I have had a mailbox here for over 10 years and they always take good care of me. It’s great to be able to get cards, ship packages, receive packages and even take care of all my shredding in one place with nice staff!

Store Manager Hetal was super friendly and helped me in shipping my package. The best customer service I have received in Shipping stores.

Store personnel were extremely helpful when a box I had shipped was returned to the store. They went the extra mile to track me down and then were able to re-pack the box and ship it. Extremely pleasant and professional.

Amazing customer service and reliability. They always greet you with a smile and are very knowledgeable. My go to ship store. Even knew everything about how to properly package an expedited passport renewal.

The best customer service I have ever had at a shipping store. I had to ship a fragile product and the staff of this store put all their efforts into packing it with care and making sure that it wont break. They were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were very welcoming!

My fingerprints were not coming out right, the owners got very impatient towards me. There was another young female employee who helped me out eventually. She was very patient with the retakes but owners started to call her out to finish quickly. I didn’t understand why they were so rude to me!

The store had employees who did not keep their masks on their face and did not ask customers to wear masks in the midst of a pandemic. I had to get my fingerprinting done at that place, for which I was to take my mask off for the picture which I did not feel comfortable at all given the staff and the customers were walking around maskless. Even though I communicated my concern of seeing the maskless, the owner did not feel accountable for the lack of safety protocols followed by the staff and the customers. Very dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff of the store.

I am the founder of a non-profit organization and because of Covid I have to ship bags to our girls nationwide. Nevil and Hetal always take their time to process my orders, figures out the best way to send packages, and even gave me a stack of label holders to have to make my sending experience even easier.I appreciate this couple and will try my best to give this location my business first.

I went here for a notary. Lady who notarize is not that friendly. She didnt notarise my college documents even after showing passport, and told us to bring DL. We were pending with renewal of DL as DDS was closed from 14th to 19th of January, and i needed to send my documents within 7 days.She didnt even know that GA accept recently expired DL if it is urgent to notarize.I went to the another UPS store, and there they notarized my documents and that too in 2 $ rather than 4 $ in this store. Poor Customer Service.

I liked the fact that the guy working there wearing a mask and social distancing appropriately. When I went there it was busy and quite a few customers werent following it. I felt uncomfortable and quickly returned back. I think management should consider appropriate social distancing guidelines just like the guy working there was following. Health and safety always comes first.

I have been this place to courier couple of my belongings to NJ and found the service is too fast and reliable compared to previous days. I have realized that this is a new management and they are working so enthusiastically and found that this team is providing Excellent Customer Support. Keep it up

I have used this location since 1999. I have trusted them with important documents, presents, invitations, and anything needed. Joyce, her husband and staff have been courteous and efficient. I was at this location and the gentleman working at the store Ahlohn was very professional. There was a lady in the store not wearing a mask who was coughing and he politely asked her to put on a mask. She became very irate and began to yell and scream at him. He he remained very calm and professional. After she left he wiped down the store with disinfectant. It is good to see a company and employee care about the safety of their customers during this pandemic. Excellent job!

Worst worst place to go for Notary service.I have been to this place previously several times for shipping, the services provided by a male employee were nice and professional.BUT the lady notary with English accent worked in late November last year, not only made us wait but also without any notice, charged $5 per page !!! .NO other UPS stores notary charges that kind of fee.. Just plain extraction when you tell them you are in urgency.. and cant go anywhere else.Please save yourself by going to another UPS store.

I shipped two packages with this UPS Store and one package which was a return shipment made it to the destination with no problems. My next package which I allowed them to pack is missing. Now, this package had Christmas Gifts and I Shipped both these packages at the same time. When I called and spoke with Joy she acted as if it was no big deal. I called the Doraville hub and they advised they never received the package. They also spoke with the driver. So, how should I feel? Joy is the only person who knew what was being sent. I should have stayed and watched her. I guess I just didnt want to believe someone would steal my items that I do business with. Please do not ever use them to ship your personal belongings. Please use a different UPS Store. ..

=====Terrible Notary Service=====I went there to get some documents notarized. I took the photo copies along with originals. The old lady here is a terrible notary. The lady refuses to notarize and asks me to, first, write a sentence saying I photocopied the documents, write my name and sign the documents first. Then only she wants to notarize. Thats horrible. She just wants to pollute our documents with unnecessary writings. If not, she wanted to take photocopies on her own and charge me for that. She is a lazy lady who just doesnt want to compare the documents at all. As someone wrote, rightly, she may be having problem reading documents. NEVER GO HERE FOR NOTARY SERVICE. Go to some bank.

Always exceptional service. I stop there every week for over a year now. Drop off packages, ship boxes. They follow the policies to the point, i guess that explains some bad reviews with whoever is impatient. I bring in multiple boxes and staff is always friendly, assists with bringing them in. Never had I issue with them.

