Very happy with this Enterprise location. I rented my vehicle in Buckhead but needed to return it here. It was very easy to change my drop-off location. Moreover, they allowed me to drive the rental back to Classic Collision (to pick my personal vehicle) and Enterprise reps picked the car up from there, which save me an Uber.

I understand the pressures of the car rental market but I was given a car with defective airbags. The passenger bag would not turn on. This disappointed me as I had a passenger for a 800 mile round trip. I had no recourse because of an appointment with a medical specialist. I do rent at least 3 to 4 times a year always with enterprise. Hopefully the next on in August will go smoothly

I had a rental for 2 wk while my suv was being repaired. I had a confirmed appointment to pick up and had to wait about 15mins??The first vehicle I got was a Nissan Armada. This vehicle smelled like smoke. They offered to do a treatment but it was a hassle to get it back so I lived with it. As a non smoker the smell was awful. About a wk into the rental I was driving on back country roads and the car just suddenly braked. All by it self for no reason. This was really concerning and I googled and found these vehicles have this known issue. Then I contacted Enterprise and was at first told they didn’t have a replacement until 2 days later. The customer service tried figuring out the problem over the phone but there wasn’t much to figure out. By the end of the call there was a new Tahoe available for immediate pick up. The Tahoe was new and I had no complaints.The employees were pleasant when I picked up both times.

Rented car for one week. 1st car gave prob with the AC Unit (some burning smell coming out from AC unit). So went back for replacement. Initially waited for 30 min and there was only 1 customers in the store other than me. But both reps taking care of the same customer for next 30 min. waited for almost another 15 min to get a car replacement. after 30-45 min again there was an issue with billing. They charged me extra money for the replacement and took another 20 min to resolve the issue. Overall, I spent 90 min to take the replacement of the rental car.I strongly recommend not to go to this Enterprise Alpharetta Hembree Road location for Car rental.

The Place is OK. The staff is friendly. TJ was very nice with us and very kind. He explained me everything and solved my doubts without any issue. The car they gave me was in very good condition and they sanitized the car before they gave it to me. So, I can say they really take care about the customers with this current pandemic.

They do a good job with communication and value the customer well. They provide an excellent service. Have been renting cars on and off for when I have a lot of work and driving to do.. And plan on renting another tomorrow. And they help work with me and the insurance of the drunk driver who hit me to be fair with the rates. Thank you guys.

We will never conduct business with enterprise again, period! My son used this branch for a first time rental due to an accident. The car had prior damage and was pointed out to the representative, but the employee failed to note. Ended up paying for the damage on return of the vehicle. The entire staff here is unprofessional and completely incompetent. Lesson learned...do not use enterprise!

Called for a reservation. The guy had no idea what was going on and said the entire area was out of cars. I tried a different location on Hwy 9 and they actually knew what was going on, had a parking lot full of cars, and even called me by name based on the caller ID.

In less than 3 months, I had 64 days of rental with Enterprise. This was due to 2 separate accidents that were caused by other drivers. I noticed that the rentals did not show up in my Enterprise rewards account. I called the location where I obtained the rental. They told me that rentals that are paid by a third party are not eligible even though the rental is in my name and security deposits are made by me. In the 2nd instance, on day was paid by me due to my policy limitations. No offer was made to credit this to my account. I have an option to use any car rental company that I choose. If there is future need to obtain a rental, I will choose more carefully.

Someone hit my car and I had to have my car repaired, so my my insurance sent me to: Enterprise on Hembree Rd! I had an incredible experience! TJ kept me in the loop and updated every step of the way! The car was a gorgeous Mercedes SUV and brand new! TJ went above and beyond making sure I was updated when my insurance was about to expire and needed to be updated! He literally went above and beyond! This location is absolutely first class all the way! Customer Service to Product! I would recommend anyone to go there! Ask for TJ he will take care of you!!!! Thanks for everything!! Wendy

I’m disgusted with my service from this company. Had a hit, & run in a parking lot. I have full coverage from my insurance company U S.A.A. Got the car to rent while my car was at the shop. Someone broke the drivers window.I paid them the $500 deductible. The man at Enterprise told me to come in and get another car, & to purchase extra insurance for it because my insurance isn’t sufficient. That was a complete lie! I had full coverage with USAA. After the 2 weeks of renting, I was charged around $30O for the extra ...not needed insurance. I asked for a refund, & was denied it . I’m beyond appalled at the apparent lying that occurred in order for them to make money off me. I will never rent an enterprise car again.

