My watch was broken and had a scratched face, so I decided to try Master Jewelers. I walked into the store and was greeted by a very friendly man who asked me what I needed right away. I explained my problem, and he asked for my watch. He added a new battery and set the time. He handed it back to me before I paid him anything, and it was working perfectly. He told me that the scratch could be repaired by adding a new face to the watch, which would cost about a hundred dollars, but assured me that it wasn’t noticeable. He didn’t recommend the repair. I paid ten dollars for the battery and his labor.This is the customer service experience that you’ll get with Master Jewelers. I am not a jewelry enthusiast, but if any piece of jewelry I own is broken, they will have my business, and they should have yours too.

Wow! Master Jewelers has a customer for life in me. Ray and Raffi are fantastic to work with and willing to go the extra mile. I bought one of Rays unique custom diamond rings, and he even modified it to add some beautiful blue diamonds in the exact hue I wanted. He worked with me for quite a while to pick the blue diamonds together and then did a fantastic job with setting them. Walked in, spent 10 minutes in the store and the personnel wouldnt speak to me. We made eye contact and he resumed what he was doing, even though I stood in front of him for minutes. No acknowledgement at all.Received a response from Masters where they attempted to save face. I never said when I came in, but theres an excuse about another couple being helped. There was only one person working and he looked up and kept working.When I came into the store this morning at the opening of the mall, there was one woman present ahead of me, and seemingly she left for the same reason.

My wife had her wedding ring reset after the diamond came out. Raffia was able to reset the diamond and cleaned up the ring better than the original look 25 years ago. Don’t remember why I first stopped in Master Jewelers but so happy I did. Ray and Rafi are the best. Ray has been repairing and making custom jewelry for myself and my family for the past 7 plus years. I moved 400 miles away and I come back to Alpharetta and Ray for all my jewelry needs. Most recently Ray set my diamond in an absolutely stunning vintage setting.

Before our official engagement, my fiancé and I looked for the perfect ring for months. When we couldnt find a specific style, we decided to try the custom route. We tried all of the chains, and the local jewelers of Chattanooga, and anything custom was ridiculous. Plus, I guess we werent the greatest potential customers, since we were college students. Then, we decided to try the Atlanta area. We tried a couple of jewelry stores, and we still didnt find anything reasonable for what we wanted. Then, since we were in the area, we went to North Point Mall, and accidentally found Master Jewelers near the AT&T store. Rafi greeted us with so much kindness when we first entered, and completely entertained the fact that we wanted a specific looking ring. When we couldnt find one in the store or in the catalog, we inquired about a custom ring and they let us email them pictures of what I wanted and even let me choose a sapphire from their showcase. The custom did take a little longer than expected, but it came out perfectly. There was so much attention to detail, and Ray listened to exactly what I wanted. He even provided some feedback about how to make the ring structurally sound, and asked what part of the design I loved. He really wanted to make the custom the way I wanted it, and he did. I went into Master Jewelers to get my engagement ring resized and appraised to insure it. Did a fantastic job. My ring is 50 years old, and I was so worried it may get messed up for one reason or another in the resizing process. They did a great job though and were very reasonable. When I had to change the appointment to come and see several times, I never heard a complaint, warning that it will be too late etc. Finally I made it to the store today in the morning to look at the stone and once decided, had the piece complete in few hours on priority and without any surcharge. What a great experience we have had with Master Jewelers!! I was looking for a knowlegeable, trustworthy Jeweler after moving to this area in 2018. I visited several other stores before discovering Master Jewelers and meeting Raffi. It took about 3 minutes of speaking with him to know I had found what I was looking for. Raffi and Ray are always so friendly and answer any and all questions with tremendous professionalism. My bride to be and I were ready to find, not just purchase the right diamond for our engagement. Raffi called me a few months later and said he had found the one. We were so excited and when we saw it we knew he had done just that. It was set in the setting we wanted and we picked it up the next day. Both Raffi and Ray were there when we picked it up. They had polished Kims other ring that would be moving to her other hand.
