas Best to everyone that I know. Went in for an alignment. The tech told me to straighten my steering wheel and bring it back in for an alignment because he couldnt do it properly. Cool, I get that. Its a project car. I fixed my wheel and I go in to get the alignment done and asked for the same guy (Jason) to give him business. Ask to speak with the tech after for a couple minutes to explain the next steps of getting the rear wheels lined up properly since the factory setup doesnt allow for adjustments. He came in and before I even got a word out he was so annoyed that he had to talk to me and gave me the smart ass answer of I already told you what you need to do! and what I paid for doesnt adjust the camber of my vehicle. At this point I havent even said what I wanted to talk to him about let alone the camber adjustment and he jumped the gun coming in like hes too good to talk with a customer. A one time customer for that. A respectable and honest tech will stand by his work and help the customer for any reason of course within reason. After he stormed out of the office without me saying a word, the front desk lady said, sorry for his behavior, hes just really busy and not to take it personally. Too bust to talk to me for two minutes? Never going back to that shop again. Sorry, but having that kind of attitude will only hurt you and wont get you any return business.

I came down from Chattanooga and Americas Best fit me in for a slightly last-minute pre-purchase vehicle inspection appointment. Not only was the inspection thorough and the results thorough, but a slight noise that the vehicle was making was fixed for no additional charge. This procedure is not one of the more expensive services from Americas Best, but I still felt like a priority and well taken care of. I even called later and had questions regarding the inspection results, and Lee addressed my questions no problem. Customer service here is top-notch. I would recommend them to anyone in the Alpharetta area.

I was referred two years ago to Americas Best Automotive by an associate of mine to have suspension work done. I finally got my lowering springs two weeks ago and brought my car here. They didnt have a compressor to fit my rear suspension and informed me of that. However they said that they can get one and have my car ready by that following Saturday. Well, I told them I would leave my car there and they were able to drop me off at home. I called Weds. to check on my car and sure enough, it was finished. Eric and the staff are very welcoming, along with great customer service. Honest group of people and thats very hard to find now a days, especially in car shops (Im a female and most shops think females know nothing about cars). I will be taking my other vehicle there for future services and recommend others to do the same.

I found this place after I ordered a set of tires off Tire Rack. They mounted and balanced my tires, did an alignment, and flushed my brake fluid. Top notch work and customer service. Their equipment easily handled my wheels and tires and the height of my car. I would definitely recommend.

Went in to get my vehicle checked for steering vibration that no shop or dealer has been able to fix yet. Jason was quick to tell me I needed new tires and that would likely resolve the problem. I look forward to see if Jasons recommendation fixes the issue - but so far their customer service has been great.

Americas Best has a very high standard of ethics in all my dealings with them. On separate occasions they patiently explained to both myself and my wife..option a, option b and option c. They explained the probable issue...they listen to the trouble shooting youve done, and what they observe. They always recommended the lower cost option first targeting the most likely problem as the best choice, before recommending ripping the engine apart and generating high labor costs. I trust the owner, and how she trains and supervises her staff. In todays service world that says a lot right there.

😁I didnt know anything about this place. I got dragged out of bed by my girl to go with her. It took us forever to get out there because we are coming from college park and they are located in alpharetta. We finally arrived and was greeted immediately by a staff member. She was told it would take thirty minutes to an hour. So we went to waffle house and had a bite to eat. By the time we were finished, her car was done. The guy name Joseph is awesome. If there is a DEFINITION for HONEST MECHANIC then HIS picture should be next to it. Im going to bring my car to their establishment soon.

The service here is exemplary. I was originally referred to America’s Best Automotive several years ago by a tire shop after replacing all four tires. They did a 4 wheel alignment and centering of the steering wheel. No other shop has ever gotten the steering wheel centered right on the first try. Even though I moved out of the area, I still come back here to get my alignment and suspension work done. They get you in and back on the road very quickly. None of this waiting for hours and hours stuff like other shops do. I have referred my family members who now also go here exclusively as well. Give them a try and I believe you will agree with my 5 star rating.

I have a modified/lifted 2017 Jeep JKU, running 35 Toyo Open Country MT tires. The front tires were starting to blister, showing an alignment issue. I visited the shop first and spoke with both Lee and Leland about the issue and to formulate a plan. Making these adjustments is very manual and on a trail basis until the alignment right. These guys were friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to get the job done right. A customer can not ask for more than that. One satisfied customer here...Thanks

Have been using them for alignments on different cars over the last 20 years. They have always been responsive and service oriented. Just the other day was headed there for an alignment when I got a flat tire. Had to get a replacement and they handled everything once I obtained the replacement - even provided a courtesy alignment to ensure no change.

They have been servicing my cars for over 8 years. They are honest, efficient and reasonably priced. Ive always experienced a high level of customer service and have been satisfied every time.

They should not even be in car repair business. My 2007 Honda Odyssey had its timing belt replaced by this place along with other things in its maintenance history. I took it recently for a regular maintenance to a trustworthy and honest place and they gave me the download of lousy and terrible quality workmanship. Here is the summary: Top engine mount, both bolts were missing, making the mount completely useless! Bottom bolt for computer module missing just because my mechanic said it is somehow difficult to put it back. At least 2 harnesses of wires coming out of the computer not attached back to their clips. Many plastic pins missing. One of the 2 pillars to secure black plastic engine cover at the back broken. Two screws broken and left in place for engine air filer compartment causing one side to stay open. Steering pump high pressure hose attached with cable ties all over the place (low quality aftermarket pump and hose used) and one of the ties was to the abs brake line! Sounds very safe, right! Factory original clamps all gone for the hose (had to buy them along with original hose). Honestly, I have no idea if they did a proper job with the timing belt and water pump. By looking at the terrible quality workmanship, I have absolutely zero confidence that they did it right. Going to this place will only make you get ready for further breakdowns. I cannot believe they left so many things incomplete.

