I have been now 3 times a customer as it’s close to my house, overall clean, take walk ins and not as expensive. However, I have not enjoyed my experience any of these times and will not be returning at this point. Wanted to share my experience for others in the area.I don’t feel it is a welcoming environment as customers are hardly greeted as they enter and asked how they can assist/given direction. Each time I’ve felt awkward walking in and trying to figure out who I’m supposed to talk to, ask about wait time, etc. Even once sitting down the nail technicians/designers are not friendly, hardly speak to you, don’t take any criticism or suggestions well. I’ve always gotten gel manicure. Polish was bubbly, not fully down to my cuticle, super rough with massage or filing, etc. Even when I mentioned nicely the technician would argue. Always seemed rush doing my nails verses slowing down to complete them properly and proudly.

Ive been going here for 10 years. The owners - Peter and Anna are fantastic! Annas the only one that I let do my pedicures. She started doing them 10 years ago and never stopped 🙂Actually all their staff is professional and friendly. You wont be sorry!!

Had a mani/pedi done today and couldn’t be more pleased. My nails look great and the pedi massage was so relaxing. Prices are reasonable and the facility is bright and clean. Everyone is friendly. Will also get my brows waxed next time I visit. I made an appointment and they took me right in. No waiting.

Excellent service! For the first time in my life my nails are lovely and stay that way. On the rare occasion that I mess up a nail, Peter or Anna quickly fix me right up with a smile. The mani-pedi experience is always so wonderful and relaxing. It is a treat to spend time there.❤

Went there today wanting to get gels on, but they convinced me to try this newer manicure style with powder that’s stronger and healthier for your nails. I absolutely love it, it dried after less than two minutes. I also love how the beauticians remember you and your friends and family, they ask about your people that they haven’t seen in a while. I highly recommend this place to anyone of any age! They really care about you here.

My wife has been going there for years and loves all the people there. Over the years I have had a problem with ingrown and had to have remove by a doctor. As I get older they are growing deeper and get worse. My wife talked me into going and getting a pedicure here and I have not had to have the removed by a doctor.

Went there for a SNS, the technician had no idea what she was doing. Worse experience ever, pedicure was zero.

Was trying to find a new nail place, saw reviews for Nail Dynasty so thought Id give them a try. Peter and the rest of the staff were great, did an awesome job on my nails, they look fantastic. I highly recommend them and have found my new nail place.

Pedicure was okay, the lady was extremley rough... I know I am very picky when it comes to my nails, but this this has by far been the worst SNS experience I have had. I tried to tell the lady over and over again of the issues but she refused to acknowledge or correct them.

Love this place. I have known the owners since I was 8. I have been coming here for years! Most of the staff is friendly and professional. The place is nice and clean.

Phenomenal service and prices! We walked in early on a Thursday morning and told them we were in a hurry for my sisters graduation rehearsal, and they did a manicure and pedicure at the SAME time! AND my gel manicure was excellent! They were so sweet and so welcoming - I wish I lived around here to make this my go to nail salon! Thank you for making the start of my sisters graduation weekend so special!

My friend and I went for the first time. We called less than 10 minutes before hand and they were kind, not too busy. The environment is nice, chairs are nearly new, and equipment is clean. The best part is their service! They are friendly, funny, and exceptionally helpful in selecting the right service for you! In all of my years visiting nail salons, this one exceeds all expectations! I’m returning once a month even though it’s a far drive....worth it!

I’ve been getting SNS done here for over a year. Wonderful family owned, friendly atmosphere, and the owners go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Friends who go to other places sometimes have issues with SNS chopping or cracking, but I never do.

The staff are great and Anna and Peter make sure you leave happy. Best selection and so clean.

Service was very good. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, the place was packed but I was taken care of promptly. My pedicure was very enjoy and not rushed.

I chose a shape and they gave my a completely different shape I told them to do it again and they said that they couldn’t and also gave me attitude. Never go here because they don’t know what their doing!

Consistently worst customer service ever. Three times I went to this place and everytime I ask upfront will there be a wait and they assure me and ask me to pick color and get seated. I sit and wait in the massage chair for 30-40 mins during this time no one bothers to check on me. Everytime it ends up me asking how much longer and they giving the standard answer of 15 mins and I leave. I keep coming back once a year since this place is so close to my home and each time I kick myself for going back. Save your time and get a better service at blue grass salon .

I am new to the area and needed a “pick me up” pedicure. This place delivered the goods at a very reasonable rate! $20 for the entry level Spa Pedicure ($30 to do a mani & pedi!) It was fantastic: meticulous attention to detail, calf & foot massage, hot towel wrap, all in a massage chair (that works!) for $20!?! I have been back 2 times since my first visit. Every time the place is spotless, the people friendly & accommodating, the prices very reasonable, and the service done with high hygienic standards.

Love this nail salon and all the employees! Everyone is always so friendly and they do an amazing job every time!

I have been going here for a few years, and the past few times Ive been have been HORRIBLE. This last time, I sat and watched people get their manicure that had come in AFTER me. I told management and didnt even get an apology. I will not return.

Was never once disappointed disappointed coming here to get my manicure. Honestly can say the deluxe manicure was by far one of the best mani Ive gotten in awhile!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! After reading the great reviews I decided to give this place a try. I came in for sns and had the worst experience ever. During my manicure the tech cut me several times, I started bleeding and instead of being MORE careful she continued to be careless. I didnt like how my nails looked after she finished they looked uneven in color and shape. I will not be coming back here ever and ill make sure to let my family and friends know not to come here. Very disappointed.