Close location. Avoided extra fees from Airport rental locations. Friendly staff got me out quickly. Return was a breeze. Selection may not be as robust as Airport locations but it had the vehicle I needed. May need to plan a little in advance.

All good at Hembree Roswell location.Enterprise need to help these poor guys out that work there and get them a much bigger parking lot. This has become a popular office in Alpharetta and they need more space. One more desk clerk would be nice too. All else including vehicle was good.

The facility was understaffed and I had to wait 45 minutes for my car even though I had a reservation. Mike, who is a terrific employee, was doing everything by himself; not only checking multiple customers in, but washing, gassing and vacuuming the cars himself. Throughout he maintained a positive attitude and gave great service. You are lucky to have him.For repeat customers, my suggestion would be to get credit card info in advance so the customer can simply show their licence and pick-up their keys. Learn from the way Hertz Gold does things for their customers.

UPDATE 2 - As expected no refund so in early Jan I again reached out to Enterprise and requested a refund. Within an hour I had a response my issue would be elevated to a region manager and within 24-hrs that manager contacted me and assured me I would be refunded the drop fee. Surprisingly, the next day I had my refund.UPDATE - Per the below, I was contacted by Enterprise and asked to email them with details to my visit. Basic second response was well forward this to the site manager so they are aware, I think I was dealing with the site manager so that was a waste of time. I asked about my refund and was told - this had been referred to the Regional Manager whom I would hear from shortly. Been over a week and nothing so Im writing another email but I honestly dont expect to get a refund.Been a long time Enterprise member but after my experience here, Im waving goodbye. First, the parking is terrible. If you park anywhere other than directly in front of the Enterprise office, the other shop patrons actually come out and tell you to move. Second, when I picked up my rental, they told me it had just been cleaned. Not so much, water bottles under the seats and a film on the inside of the windshield that made seeing out difficult at night. Once back at our hotel, some paper towels cure that problem. Third, had the rental scheduled for a bit over two weeks and with a week remaining I called and said I would not be dropping it off out of state, rather back at their dealership so please remove the $125 drop fee. No problem I was told, except after dropping the car off I was charged the $125 - not discovered until I received my bill via email much later. I immediately called the office and spoke to Mario who said there was nothing he could do. He would have to send my statement to accounting and he wasnt sure if or when they would contact me. He never asked for my info, said he had it yet he never asked my name. I made several attempts to give him my info only to have his reply of I have all you information. Sent an email to their corporate office but I havent heard back and its been a week.

If I could give negative stars I would. Everyone was very friendly at first. But the vehicle we got smelled of smoke so bad! And it was only half way clean on the inside and out. We ask if we could return and get another one. Mind you when my husband called in right before picking up she said they only had 2 trucks. (1 red & 1 black and ask which one he would prefer) She was nice and said they would swap it. Well a guy left in the truck and took forever and came back with the same truck! Then tried to tell us it was a different one. It still had that same strong smoke smell, same license plate, only 2 miles difference from when we first picked up, and same liquid spots on the door. The lady then started yelling at my husband telling him he was wrong. And was also talking badly about my husband to other customers because we New it was the same exact vehicle. We got her to void out our reservation because we wasn’t going to give the company our money with that type of service. And she yelled while doing that saying we called her stupid. Never did we call her stupid. My husband saw there was a misunderstanding between her and the guy that went to get the truck but they didn’t want to admit it. They tried to both keep up the lie. My husband and I are very relaxed and understanding. It could have simply been solved. But she started yelling telling us it was a different truck. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Oh and we went to Avis right after. They had awesome customer service, they were fast, and the truck was so clean, both inside and out!

My experience was wonderful. They didnt have the vehicle I requested, but they upgraded me to a nicer vehicle at the same price, and Morgan was wonderful. She explained everything to me and talked with me about the insurance which I declined because I already had my own insurance. She was also very refreshing, very upbeat. Great experience!

I am a skeptic when it comes to rental agencies but I have to say, my experience at the Hembree Enterprise was wonderful. All of the staff were super friendly and great. No surprise charges or changes. My only gripe would be that the car could be ready to go and in tip top clean condition when you are expecting a customer reservation to speed up the process.

