I have to commend this place!!! About a week ago I ran my battery down by leaving the car in run. I had to walk 2 and a half miles to get a new battery. The service and part department refused to let me walk back to my car. They drove me back to my car! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

With either the car was “JUST SOLD”, or someone had a “deposit” on that vehicle…I saw the vehicle online, came up and BAM!When I first walked in, took a minute to be greeted, but when Mary finally greeted me and apologized she said “I’m placing you with the perfect person, Bill has been here forever and he’s GREAT”! Bill came and introduced himself, I told him what vehicle I wanted, he went and got the keys and… let’s say Bill KNEW his car! Polite and knowledgeable throughout, Bill was a FANTASTIC help. After I was “welcomed to the Benz Family” little “odds and ends” Bill made sure was taken care of. He followed through with a text and I had a very minor issue, and got that squared away. Jeff was incredibly quick to respond to our request. When we arrived, he already had the car pulled up to the front, it had been cleaned and was show ready. During the process, he laid out the manufacturer incentives, and pushed the process along as quickly as possible. He was great to work with! Ramona was also a gem to work with. She did the financing piece very quickly...didnt push on the extras, but made us aware of all of the options and at the end, we were delivered a VERY detailed car...more than just a wash! Impressed with the whole process!

They make no real effort to accommodate you...unless of course they are trying to sell you a car and everything else but the kitchen sink. The so-called leather and stain protection was sold to me and no one told me that I literally have to grovel and beg for some stain guy who apparently works only Tuesdays and Thursdays. That was obviously not mentioned in the fine print...they are alright I guess and kind of a necessary evil if you have a benz and live nearby, however I dont appreciate the run around Ive gotten at all.

Another great job by the RBM of Alpharetta team. I took my 2019 Sprinter 2500 there for a B Service in February 2021. During the service, my service rep, Steve Byrd, informed me my front brakes were near the point, that makes the light come on. That’s what I like about them. They check things out that I may have forgotten about. And Steve always has them provide me with a loaner vehicle, usually a brand new one! The drop off and pick up is a pretty smooth process. Friendly service attendants that treat you with respect, is why I keep coming back to RBM of Alpharetta. It’s ironic that my first visit to a Mercedes-Benz dealership, was RBM of Atlanta. They are okay but, Alpharetta has a better all around facility especially, for Sprinters. And, only RBM of Alpharetta gives all their customers, receiving service, a loaner vehicle. If you have a Mercedes-Benz needing service, try Steve Byrd at RBM of Alpharetta. They will treat you well there.

I went in with an issue I wasn’t able to locate. When I got there Steve my service advisor was outside able to listen to my car and identify the issue. They cannot tell me the maintenance history of a vehicle I bought that they serviced.There is no law that prohibits dealers from providing service records on a vehicle as long as the previous owner’s information is not shared. Poor customer service from a luxury brand. They probably just want to sell customers maintenance that has already been done. Not true? Prove it and give people maintenance records.

I took my 2016 Smart Fortwo in for service today and the experience was wonderful. I was greeted immediately and my service advisor (Toby Gilmour) researched my car maintenance records and was able to guide me to the right level of maintenance which turned out to be just an oil change. I honestly felt a bit vulnerable buying a used car and then taking it into a dealership to have the service done. I’m happy to see that RBM is an ethical dealership and I will definitely be back for future service needs.As one would expect, the service area (reception & waiting) is immaculate and well appointed with TVs, work areas and WiFi. I was able to work comfortably and they were practicing social distancing as well as masks. All good!

By far RBM of Alpharetta is one of the best locations for all of your Mercedes Benz needs. We have used other locations in the past that have been damaged our vehicle and refused to pay for the damages. Here at RBM of Alpharetta they are courteous and fast. We recently had our car service here again and it was done the same day. We dropper the car off, got our loaner, and went to lunch. Once we finished lunch we started to head home when our Service Manager Darren called and said the service was finished. Darren is an all star! He was knowledgeable and courteous, and even checked to see if there was a drop top available for a loaner. Unfortunately they did not have one available, but hey we still were in a loaner and the service was outstanding! l. Do your car a favor and bring it here!

My first visit to RBM was for a courtesy car wash. I was not expecting very much in the way of a detail but was impressed at how well the car was cleaned. My second visit was the opposite. My car was returned to me wet. As I drove off, it began to dry and the windows were literally dirtier than when I drove in; the sides of the car had big streaks of dried dirt? When the windows dried, it became evident the INSIDE of my windshield and drivers window were scratched. I followed up with a note to Mr. Harrison and Ms. Blevins to make them aware. Neither one replied.I am only posting this to make others aware of the risk involved with the Courtesy Car Wash at RBM of Atlanta. It ended up costing me $780 for a new windshield.I give them one star because of no reply and no apology.

More than once now I have taken my car in for issues only to get it back with other problems then get charged for them. They have no customer loyalty they just want your money. Be very careful before you take your car there... They will fix your issue but send your car home with other problems so they can charged you more.Don was the guy who works there and doesnt care, just wanted my money.

Another great experience at RBM of Alpharetta with Vadim Russu.We bought a Mercedes Metris conversion van from him several years ago at RBM. I new when I turned-in my leased SUV, Vadim and RBM Alpharetta was the only place I would consider to purchase a new vehicle. I was having a vehicle built, but thanks to pandemic supply issues final components were delayed. Knowing I already turned my lease in at another dealer, he took the initiative to scour the southeast to find a vehicle which had every option, as well as interior and exterior colors down to the walnut wood inserts. He the notified me Thursday with the assembly issue, but already solved the problem and arranged great financing as well. I picked up my new SUV today 2 days later thanks to his efforts.The entire team at RBM Alpharetta was amazing!Courteous, friendly, conscientious and trustworthy.