They did a great job installing a leveling kit on my vehicle. Good alignment too.They walked me through everything they had done to the vehicle.I told them that I had just purchased it and one of the mechanics took the time to walk me through some things about the vehicle and told me what to check and what to watch out for due to its age.I suspected that I had gotten a crappy oil change from another company. They even walked me through how to check if it’s been done right.Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

PSA!!!do not waste your time...first off the greasy mechanic got in my car and couldnt find first gear... put it into reverse and jumped over the curb.. at this point I should have asked for my keys and left... but I let it fly being it was still 815AM.45 mins into my alignmentI get a call saying my tierods are seized and they will need to be replaced for an extra 400$. I decline service as I know with some care and time they can be broken loose, they are in great shape with maybe 4 years of usage. I understand the game of upsales ect, Im not upset.I arrive back to the shop and LEE (grease monkey) says LOUDLY to the service advisor charge this guy for lift time (NOW IM MAD)charge me for what? wasting my time? wasting the day I took off to get this done?however I commend the service advisor for shutting that down and proceeding with great customer service skills.all in all I would never recommend this place to my enemy.go to EUROFED, butler tire, or even pepboysP.s. I am a technician at a small independent euro shop that doesnt have an alignment rack, or like all the other work on this car I would have done it myself... headed into work to loosen some tie rods.Thanks again, for nothing.

They did my alignment and front brakes; very satisfied with their work. My steering wheel used to shake very badly when braking and it feels like a dream now. The owner is a woman (yas) and treated me with a lot of respect. The waiting area has a couch, tv, coffee maker, and a gamecube with a pretty good selection of games. They even had pads and tampons in the bathroom (i m p r e s s i v e). Wait time was shorter than they quoted me and the technician was really polite when we went over everything he did. Would highly recommend.

I went there for wheel alignment with a groupon coupon. On checking they realized that my vehicle doesnt need any wheel alignment. Although they had redeemed my groupon voucher, they refunded it back as my car doesnt need any alignment.

When paying, the guy at the counter tells me one price ($104). I pay with cash. He sees the cash and then says there was an additional charge that was forgotten, adding $30. I request a receipt, he does the classic, the computers down, you wanna wait for the router to re-boot. Seemed suspicious.

Don’t ever go to this shop!On 6/17/17, we brought our car, Honda Fit, to repair two studs on a tire. Driving out of the shop we noticed ABS signal on the dashboard which we had not had before. We were told by the shop that the signal was not a problem, just drive for a while and the light would go away. It did not. To avoid other complications with repairs at this shop, we took the car to the dealer where we were told that the only problem causing ABS signal was damaged wheel bearing resulting from replacement of the studs. After the bearing replacement the signal disappeared. We had to pay $399 for the repair.We explained what had happened to the manager of the America’s Best Automotive, named Ron, and asked for the refund. The manager rudely refused that or take the responsibility for the problem they created by damaging the wheel bearing. He told us the shop had not removed the wheel bearing during the repair.BUT that was the root cause of the damage, as other mechanic explained: in order to avoid damaging the wheel bearing during replacement of the studs, the wheel bearing had to be removed!The America’s Best Automotive didn’t bother to remove the wheel bearing and damaged it as a result.The rude refusal by the shop’s manager to understand our concerns about the problem they created is not the way to treat the customers!!!

My father has put so much time and effort into this place its not even funny. i know things are different now that he has passed but my mother is trying her hardest to keep it the way my father had it and i think we are dong a good job at doing so.

As couple people said, it should be Americas Worst Automotive. I took my M3 a month ago with appointment on Saturday for alignment as I got a new tires. Went there, they put my car on ramp and looked at it good and they told me, as my car has camber plates, I have to make an extended appointment for next time. I said okay and went back home without alignment. I called them back and talked to same guy who checked my car the first time ( his name is Barry) to make my 2nd appointment, I also reminded him that I am the one with camber plates and he acknowledged that was him who looked at my car last time. Went for my appointment, Barry put the car on the ramp and started the work. He asked me if I need certain adjustment, I gave him the Numbers. While he was working on my car I noticed, his attention to detail is not good and was not focus towards his job as, in middle of my alignment work he started working on another ladys car for 30-45 mins. Came back to my car and after spending almost 2-3 hours at this shop all I got was, secrewed up setup and oh your camber plates are different and can ONLY be adjusted by taking out the shocks, so you have to pay extra and have to make another appointment to adjust cambers. I asked him, if camber plates are not adjusted can I drive my car hard with the adjustment you did do far? He said, oh yeah you can definitely drive hard without camber adjustment. I paid $99 for the alignment. I was driving home and took some curvy roads to test the adjustment Barry did, oh my god, my car felt terrible and scary. It was driving way better before this alignment.I gave up at this point and after 2 weeks I went and did my appointment with Gran Turismo East and in 45 mins, guy name Gabe at GTEast did an phenomenal job and aligned my car along with camber adjustments. My car came to life.I would NOT recommend Americas Best Automotive to anybody. You would argue, why you didnt go back to them and have them fix it, only response I have for that is, I gave them freaking 3 hours top checkout my car and in that time if person is not able to understand what my car has in it, it is not going to be helpful if I went back to them and have them fix my car. I would be wasting my weekends on them.
