By far, the worst managed Kay’s I’ve ever been to. Greta is the only redeeming quality of management at this location. On the other hand, Erica was so rude it was astounding. When I arrived, Erica was sitting in the back of the store on her phone and did not even acknowledge the fact my friend and I had entered the store. She was completely unpleasant, unprofessional, and did not even pretend to act as if she was happy to help us. We have taken our business elsewhere, and have informed all of our friends & family to not return to this location, solely based on how unprofessional their manager, Erica, is.

Was there to get my engagement ring inspected with my husband. Been to different Kays over the years as weve moved and the one we had been going to after moving closed down. Went in and there were 2 employees working and no other customers in the store. After greeting us we told the employee we were there to get my ring inspected. We were informed that Kays doesnt do inspections on the weekends as it is too busy and that we would have to come back Monday to have it done, but offered to have the ring cleaned instead. I will say again, we were the only people in the store and there were not many people in the mall at all so I doubted it would get busy in the 10-15 minutes it takes for the inspection. And we had never in the 5 years Ive had my ring been told that Kays doesnt do inspections on the weekends, and has always been our preferred time as thats usually the only time we have to go and have it done. We wont be going back to this store and hopefully find a store like our old ones that will be able to inspect my ring and not seem like theyre just trying to get out of doing a quick inspection.

This location is a very nice location because the manager here I believe the assistant manager Greta Nelson is very polite she has good customer skills and she really know how to give you a good deal on jewelry I love coming here because she is very nice and professional and she take care all my needs thank you again Greta for my purchase I will look forward to doing business with you again I recommend this location to anyone that’s looking to go to Kay jewelers.

Great experience! The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. I went in to have my ring checked and they performed the most thorough check I have experienced since I purchased the ring. Also, when my warranty did not show in their system, they contacted the store I purchased it from to get purchase number and added it my account. This way I would not have an issue in the future with my warranty populating.

Takes over 5 months to get a ring back! Crazy. This store is the worst. No one answers phones and if/when you finally get ahold of someone they are incredibly rude. Went into the store and takes like 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. The corporate office is the only hope. They were very polite and helpful. Thankful for them but unfortunate that I had to go into this place

If you havent been to Kay Jewelers in Northpointe Mall & you need a gift or something repaired you are missing out. Customer Service is superb. You wont want to leave.

I absolutely love this store. I was immediately greeted, I was given the best customer service( EXCELLENT)!!! Great conversation with the staff. They knew our budget & helped my fiance & I pick the the PERFECT ring. I love this store! Cheryl, the manager & her staff did a wonderful job! I will forever be a Kay Jewelers customer. Plus recommend this store to other people!!!Thank you Kay Jewelers

They will sell you their high priced item and encourage you to purchase their life time warranties but when you come back for repair, they will lie and tell you that the life time warranty is only good for two or three years! Why not tell the truth and call it a 3 years warranty? Then the warranty only covers the bare minimum For example, I needed the crystal replaced on my watch (which was supposed to be scratch resistant) and the life time warranty only applies to exchanging the battery! But not to repair the $450 watch itself! In addition, they said the repair warranty was only good for 3 years, which according to them expired a few months ago. Id advise people to go to Jared.

This Kays jewelry was particularly rude!!!I came into the store today to pick up my repaired ring. The young lady that waited on me refused to hand anything to me in my hand even after me handing her items (ID, my ring, store I-Pad after signing) back to her hand. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also, the young lady was not friendly after I sat down while the she got my ring. When I go into an establishment I expected to be treated with dignity and courtesy and this young lady did not treat me like a customer should be treated.After the rude encounter with this young lady, I wanted to leave another ring in the store to have it inspected while I shopped in the mall. I was told that (leaving jewelry in the store) was against Kays store policy. I have left jewelry, while being inspected, in Kays store many times before and I have not been advised of this policy.I spoke with a manager concerning the store policy and she did explain that it is not recommended for customers to leave their jewelry. After the explanation I was already upset by the Initial clerks rude behaviour I just left the store NOT pleased with my experience.Thats a shame because the very first time I came into this Kays, the lady that helped us was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!Overall, my experience today was terrible and I will not come back to this Kays!!!

I dropped off a ring for a different size and when I dropped it off the service was not very good. When I picked up the ring Bruce was very upbeat and made the experience great.

Im giving up on Kay Jewelers. They only want to be retail, providing no service, repairs. This is the second Kay to not be able to replace a battery in a watch, because they have no tools. Im over it.

I have shopped at multiple Kay Jewelers for years! At this location I bought a watch and had a good experience! The sales rep was informative, patient, and had good conversation as it took me a while to decided.

This location has very pushy sales people. I ended up selecting my wedding band at Jared across the street however I did purchase my fiancées wedding band here although we should have went elsewhere as the band was scratched when I purchased it.

Business Ethic Suck! Buyers beware. My wife was trying to trade in her 1 carat for a 2 carats diamond. They told us the diamond has a crack. We took the same 1 carat diamond to two other Kays in Gwinnnett and Cumberland malls to have a second and third opinions. At the Gwinnett mall, they appraised it at $3,300.00, and the Cumberland mall appraised it at $2,300.00. So, the question is Do you think there is a crack in our diamond? We wished we googled them before going there. Folks, they are a bunch of liars here. We dont like naming anyone, but L was a big fat liar.