I am Hertz Gold member and always rented from Hertz. I had to rent this time from Enterprise as the insurance company after an accident. When I went to return they showed me a ding in the bumper and damage to the car which i never noticed, The agent told me it could be someone reversed in a parking area and I am responsible to pay for it. In the end I have to pay for something which I have no clue it was there or it happened unknowingly during my rental. With Hertz I would just return and leave I did not know I should have checked closely . Not a good experience.

They are the worst company. Enterprise is the worst company. Do not trust them. They told lies.Something hit the rental car in the middle of nowhere.. Police came. They talked with police officer. Police told them that they will tow the truck in a parking lot and they said okay. lots of things was happened.One of my friend came and picked up us after 7 hours waiting. By the this time we called them more than 10 times. They always told us we will come. But no one showed up.They did not provide new car. I had to change my all trip plan. After couple months later, they sent me a letter. They want to me to pay more $2000

Turned my 2015 Infiniti QX 80 in for repairs and the shop recommended enterprise. So far, having a very bad experience. Waited over 45 min for then to pick me up, they had no cars available so I ended up in a 2010 Sentra that smelled horribly of smoke and air freshener and the windows didn’t roll down well. The were very proactive and drove to my home to switch out the car...sadly, this much larger, newer vehicle also smelled heavily of smoke (windows rolled down again) and two days in I’m getting coolant and indicator lights. We’ll see how they respond this time...I’ll update my post accordingly. Customer service has been friendly and prompt but quality of product is very lacking.

Tip 1: They HAVE TO Pick you up-you cant leave your car in their parking lot! They have a sign posted to the door but news flash: if you are reading it on the door it is too late. Can you not post to your website, tell your call center, etc so that potential renters get a heads up in advance?Tip 2: Clean cars are a nice to have here-you have to ask for fully cleaned, wiped down vehicles.Tip 3: They dont really work well with others-this location says they are in a consortium of sorts with the other local Enterprise branches in Roswell but not so much.Bottom line: go to Hertz-they have cleaner cars and they value your business.

Im accustomed to getting upgrades or at least what I request for a reservation. But this is a first to getting less than the class car reserved. It was high mileage and reeked of cigarette smoke. I had a business trip and couldnt turn around as I had 7 hours to drive in each direction. It made the trip much longer and uncomfortable. Ill choose a larger location next to rent from next time. Maybe they will have better cars.

Normally any deposit charged to your card is automatically refunded once you return the vehicle. Its been over a week and a half and Ive not received my refund. Upon calling the local Enterprise store, I was told to call my bank to find if they had additional holding requirements that would cause a delay in applying my refund. It took just a minute to apply a deposit to my account now theyre telling me my bank placed an additional hold on these funds and Im to check with my bank? Less than upfront these people are.

Andre was very kind and pleasant. My terrible service came from Frazer who is the manager? Watch your credit card, they tell you they are only doing a 50$ deposit, NOT, I didn’t get a foot out of the door and she racked up my credit card. Read everything. There is no compassion here. I got a great car, great guys with customer service, but management needs a company in-service on customer service and people relations.

Based on my experience, I think maybe the counter customer services has changed for the better. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick (didnt waste my time).Now let me say I called the Enterprise phone number prior to going to the office and that experience was less than acceptable, and had I not previously driven by the office and saw the vehicle I needed to rent on the lot I would not have gone back.Phone experience +1 star, less than helpful, made for a frustrating experience.Counter experience +4.5, not a 5 because always room for improvement,Next time I need to rent a vehicle I will forgo the waste of time of calling and go directly to the office.

The pickup of the car was great. Nick was very helpful. However, we dropped off late Sunday and the parking lot was a zoo. We ended up double parking. The next day I got a phone call that there was damage to the car. What?? Never again will I drop off without a rep present.

Make sure you review your agreement very carefully. The car I reserved online was under my insurance company’s daily limit. I was presented with a bill for $80 after the car was turned in. Also, “we’ll pick you up” is their motto. I was not picked up. Had to take an Uber to pick up the car. Horrible location!

I rent from enterprise more than 4 times a year I’ve never had a problem! I mean NEVER! These ppl gave me a full run around trying to rent a car. I was actually a day late for my trip dealing with them. They asked for references a bill and said I wouldn’t be able to use the card I had! The only card I’ve ever used to rent with enterprise. Needless to say I left with no car and had to wait until the following day to rent at another location. She told me that she have no clue why they gave me the run around when I’m clearly a verified customer!!! This place was a big headache!

