I really enjoyed my experience here. We made reservations over the phone and when we walked in they greeted us and had us sign a covid release form which is rare these days. Everything was very clean and there was even a lady on sight cleaning every station after each person left. Sammy did my nails and she was amazing. I got a full set of dip and she worked with me at every step to make sure I was happy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she let me know they didnt have the stickers I would need, but she helped me figure out alternatives. She took time and effort with my nails and I totally love them. I really liked this place and will definitely be back. The only thing I dont like is that theyre too far away from me to go often! 10/10 would recommend!

Very impressed By this salon. The manager greeted me & he was very nice. He seems to understand the value of customer service. I opted for pedi w massage & the lady that helped me was amazing. Best massage I’ve had in forever. The manager plays the piano too, which is a nice touch.

When I moved to GA, I spent many weekends trying nail salons, but once I found Pavilion Nail Lounge, I stopped looking. The moment you walk in Tom the manager makes you feel like family. He has the best customer service I have ever seen. Lily does my SNS dip (seen in picture) and does a beautiful job every time, on top of that she is a joy to talk to. Lily has become an amazing friend to me. Mi does my mothers SNS dip/pedicures and my mom always says this is the best quality job I have had. Sammy/Mia does my signature pedicures and their massages are so amazing they put me to sleep. Without a doubt I recommend this place to everyone, not to mention their booking scheduling online is extremely easy!

I am not one to write reviews but I was so disappointed in this place. Aside from the unpleasant interaction with the receptionist who also did my nails, the quality of my manicure was terrible. My nails are different lengths, my cuticles look like they haven’t been touched and my nail polish is not evenly on. My pedicure was done by David who actually did do a good job

Went there yesterday since my mom and I were eating close by. The service was very good and fast too. The gentleman that was attending at the front was very professional and answered all questions we had. He also plays piano and it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone that goes by there.

I always get my nails done by Irene and she’s so so great! She always makes my nails look fabulous💛 They’re also very long-lasting! All of my nails stayed on with no problem for a month. I would definitely recommend to get your nails done by Irene here.

They charged me an outrageous amount of money for 2 acrylic sets. They charged me for every little thing. $175. I would be okay with it if my nails looked great but they’re horrible. They look dirty, are way too thick, and feel like they’re about to come off. DO NOT COME HERE.

Rachel did an amazing job! She pays attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. I usually don’t put designs on my nails, but she recommended a design that suits my personality, and it came out great! She also did not take a long time and helped me pick the color I was looking good. Thanks Rachel!

The manager guy is really nice and welcoming, offer drinks when you walk in. They have lots of seats and good relaxing music.I keep coming back hoping my pedicures will get better, but they dont. and this last time, I got the worst paint job Ive ever had. Ive just made the decision to not come back and try other places.

Our first time at this nail salon and it was amazing. Very good service, polite staff and the pedicures were perfect. They didnt rush through the service, the staff was so nice and accommodating.

I have enjoyed coming here since it opened. It is very clean, customer service is always friendly and the nail techs are amazing. Rachel is so creative and talented, I trust her to create masterpieces of art on my nails.

I got dip nails and they are horrible. I will try to attach pic. I should not have had to pay for this horrible job. Every one was nice but quality was below average.

This was my first time with my roommate and it was not a good time. I called to make a reservation, and when we got there, they asked multiple times about the services.I got SNS. The manicurist used the electric fine on my nails, weakening the bed from the beginning. The end result was roughly finished, with the top coat tacking. I also got the jelly pedicure. Hot stones were blue used, though they should have been. There was no mask as advertised, and the towel wrapping wasnt correct.My roommate got SNS. Her nails were inconsistent. She also got the jelly pedicure. The jelly wasnt used in the proper sequence, so the technician just opened the pack and let it spill out halfway through. The stones were too hot and burned hey feet.Needless to say, this is a never again.

This place isn’t worth the money. I got a pedicure with callous removal and yet I still have callouses and my feet are actually drier than when I left home. Manicure is ok, but there’s polish on my skin. And don’t even get me started on that obnoxious piano at the front door. You can’t even relax or hear yourself think. I won’t be back.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This place literally gave me the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. In addition to doing an excellent job the staff are also super friendly and very pleasant to be around. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to others.

