They were very thorough, did a good cleaning job and mopped the floors. Very pleased. However, I would like to know what time to expect them. If they could come every time around 10:00 that would be great.

Staff is always on time and professional. The cleaning is consistently thorough. The staff is friendly and provide extra attention to areas that you specifically request. They even clean my enclosed porch. I have travertine floors that require additional time and they always do a fabulous job. They even change the sheets each time.

Had first of two deep cleanings with Cleaning Authority before starting service every other week. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the three ladies performing the cleaning.

Ive been using TCA for some time and think the service is good. Every team is different and at this moment you cannot pick. For me the best team is Hilda and Daniel!!!TCA gives you a two hour window of when they will arrive, sometimes they arrived way before. Also, when a team has a lot of houses scheduled in one day, they dont clean as expected, in a rush.I always leave my dog in a care center every time they come. One time the office called me that they will have to reschedule, which is understandable. So I reschedule my dogs care and right after I got another call from another person in the office telling me that the TCA was going to be late but they will arrive. Unnecessary waste of time/money.

The issue I have is that several times now, they call because there has been an emergency or they are running super late. Ive had to scramble to get things together at the last minute myself multiple times. Im a single mom, working full-time, which is why I hired the cleaners. Their inconsistency makes it extremely difficult for me to plan. Will they be here or not? Will it be 10 in the morning or 4:30 in the afternoon? Theres no telling.Again, the issue isnt with the cleaners, who do a great job when they have the time. The issue is the inconsistent scheduling.

I like TCA because I know exactly what they are cleaning. They have a list and follow it. You can always add something not on the list. Other cleaning services, they clean, but I was never sure they would clean the window blinds, or ceiling fans, etc. They do a very through job.

Destiny and Erica arrived within a few minutes of the 2 hour range for arrival and started promptly. They were professional throughout the time they were in our home and the house looks and smells great!!

The team that cleans our home is great. They always take special care in our concern areas and do extra for us when I ask them. I can trust them and that’s most important to us.

Scheduled cleaning was moved a day later due to a team members illness. No big deal EXCEPT the team showed up at the end of the day and did a quick “wham bam and done” cleaning. Not as thorough as it is could have been.

This was probably the best job of cleaning we have had. Kitchen was particularly well done. We like Enca and Anali very much.

I’m not sure the guest bedroom upstairs was cleaned, again.( second time)..If it was dusted it was not vacuumed. I don’t think all the pictures/frames were dusted . some items on the wall going upstairs were not dusted till I asked them to do it..I don’t like to have to remind someone to do this, it should be done as part of the services..Vivian

We have tried another cleaning agency prior to this one and I couldn’t even tell they had cleaned. I came home today after Cleaning Authority had cleaned and OH MY GOODNESS!! I am so impressed!! They did such an amazing job that I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am!! These ladies are AMAZING!!!

On time, neat appearance and masked! I have tried doing all the cleaning myself but after they finished the floors, I knew hiring them was a good decision. My floors never looked cleaner. Everything else was spotless too. Highly recommend.

This week’s rotation included “extra care on carpet edges” and since we have room size wool area rugs that can’t be moved, Dale was happy to pick up the edges and vacuum underneath the perimeter.

Weve been having cleaning authority for our bi-weekly cleaning for almost 2 years and had great experiences. I especially like their rotation program so different areas of our home get detail cleaned once in a while. During the past few months, we had to cancel/reschedule several time due to concern about Covid. The office were so easy to work with and always tried to accommodate our needs. After switching from Monday to Tuesday, we got new team to come. Team 5 did a great job this Tuesday, very efficient and high quality. Will keep working with them. Thanks for your service!

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for at least 5 years for bimonthly cleaning. We have rarely been disappointed in the cleaning we get. Their cleaning crews are thorough. I love coming home to my home after each scheduled cleaning.

I hired this company to do a deep cleaning for $300 dollars.. I had had some work done in my home and needed this deep cleaning on blinds, fans furniture...etc. 3 girls came in and only 2 worked while the 3rd barked orders. ( my son was home) When I came home I was shocked at the lack of cleaning that was done. It looked like the just lightly feather dusted. I called and complained an sent photos. They replied they would come back but I said it would need to be when I was there. I told them not to charge my card till completed. They charged anyway. I’ve had cleaners for years. This was not even close to a normal weekly cleaning.

I’ve been a long time customer of TCA-Cumming, at least 10 years. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. When they clean our home they arrive promptly, are friendly and professional and very thorough. When they leave our house smells and looks very clean. I would strongly recommend other people give them a try. They are great.

I have been a Cleaning Authority customer for several years. About six months ago I almost severed my relationship with them; however, a new owner took over and the service has been much better in the last few months. Several times last year I even called and asked them to send someone back out because you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here. That’s not the case anymore! As someone who has had major back surgery and has terrible allergies, this company’s service is very important to me.

Horrible experience with this company...never showed up at scheduled time, cleaning was not well done, entire rooms were skipped. Last straw...didn’t show up for last cleaning which was the same day I was hosting a party and out of town company. In search of a new, more professional and reliable service.

Best cleaning ever!!!

Very poor customer service experience.I was calling for a one time only deep clean quote for a move-in. I was quoted a per hour price but when I went to book the appointment (one month in advance), I was placed on hold for 4-5 minutes to confirm availability. Once the rep returned to the phone she stated my date of choice and the day prior were already booked. She also did not offer a next available date. Then when I asked for her to check the following week she places me on hold once more to now change her whole policy within a matter of minutes, and a waste of my time, to state they dont do move-in cleanings.Based on the customer service I received, and really prior to had received any real customer service, I would think twice before hiring them.