Getting Car and process was solid but returning it was a nightmare given the small size of parking lot , people all returning at same time had people in cars lined up / backed up to main road. My wife was almost rear ended because there wasnt room for her to pull into the lot. Advice to Enterprise would be to better prepare / staff / have process on days when 10 cars are being returned at same time .

And to make it even worse, I sent notes to the Area Manager and the Regional Manager (i think thats the titles?!) but never heard back from either one! Whats happening to Enterprise?BTW: the Car was super dirty, but i guess after 32,000 miles and just a spritz between rentals it gets to be pretty messy!

I almost never leave a review, but this place is extremely unorganized. I was on hold for 25 minutes, and I called back to be told to call back closer to closing time. If you need a rental, go to the other 3 off Alpharetta HWY that are at most 1.5 miles away from here. They all have way better service than here.

Rented vehicle for a week. The location could use some improvements, it is difficult to find a parking spot when returning same. Disappointed that this is the second time in a row at different locations that Ive wound up with a vehicle that was dirty inside and out? However, the staff at this location is professional, courteous, and I felt they had my best interest at heart. Thanks to Keven, the new guy . Ive rented about ten Enterprise vehicles in the last year, and have to compliment the customer service received at every location.

I was rear ended and the insurance company had contacted enterprise to provide me a rental car while my car was being worked on. I was advised it would be a $25 deposit on my card that would be returned when i brought back the vehicle. I was doing my banking and noticed they charged me $191.00. I called and was told it was for deductible insurance that i was told would be $15 a week well guess what it is $15 a day so please watch what you check or sign on the form it could be a huge amount of money out of your pocket. always read the fine print.

Unfortunately my initial experience was not very good. BUT when the manager (Pierre) of this Enterprise site was notified of the problem. He was absolutely wonderful. They corrected the wrong and through the whole experience; even during the worst I was never disrespected and always treated with courtesy. Firstly, I rented a vehicle for work travel. I was told by a sales associate that I would be picked up as close to 7:30am (Locations opening time) the morning of my reservation start date no problem. Then, come my reservation day I called at 7:30am just as a courtesy to make sure my ride would indeed come to pick me up am told that I will NOT be picked up because I am 2.1 miles outside their 5 mile radius. I explain to the gentleman over the phone that this vehicle is rented through a corporate account and I was told that I would be eligible for a pick up. He tells me that they can not and will not be able too, even though they are not busy at the moment in the future they may be and dont want me to say you picked me up once before, why cant you now? Upset at this point is an understatement. So how exactly am I supposed to arrive at this location? His reply included I dont know. Find a ride or maybe a taxi service. SERIOUSLY?! For a company that advertises so heavily Well Pick You Up. I even went so far as to ask for a small fee to be added to the account to go the extra 2.1 miles to get me and he refused. So one taxi ride later I arrive. I enter the door and no one greets me for 30 minutes while they helped two other clients that were already there. No one will make eye contact or even acknowledge my existence. Finally it is my turn and they have reserved a car instead of an SUV, which was an easy fix except the SUV I was given was full of leaves and dirt all over the floor. The car speakers were blown and the windshield had a mystery substance all over it. I think by the length of this explanation you can see that this was NOT a good experience.

Worst customer service experience ever. I had to rent cars while my car was in the body shop. They didnt have as many options as I needed. Besides, they charged me over 500 dollars even though they didnt explain cleary I have to pay extra. The front desk was not helpful every time I visited or talked on the phone.

Great service for sure. Got to the location and I had reserved a standard car but the one they had was a bit on the small side. One of the reps at the counter realized that since I am 63 that was gonna be rough for 10 days so he quickly said You want a truck or an SUV? I ended up with a comfortable SUV for the 10 days I was there at the same price. The only reason I didnt do 5 stars is that they said the schedule was full so they could not pick me up at my hotel on my pickup day. When I dropped the car off I needed to go to the train station and they said that was to far and they didnt do that so I ended up having to Uber for those parts of the trip so that was a bit frustrating.