TERRIBLE service by employee. First they made a multiplication error valuing my package over $1000.00 more than the true value. The package has been sitting in country for over a week with no help by the store. The same employee sent a second value form which contained the same original rrror. When I called to try to get it sorted out the same employee HUNG UP on me. When I called back he wouldn’t answer phone. I have used this store for 16 YEARS. But NEVER again. Owner no where onsite. The work is left to an incompetent.

New management coustmer service is excellent

Had to return a postage paid item the other day, but the label I had printed out was too light. Joshua not only let me print out the label there, but also carried the package into the store for me (it was a very large item). I use this location often, and the service there is always outstanding!

This place is filthy and the guy working there was extremely rude. He acted like he was doing me a favor and couldnt wait for me to leave.I will not use this location again and suggest you dont either.

Called to ask about notary. Guy who answered the phone said the notaries (2 people) left the store at 1pm. I asked if they would be there on the weekend. He said no, try back Monday possibly.LOL! So they have 2 notaries and NO ONE wants to work.....

Innacurate hours. I arrived a few minutes before closing. The door was unlocked, but the store had already put up its gates. upon entering the store the girl behind the counter immediately announced that they were closed. I informed her that I needed to get packages out urgently this evening, but she turned me away, stating that their system shuts down a couple of minutes before 7:00 pm and there was nothing she could do about it.Se directed me to the windward store (supposedly open until 7:30 pm), which was also closed.This isnt a restaurant, where walking in right before close would be considered rude. I expect a business such as UPS to stay open for its customers until its posted hours say its closed. Even USPS will allow anyone whos in line before closing time to take care of their shipping needs.

Warning! Stay Away! This place is about the most incompetent UPS Store I have ever done business with. Ive had a mailbox for my business for about 9 months. In the beginning, they would put gobs of mail from previous box owners in my box, every single day. Then, once we got this straightened up, they started putting package delivery slips that were for me in other mailboxes and then even letting them pickup my packages. Then there is this past week 6/4/18-6/9/18. A client mailed me a very large check and it never showed up. Mmm, I wonder what happened. Not! Then on Friday, I got a large shipment from a manufacturer, delivered according to Fedex around 5pm on Friday and around 11 am on Saturday, I went in the store to see if the check has shown up, asked the worker to check my box for mail and he told me I had nothing. Yeah, nothing but the $2000 worth of product that theyve probably given to someone else. I implore you to never do business with this location or the the location on McGinnis Ferry in the Publix shopping center as they are owned by the same losers. Trust me, they are beyond incompetent. Stay away forever...When I get back from my trip to Florida on business, I am going to demand a refund on the remaining months left of my contract and take my business elsewhere...anywhere else because no one else could be so incredibly incompetent.

Worst store. I went to scan few pages. Initially the employee working there said that it would cost total of $5 (including scanning of pages and also use of computer for couple of minutes) but later when I went to counter to pay then the other employee (store manager) charged $14... and when I asked the reason he said for first page scan $5 and and so on.... if that is the case then the employee should have warned me about the charges before hand and not after scanning of pages is done..... I came to know that fedex charges less so I advice you to prefer fedex rather than ups for scanning and printing purpose...... ZERO STARS, BUT THE WEBSITE ALLOWS AT LEASE 1 STAR...

The worst service, Went there for a Notary. The Lady over there was not understanding anything about the form I had. She was unable to read and understand nor understand what Im saying. Mr. and Mrs. Liao sold the business and the ownership has changed a couple of times since. I will say the new owner Ms. Hatal is very nice and is working very hard to make improvements to this store. I went in today to have important legal documents notarized and witnessed. Hatal provided a very convenient one stop shop for me.At her store, I was able to have my documents witnessed, notarized, copied, and mailed. As mentioned in my previous review below, Ive been a customer of this UPS Store location since 2010. Im looking forward to continuing my business with this store and I appreciate the improvements!*********************************************************(old review from 3 years ago for previous owners...still 5 stars)Ive used this UPS Store for my mailbox, mailing, shipping, and notary needs since 2010. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Liao, are very personable. They know me by name. We often have friendly conversations when I come in to check my box or receive mailing services.I was just there last week to have an Affidavit of Identification notarized for a remote part time job. Mrs. Liao notarized my document with no problems.They are my one stop shop and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

DO NOT get anything notarized here. There is an inept old lady who can barely read, that comes out of the back to ruin all your documents. Paying to have them burned in front of me would have been far nicerShe is terrible at her job. She will ruin your whole day. She will stress you out, she will mess up your documents. She will charge you for it.Throw your documents away before bringing them here, it will save you money and time, and your sanity.
