Update: 9/25/2021Ellia the owner sure knows how to make things right. I came in on Thursday this week to get my nails redone from my pervious time and they werent that great either. So Saturday she made an appointment for me and made it right. My nails look fabulous. I can now say I highly recommend Lylys! If you arent happy with your nails definitely let them know and they will do their best to fix it and make it right.9/9/2021: Lylys has been my go to since I move from California 2 years ago. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. However this most recent experience has been less than a good experience. A gentleman did my dip nails this time and while if you dont look closely the nails look great. But upon closer inspection the dip powder is so uneven and bumpy. I wish I could give more than 3 stars because generally the ladys do a great job with my dip nails but sadly I just cannot. I have had one other experience with this gentleman and had similar lackluster results that time as well. Not sure if I will continue to get my dip nails done here but the pedicures are always great.

Started doing my nails again, but I moved to duluth so its a but ilof a drive now. I realized no one can do my nails the way they can here. After revisiting today decided I will do the drive to get my nails done here.

Ever since I came here, my nails have been breaking right and left and causing tremendous pain which has never happened to me in the 10 years i’ve been getting my nails done. Save your money.

Not only did we book our appointment last second, we had four girls needing different services. Lyly’s was so accommodating and kind to us. The job they did was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been to Lylys Luxe Nail Salon twice already and Im in love with the results and the service! Ive tried other popular nail salons in the area but the first time I went to Lylys I noticed the difference. At Lylys Im able to book last minute appointments and not have to wait for hours, the nail technicians are amazing at what they do (Kelly for manicures and Lily for pedicures) including a quick massage, Jennifer the receptionist is super friendly and pleasant, the owner Ellie made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my service. The ambiance is cozy and they also serve you beverages including a nice glass of wine if you fancy one. Plus they offer 20% off on the sixth service. I would definitely recommend Lylys to family and friends :)

Excellent experience both times Ive been here. They did a great job with my gel nails, massages are long and enjoyable, really sweet and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Lyly’s Nail Salon for a couple of years now and I absolutely love them. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are a super clean, have a beautiful salon, their entire staff is absolutely the sweetest and compared to other nail salons in the area, their prices are the best. The owner, Ellie, LOVE her to pieces. I am getting married this weekend so my bridesmaids and I went to get our wedding nails done before leaving town. Ellie decorated with a banner and balloons for us and it made me feel so special. You will not get better service than LyLy’s.

You have to go!! You will leave looking great and feeling great!! My nail tech is named Summer. She was funny and positive energy all around! She is phenomenal at her craft. My nails turned out beautifully!!! Very few nail salons are keeping up with current trends. LYLYS is the place to go! You will walk away satisfied with the whole experience!!

SNS nails done on Friday. Friday night a nail came off. Went back Saturday and Saturday night another one. Went back on Monday and Tuesday another nail came off. Poor quality work.

Was visiting from NYC and got my nails done here. Did SNS with Summer who is amazing. She did a really good job and she pays attention to details and has excellent customer service skills. The other staff at the salon is also very warm and friendly. They are also very affordable. If you’re looking for quality work and excellent service then definitely check out Lyly’s Luxe!

Lily’s Luxe nail is the best nail salon on this part of town. Every time I try a new nail place in East Cobb, Roswell or Alpharetta my nails come out looking like I have thick white out on my nails. This is the BEST place. I’m psychotic about shape, color, coats and these ladies just get it. The place is CLEAN. The customers are regulars, that I can tell. The women and men who work here dress nicely and they too have their nails and toes done. They massage you randomly like what is better!! I loveeeeeeee this place. Just go here. Seriously ladies. The south has some of the most awful looking nails but these people will not fail you! LOVEEEE.

Highly recommend! I am new to the area and went to Lylys based on their excellent reviews. I was very pleased with every aspect of the salon. Ellie and the entire staff greeted me warmly and professionally. The salon is very clean, well-lit, easily accessible, and the atmosphere, relaxing. There was no annoying chatter between the technicians, nor were any of the techs on their phones while taking care of clients. LT made sure my French SNS manicure was absolutely perfect. I will definitely go back. They are a cut above the rest, without a doubt!

I absolutely love Kellys Luxe Nail Salon! I travel from Smyrna for my nails! I usually get SNS, which is so hard to find, but today i got holographic nails and Im obsessed! Everyone here is super accommodating and very friendly. I always leave happy and satisfied... they also offer chrome nails! Love love love Kellys salon!

I love this Salon! They always greet you when you come in, they are genuinely happy to see you and you never have to wait long! The customer service is amazing, I had a few chipped nails recently and I needed them fixed. I called to make an appointment and was told to just come in and we will take care of you. Not only did they fix the nails they did not charge me anything for it. I even offered a tip and she would not accept it!! I am so glad I found this salon and I am definitely staying a customer for life :)!!

I loved having my nails done here!! This was the second time in my life that I had my nails done. (1st time in a different state, so a very long time ago.) I am planning on having my nails done here again. Great service, fantastic work, and wonderful staff!

I was in town for work (from out of state) and found them nearby my hotel. They were wonderful. Honestly the nicest people in this salon and very efficient without any of the services feeling hurried. Great experience and if I lived nearby it would certainly be my regular spot. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for two years... always super clean and friendly atmosphere. I never had pretty long nails until Ann started giving me the SNS manicure. Summer did an amazing job on my nails today....she did exactly what I asked for and my nails look perfect. I had acrylics and tips removed and she did SMS on my natural nails. They look awesome and I will be seeing her for my next visit. Everyone here was professional and they took me on time for my appointment which is way more than I can say for most places.