I saw the guy walk in the door so I hurried to try to follow him in - and he locked it behind me!This is the second time Ive used this place for business and despite its convenience to my house, I avoid it at all costs. Worst Enterprise in my life... Manager is very rude and staffs are not true to their job. They know there is a damage in the car before starting my rental and they said its all noted and later they are saying the damage is happened during the current rental and the manager is very rude to the customer. Provided car with scratches allover and torn carpet . Said some of the scratch were dirt. Maybe didnt wash the car. Was not willing to initially document any scratches, said all scratches were ok. Now have to pay for ding which I didnt see before or not sure how it happened. Said car was for oil change and had to wait for it. Never seen such bad customer service in any enterprise location. Kindly let me know and contact me if someone rented toyota Corolla and saw/documented ding on left rear corner panel.

I have had a rental car from this location for almost 5 months. Their managers (Morgan especially) are HORRIBLE when it comes to helping the customer with better rates, convenience, and customer service.They over charged my credit card & even when I brought to their attention the response is very unconcerning. I work hard for my money and every penny matters. I have rented cars from Enterprises all over for years (even other states) and this location is the WORST yet!!! The lower level employees are nice and very helpful but the management SUCKS. I will be moving my business this week. Stay away from the Hembree Rd location in Alpharetta if possible.

Enterprise as a whole sucks and this location in particular. From the day that I began my dealings with them, they have told me 20 different things regarding my account. The employees are either incompetent or not trained too thoroughly. They lied about the circumstances regarding getting my deposit back, they overcharged me, and they never volunteer any type of information, you literally have to drag it out of them. I would NEVER, EVER rent a car with Enterprise ever again as long as it can be avoided....

The good part is they have a drop and pick up service and car was available. But it was very crowded and it took me more than 30 mins to wait to get the car and finish paper work. Their system was bit slow and going to thinking mode. I book for corolla and got sentra and did not find it comfortable for long drive. I am happy with all other service.

These guys are cheaters. They told me to drop the after hours on Saturday and they charged me till Monday. When I asked them about it they are saying it is their policy. I told them I called them on Saturday and checked about the return. They told me you can drop the key in the drop box. Finally they waved off the 2 days. It is an hour hassle.

I will not use Enterprise again. 1st) I reserved a midsize on their website. When I got to the store I was informed they were out of midsize cars and they offered me a full size truck. Since I was taking a 1000 mile round trip I told the rep that it would cost me significantly more in gas, and he needed to knock some off the price to compensate me. NO cant do that sir OK, well then we have a problem! They ended up putting me in a compact crackerjack car. Very uncomfortable for 1,000 mile round trip. I asked them to check other stores in the area so I could maybe swap it for a midsize..... No Midsize vehicles to be found. I then asked them to check if there were any midsize vehicles in my destination city that I could switch the compact for. Asked them to call me and let me know. I never heard from anyone! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! So i drove the compact back and dropped it off. Promising myself to use Avis, Budget, Hertz or a Joes car rental the next time. If you are out of a certain vehicle size then take it off your website so the customer doesnt show up at the store expecting what they reserved and then get switched to what they dont want at the last minute!

Not very helpfull with the check in they didnt accept my id or licence neither a picture of my passport so i had to get it 10 miles away in the rain they didt even care... not even offered the shuttle then had to take the most expensive insurace ever and finished paying a fortune for 10 days i dont think im renting on enterprise again alamo is 10 times more friendly...

Take pictures of the car you’re renting and make detailed notes of every little scratch you can find outside and inside the car. They will scam you when ever they can.

Everyone is really friendly, but when it came time for them to try to get me to buy insurance when I said my insurance covered it, the salesperson was very pushy and used some of my personal details to try to sell it. Seemed very manipulative.

****0/5 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. You know its bad when 3 other customers are in there complaining about the service. Their employees will lie to you about the insurance fees stating that it is a one time flat fee or weekly fee. Looks like from the other reviews on here I wasnt the only victim in this matter. The employee didnt state that it was a daily charge and circled the accept on the contract then just asked me to initial. They charged me $600 for insurance coverage after I was already making them $1,000 for the rental of 28 days (because my car was a total loss). I went in there to talk to the employee who scammed me, all he had to say was sorry that was a month ago, you dont know what I said or didnt say. THIS STORE WILL SCAM YOU!! After this awful experience I will never be returning to Enterprise, or referring them to ANYONE.Side note: They were yelling at a customer to calm down several times after they told him they only had a truck for him, which he reserved a sedan (he was an elder man and said he cant drive that then asked them to take him to another store, they didnt want to). He was treated very poorly. You should NEVER yell at a customer to call down or continue to throw your arms up huffing and puffing that the customer is upset AND IT WAS THE MANAGER!!! Im sickened by this customer service.
