Dont let this place fool you. Even though it is inside a walmart, it is one of the best nail places I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and professional. They can do pretty much anything you want done to your nails. This is now my go to place!

It was horrible experience and the manager is really rude ... my gel manicure came off in just 4 days.. I went there to show them the chipped nail and nail color ..they just applied the top coat again and fixed the nail...but it again came off in just 2 days.Polish is not of good quality...don’t go

Very bad Experience, People without skills . And the lady doing my manicure was so angry all the time. She kept shouting out loud her in mother tongue which I couldn’t understand . No finishing in the work as you can see in pic .

I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I keep them thick and they can out horrible. My eyebrows are natural square and are the same on both sides but not now... I won’t be going back.

This is the first manicure I have gotten in over 1 year. The lady who did it was nice but I was standing there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to tell me where to sit. There is no waiting area with seats. Like I said, the lady who did them was really nice and I tipped her $8 on a $12 manicure. Well I should Not have. The woman did not put a final clear coat ontop of the dark blue color I chose and before I even left the store my nails were damaged. SHE was also the one to rush me out of the store as she kept repeating, They are dry. They are dry. I will not be coming back here...

I got my first sns nails and I wasnt disappointed very gorgeous and the lady talked to me and it wasnt like a awkward nail job we laughed and talked I love this place and really recomend it!!

The most painful, uncomfortable sloppy mani-pedi I have ever paid for. The man who worked on me cut my nails so short that they were sore for days and left bruises on the top of my right foot. Also who on Earth wants to listen about unsolved crimes while getting their nails done? There are many wonderful spas in Alpharetta - this is clearly not one of them.

They have new staff they rush to get the job done and one lady youngest and thin is rude.I’ve been going there for years I like the owner Ashley but her new staff is horrible

I asked if the have an herbal pedicure and they told me yes. Now I have gotten several herbal pedicures from a different Walmart Regal Nail Salon and they actually use herbs. Halfway through my pedi I asked her where the herbs are then she tells me they use organic salt, etc. In my opinion if this is the case it should not be called herbal. It should be called an organic pedicure. Im used to citrus slices, organic scrub, seaweed, hit towels, parafin wax and hot stones. I got NONE OF THAT at this Windward Pkwy Regal Nails.VERY MISLEADING! I AM DISAPPOINTED!

If there was a way I could give less than a STAR I would. Ive been going to this location for quite sometime. The decline in customer service and quality of nail service has been slowly declining but I continued to go because of the friendly Salon female manager. Visited on 2/20 early evening for Mani/Pedi. This was the worst Nail Salon experience EVER!Mani- Asked to be just filed. Because I didnt want a cut down, tech filed my nails passed normal nail length. Bottom line, give me what I ask and pay for, not what your idea of what you think I should have as a nail tech. Dont manis come with arm message? This must have been cut out of my service this day......no lotion, no hot towel, nothing.Cleanliness. My nail tech just finished with a pedicure. Instead of getting clean tools from the sanitizing unit, she rinsed her tools off with water and came to perform my service. When I questioned if the tools should be sanitized, she appeased me by putting the tools in the warmer for 2 minutes. Really? Shop was far from tidy.Pedicure chair was broke. The water wouldnt drain so tech literally took a stick which acted as a plunger to get the water to drain. Why did I have to sit in a KNOWN broken chair when there were 4 other open chairs available?Tech attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. Not pleasant at all. She and another Tech talked in foreign language about a lady nails who came to get a fill service.Unfortunately, this is my last visit to the shop. I asked to speak with the manager because I love her sweet spirit but I was not afforded that opportunity.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR a tranquil, professional and superb spa treatment, this is not your location. 3 years ago......perhaps but now its just the dumps.

Worst experience ever!! I did the mani pedi combo they advertise out front. I got the young male nail technician who apparently didnt want to be at work. He rushed though my pedicure to the point of no lotion on my feet, 5 seconds of scrubbing my feet (I counted), toenails not cut down. Then as I already am uppet we moved to the manicure. There was again no lotion, no heat to soften my cuticles. As he was cutting my cuticles he was in such a hurry he cut my finger....and then had the nerve to look suprised when he didnt get a tip. A warning to everyone do not go here. I would do zero stars if I could.

You get what you pay for in some cases. It is walmart after all. The staff on the other hand is friendly.

Great service & prices

In to much of a rush to sit the next customer and not finish caring for the one in front of of them. This experience was my 2nd one here and Im done. Polish is uneven shade because tech wasnt brushing the length of my nails with every brush strokes . I messed up one of my nails because no one would help me carry or put my purse on my arm. Had an attitude when I asked her to fix it for me please .

Worst nail spa they treat kids like wrappers they tear off their nails in a raging way do not use this spa ever again. Worst spa ever, they screwed up my daughters nail.