I took my wife here a couple of weeks ago and I love the service they gave her and so does she. Staff is so friendly, my wife loved how her nails turned out.The owner Ellie really cares and the receptionist Lucy as well was so friendly and helpful you can tell they really care about the service here. Nice environment, however I had to point out issues to the technical with my SNS when she told me she was done. When I went to pay, they charged me $50. Thats outrageous. I feel like they completely took advantage of me. I will not be going back because whatever service they charged me for could not be accurate. Extremely disappointed.Strive to do better to meet my needs? Perhaps starting by not over charging someone at the last minute and screwing over potential clients.

I literally just left this salon and tried Chrome for the first time. Not only did I not know the price I just was gonna risk it anyways. The lady (i wish I remembered her name) did an amazing job on my first time chrome experience! The customer service as amazing along with the neat news of the salon ! I will be coming back

1st visit today! Took my daughter to get pampered for her homecoming dance and they greeted us with the warmest welcome ever!!! It really hurts young designers like myself to go through many different proofs with a customer over a period of months only to find out after they have gone dark that they took it to another sign company to have it installed.All I ask is you pay the bill for what you took.Thank you.

Absolutely love this place! They are so welcoming. I get my nails done by Ann with SNS which lasts about 3-4 weeks. I always get so many compliments on my nails after going here. They have a wide variety of colors. Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful time visiting Lylys! It was my first time, the service was awesome, and I got some wine while I was getting my SNS and regular pedicure! I did think it was a little pricey for the SNS but, I will probably go back because of the service and good quality of work. The SNS was $45 ( I had some extensions added since my nails are short but usually $40) and my basic pedicure was $25. Great experience overall :)

I used to go to another salon for awhile, but they never listened to what I wanted and I always had to fix my nails at home. I saw my friend’s nails one day and I loved how they looked. So she recommended me to come to Kelly’s Luxe. I can honestly say that I’m very pleased with how my nails turned out and this will be my new go to nail salon.

I had SNS nails done by LT - 7 days ago. 2 of my nails have completely broken. 2 have “cracks” & another is chipped. I wear SNS all of the time. I was in a hurry, my regular place couldn’t take me so I thought I’d give them a try. I’ll never go back. SNS usually lasts me 3 weeks.

Lt did my sns nails about a month ago and they are still on very strong with no lifting! I love this place, from the decor to how nice the staff is.

Let me start by saying that the nail tech left me with a beautiful final product, but the service and execution was lacking. I walked in needing an acrylic refill. I had never been to this nail salon before and neglected to inquire about pricing before starting service. I asked for a pink and white ombré. Remember, I asked for a REFILL on acrylics that were already ON my nails.Overall, the nail tech did a good job. However, one of my nails was broken so when she went to pull it off, it ripped up part of my real nail and made it bleed. Similarly, she went in to file the side of my index finger nail and literally sliced the skin open. The ombré looks beautiful, but when I compared the two afterwards, my right hand nails are MUCH shorter than my left hand. Small inconveniences, but they added up in the end.Additionally, the nail tech chose to use gel top coat to seal. I said that I wanted regular top coat because I knew they would charge extra, and she assured me it would not be an extra charge. I ended up being right.So, without knowing the final price, I walked up to the counter to pay and was charged for a FULL SET of SNS nails, plus an extra $5 fee for something or another. Remember, I got an ACRYLIC REFILL. They told me the price would be $65 not including a tip. I was absolutely shocked, because I was expecting to pay around $35 max considering similar prices at other nail salons for the same product.One of the women kindly gave me a 10% discount, but I still ended up paying much more than I was expecting. Not ONCE during the service was I told the price. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

The management is very rude and unprofessional in all of my years of being a beauty blogger .I usually can say something nice about the business. The attitude towards me and other customers was deplorable. I was told a redicious price on nail art . In there brochure is says one price ,she increase the price. I ,also had a schedule appointment for services .Which now is not available. I am not certain of why , but its really sad to be treated this way .Please get new management because you turning away great customers. Remember to grow your business is by gaining new customers. I want be back again !

Long wait times- even when you make an appointment, they are not ready for you- I was asked to come back. When I finally did 2 hours later, the lady was not even experienced in what she was doing- my acrylic was not strong- the polish was off and not professional and my nails chipped or fell apart in less than a week after getting them done- The price is not worth it- They are over priced due to the amount of time they put into building the fantasy of the shop- so I guess they need to pay for that, but they are no where experienced in doing nails- lost their minds- would never come back.

I really like this place in this is going to be my go-to from now on

I normally go to another salon but I decided to try a new place. I had the best experience ever. I was able to be seen on time which is a plus, they had beverages, a great atmosphere, and were able to give me a exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was helpful and kind. I think I found my nail here in Alpharetta. Absolutely amazing with SNS Nails, Ombré Nails, and able to do any nail shape you want. Chrome, Matte, all types of Nails styles. It was pretty bad the women that was doing my nails went so hard on my fingers were bruised for 2 days and she didn’t even make my sns straight it was all horrible!

They do a great job - really great job - however... I have been here 3 times and the last 2 were same bad experience - they book apppointments with you and then when you arrive they say that person isnt available - we went last night - 2 mani/pedi - appointments at 5:30 - both people were not avail that we had booked. Meanwhile; we watched them take walk-in after walk-in. Our appointment was at 5:30 - at 6:50 they had not started my daughters SNS nails - it took 2 hours just to get mani/pedi. Neither of us were done by the person we booked with. We wont be back here no matter how great they do the nails. I guess some people put up with this since they do the nails great.

Very disappointed , I only went to get a gel polish with no manicure . I was in and out in no time, the lady did a bad job ( a lot of cuticle was showing ) and they charged me 30$ ( just for the gel polish and no manicure included )
