When I first started working with Royal Shredding, they were spectacular.That changed months ago.If you want someone to show up and get your shredding when they say they will, keep looking. I have been waiting for months for overflowing shredding to be picked up and, after another no-show today, I am going to have to rent a truck/van to return the cabinet to him because I cannot continue to make appointments, clear my schedule, and have his guy(s) not show up.Bryan, if you read this please know that I have emails and phone records to back up every allegation that I am making here.Do not do business with this company. The good reviews he has must have been from a better time.

When our previous shredding company was bought out by the Giant-Monster-Mega-Document_Management company I was so aggravated every time I would call. No maam, I dont need a confirmation number, I just need you to be here when you say you will. Being the largest doesnt mean youre the best.You can only imagine my delight when I contacted Royal Shredding and spoke with Bryan, one of the owners, and for him to recognize that I was a customer from his previous employer. We have been using Royal Shredding for a while now and my employer is going through a significant downsizing which means that in addition to our normal scheduled service the folks at Royal have been doing very large on-site shred jobs. I cannot tell you the number of times I have called Bryan and explained that all of our shred bins are full and need emptying ASAP. They have always made us a priority with getting on their schedule.In my opinion shredding services are one of those services where you shouldnt just be a number. Its because of their excellent service and willingness to do what it takes that Royal Shredding has a customer for life.

I have worked with several shredding companies over the years and Royal Shredding blows them all away !!! Bryan and Steve are so professional and nice ! I work odd hours and they ALWAYS work with me when I have to change my day time etc . The personal service they give is hard to come by . I cannot say enough great things about them !!!!!!!