The service was great. They were really nice and did a great job for my wife and myself at the same time. The price was right for the work provided. We will go back to their place again. Also, you can eat just up the way so it was very convenient for an afternoon together.

I live near are a lot of different salons and I’m SO GLAD I WENT HERE. I’ve been to a couple others and this place is hands down the best! Not only were the staff extremely friendly and warm welcoming but they did a great job on my nails and toes. In addition, The prices of their services were fair. I came home and told my family that this is “my new place.” I just moved here from California And I had tried a couple other salons and none met met my expectations until this salon! So thankful I tried this place!!!

I just walked in THIS location on a TUESDAY evening. They were not near closing time nor busy. No ONE GREETED or offered to provide service. I waited for all of 10-20 minutes just to be ACKNOWLEDGED and still was not. Personnel walked to front of lounge where I sat and did not GREET or say anything to me. Simply ignored my presence as if I was not there. I’m a very understanding person a simple “hi ma’am we will be with you in a second” would of been acceptable. Or even if they felt they were not able to assist they could of STATED that. Not just IGNORE A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY WAITING ON SERVICE.Will not be returning.

I have been to this nail shop 3 times now. Irene and Michelle are great technicians. The owners are super welcoming and accommodating. I truly appreciate them taking me so close to closing time. I highly recommend this shop! You won’t regret it!

I booked this salon for my mommy makeover day. It was the first time getting my nails done in over 10 years and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I was there for over three hours and had my nails done three different times and still left with a mediocre product. The staff was very nice and the technician who did my nails was very apologetic but overall I was not happy with the quality of my nails.

I had the very best experience at Pavilion Nails. Everyone here is so nice and extremely professional. They take excellent care of their customers! They are COVID cautious. I highly Recommend Leah for manicures and SNS nails. She does a very thorough job and is meticulous. I also highly recommend Tino for a pedicure. He gives the best massages and does a great job on the pedicure as well. I love this place!

I went to this salon for the first time and met Lee. I often have acrylic on my nails but when she looks at my nails it is very thin so she recommend me through SNS. I was excited so I followed her words and I am very pleased with that. I love my nails so much! Thank you very much Lee. Ill be back to see her in 2 weeks.

So everyone there was SUPER kind. The presentation is amazing. My issue(s) were this:• overpriced by a LOT. I paid $286 for two pedicures (priced at $42 each - #2 on their menu), a full set of acrylics for my daughter, and sns for myself. They charged me an additional $20 each to have gel polish on our toes. Of course they didn’t tell me this until it was time to pay. We were also nickel and dimed with $5 for my daughter keeping the nails long. $5 for coffin shaped, etc.• they have a policy if something happens to the nails in the first 7 days, they will fix free of charge. Day two my daughters acrylic literally popped off. Another one broke in half. This was not from her being rough. We get our nails/toes done regularly and never had this problem. When we went back to fix, they were nice but did a horrible job repairing. We haven’t even hit our 2 week mark and all of her nails either popped off or broke.Again, everyone is/was super nice but the quality of product is terrible. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. It’s not even our 2 week mark and both of us look like our nails and toes have been neglected for at least a month.

This is the best experience that Ive had at a nail salon in a very long time! Lily, Leah, and the woman who greeted me when I came in (Sorry I dont know her name!) were all amazing. They were attentive and professional. So glad I stopped in. I truly appreciate the additional safety measures that they are taking due to Covid as well.

I went for the first time ever today and Kyle gave me a pedicure. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had!!! He paid attention to detail and I felt spoiled! They also provided me with hot green tea which was perfect for this cold dreary day. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a new salon and I absolutely love this place! They are so professional and SO kind. This was my first visit to the Pavilion Nail Lounge and from the time I walked in the door, their COVID protocols were on point. From temperature checks to hand sanitizer. They space all customers so far apart (there are 6 pedicure rooms with 6 chairs- one customer per room). They serve all beverages, my favorite is the Lemon Ginger Tea!! My technician Michelle, had wonderful customer service and sAfety at the forefront. Definitely returning again!!