I have used TCA for a several years. I am 60+ Having this team come bi-weekly allows me to continue doing the things I enjoy. Whether it is working in my yard, deep cleaning, working out, or playing with the family, I have truly enjoyed the freedom using TCA affords me. Special appreciation to Dale & Elizabeth.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Not a huge fan of the company overall. This company cleaned my house and the first 2 cleans are $150/each. 1st clean was horrible!! My house smelled musty and water was all over my bathroom and they didnt even clean the grout! The lady that came out to give me a quote stated that they would be cleaning the grout in the kitchen and bathroom. They didnt even bother vaccuming the dust from the ceiling fans that was all over the floor. The bathroom had lots of dust still on the baseboards. Remember the 1st two cleans are $150/each! This job was not worth the $150 so I offered to pay them 1$110 which is the regular price after the 2 initial cleans. (Because I will not use them again) The woman I was speaking with got very aggressive and would not allow me to speak. She was very unprofessional and I will never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone! STAY AWAY!

I hired the Cleaning Authority to do a move-out cleaning for me. They were able to schedule me on short notice, arrived on time, and charged me only for the time they were there and did not go over what was agreed on. The place was clean when I arrived and I am very pleased with both the results and the customer service I received.

A nightmare dealing with the office. Not only did the maids do a horrible job, several emails were ignored expressing dissatisfaction and the need to correct the issues. I emailed several times to give them my credit card with no answer. The only time they called was to collect payment. No call to see where they fell down or why I canceled services. I am not pay for services not rendered. They can keep there $30 off. Im a business owner and I am sure the owner would be shocked at the way this woman Cheryl is running her company.

Just had our first cleaning and everything looks fantastic!

AWFUL. Utterly horrible experience. If you don’t want to read my whole review, just know that they are dishonest, unreliable and they literally destroyed all of my bathroom counters. My beautiful, shiny, pristine bathroom counters I have lovingly and gently cared for over the last 12 years have all been scratched. ALL over. All FOUR of them. With a Magic Eraser. WHO does that?! The “Cleaning Authority” does.But let’s start at the beginning. I read reviews that the new owners had turned service around, so I decided to give them a chance. The quote was reasonable and I was happy with the methods and checklists they present.I was completely up front when reviewing everything with Brent and told him I am allergic to most fragrances, so if I need to, as I’ve usually had to in the past, I would provide all of my own cleaning supplies. I also requested that my vacuum be used because of my allergies and also...because...eww! Dream customer, right?! All they have to do is show up! He didn’t bat an eyelash. Said several other customers had similar issues and they made the same kinds of accommodations. Great! This was going to make life so much easier as I had just injured my back, needed back surgery & was basically immobilized and home bound.Then the problems started...before the first cleaning! Brent & I penciled in Friday’s for the bi-weekly cleaning with a specific start date. A full week went by and I had to call several times to confirm when and whether the first cleaning was going to take place! Ultimately, the cleaning was NEVER even put on the calendar! They just happened to have a cancellation so they sent a cleaning crew over same day. As I’ve mentioned, I’m hardly mobile at the moment due to my injury, so it was a little difficult getting all of my cleaning products together at short notice. So I gave the crew my basics and then just told them if I was missing anything, just use their own stuff because, according to them, they’re “environmentally friendly” cleaning products! The crew was friendly, they did a pretty good job but I had a migraine the next day because of the potent and horrible smell of the countertop cleaner that was used in the kitchen. I had ample countertop cleaner of my own, so I don’t know why the other was used, but it took soaking my counters in vinegar basically all day to get rid of the smell. Truly all natural products do NOT trigger my migraines. I’m like a canary in a coal mine with chemicals & they definitely do NOT use “environmentally responsible” products.Being a reasonable person, I decided that I’d continue to give this company a chance despite initial hiccups. I once again had to hound them to get the cleaning time confirmed and then, they showed up an hour early! Is scheduling really that hard? So...fine. I tried to hobble along and get the cleaning crew what they needed. This should be a straightforward transaction, right? Here’s cleaning supplies; please go clean now. Simple? Apparently not. It took no less than five phone calls with Amy and Brent to discuss how much of a problem it suddenly was that I wanted them to use all of my cleaning products. Amy practically became hysterical when I asked if she could help me understand if there was a problem with one specific cleaning product or something that I provided and maybe we could come to some type of compromise. Geez. Sorry for trying to be reasonable and see if I could continue to give you my business 🤷‍♀️The last time they came, the crew did a terrible job. They didn’t even take the trash out & I couldn’t figure out why the bathrooms didn’t seem clean. The counters looked weird; not shiny. But it was a couple days before my back surgery and I had other things on my mind. After the fog of surgery and looking at my counters more, I could see fine scratches all over all of the bathroom counters. I couldn’t comprehend how this could happen with my cleaning products. And then today I found the culprit. A Magic Eraser they left in my cleaning caddy. They lied. Destroyed my property. And are generally terrible. Run away!

I have used the cleaning authority for about 9 years and have been pleased with the service. Their teams always work so hard to get the job done effectively and efficiently.

This company cleaned my home and DID a terrible job. I was very displeased. There workers smelled of smoke and were in a hurry. They didnt clean the bathroom and I know bc the toliet was just the same. I even caught a worker on the phone in my basement bathroom while USING IT!!!!!!! DONT USE THEM EVER!

Owner is not trustworthy. Was sold a bill of goods and half the job was done. Very bad cleaning job. If I wanted my floors to be just as dirty as they were before I called you, I would have just never picked up the phone.
