The communication & attention I received as a new client was outstanding‼️I was booked for 2:30 & was called by Maria, Manager to tell me that the ladies finished early, were eating lunch & would be at my home @ 1:30. Maria then got here ~1. The 2 ladies showed up on time & did a thorough, highly competent job, while I ran errands. When I got back, Raul, the franchise owner was here & said he was upstairs to check it out & said he thought I would be pleased, & I was indeed! Griselda & Griseida were finishing up the downstairs. The service provided exceeded my expectations & I intend to use them on a regular basis!

Excellent service. I have used them for about 3 years. They are the longest I have been with any cleaning service. What I have found in the past services tend to get relaxed and start to miss things after a while. Have not experienced that at all with Cleaning Authority.
