This was my first experience and it was a very positive one! I was a walk-in, I was greeted promptly, offered something to drink, Vicky introduced herself and took the time to ask questions about how I want my nails before anything else. This shows professionalism, in my opinion. Pricing is competitive. Very clean. I’ve found a new nail salon.

I have been going to Avia Nails for over 2 years. They are a wonderful family business and they do quality work. Very safe and healthy environment.

I drive from Gwinnett to come here and have for over a year. It is the only nail salon I have found that offers Zoya nail polish, a non-toxic green brand. I use that for my pedicures to minimize my exposure to toxins and then SNS for my nails (I know SNS isnt perfect but regular nail polish on my fingernails just chips and doesnt last and my nails break). They do a really great job, are very friendly and professional. If you ever have an issue with one of your nails breaking after getting dip powder, if you go in they will fix it for you. Theyre just really great people and have such wonderful customer service. Prices are very reasonable. And their massage chairs are honestly better than some massages Ive had by actual people. Will continue to support them.

Avia is under new management as of July, 2018. The new owner, Vicky, has operated another local salon for many years. She is very detailed, runs a very friendly and clean business, and she knows and cares about her clients. Within a couple visits she will know your name and your favorite polish color. If youre looking for a place to visit for years to come, give Avia a try. My daughter and I had pedicures today and had a lovely experience. Thank you, Vicky and staff!

Love Vicky...takes her time, does it right. So happy I found her again after she sold her old shop. Linda does best pedicure also, glad the 2 of them have found each other. One stop shop.

I LOVED the Spa at Windward! My mom took me there for my birthday and they really made me feel special. After my pedicure I didnt even want to get out of the chair my feet felt so fresh and relaxed. I also got a full set of nails that looked AMAZING! Everyone there was so nice and friendly as opposed to other places that look at me as just another person to make money off of rather than a valued customer. If youre looking for a great spa experience I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Avia is in front of my community. This was my first time coming here. Ive passed it many times as I come and go. Absolutely wonderful staff and will be coming here every time now! I got a pedicure and the chairs are extremely comfortable, the people are super friendly. I had Tina and she was amazing!! The prices are great too & they have many services available! 5 stars w/o a doubt from me!

Just had very positive experience at Avia Nails. Everything was very clean and they had a wonderful selection of polish in wearable colors. The staff was eager to please, did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend Avia for manicures/pedicures.

I love this place! Its super clean and the customer service is amazing! Not only that but it doesnt smell like harsh chemicals like other spas Ive been to. I came to get my gel manicure by Tracy and she never disappoints! She is amazing! And all the products are natural and made in the spa!It is a must visit spa!

The 3 people that work here are so sweet but the picture below is how my nails came out.... not what I expected and kinda ridiculous for a $27 gel manicure! I didnt receive any lotion on my hands. I am surprised my cuticles were even removed. Dont think Ill be returning to this location.

Went to get a fill on my nails. They open at 10, so I went at 10:30, knowing walk-ins were welcome... When I arrived, there was only one customer there getting her nails done. There didn’t seem to be the staff to get me in right away but I wasn’t even given the option to wait. I was just told, “Saturday”. It was very unprofessional and the lady didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. Poor customer service.

Where to begin? This is my 4th visit. My daughter and I come here for mother daughter celebrations as often as possible. If I could afford it I would come more but the treatments are a bit pricey and there is a reason for that.SUPERIOR services, employees and atmosphere in addition to sauna, steam room, indoor , outdoor pools,hot tub,...
