A friend and I have just recently started using Moss after seeing recommendations and looking at the reviews. They are well established (if memory is correct over 25 years) and reviews speak very highly of them. In my experience they are thorough and understanding. Instead of pushing for me to continue repairing a 17 year old vehicle (like the old place did) they were honest and said it might be time to look in to a newer vehicle. My friend also had a great experience and says that she will go no where else from now on. I will be doing the same and have already been referring people to them.

They tried to charge me waaay too much to fix my Camry. I found a better mobile mechanic who fixed my car perfectly for half the price this place charges. Very rude when answering the phones. Need better customer service skills to be charging high prices like that. I wouldnt dare spend a dime at any establishment that is rude to me period

I have been going to Charlottes place for some years now, mostly for routine checks sometimes when the need arose and i have always been happy with them.11/27/2018 update: had a chipmunk nest in the engine bay, and a chowed wire causing the check engine light to come on. The dealership wanted to inspect and clean the whole wiring and would not attempt fixing until i talk to my insurance - probably to decide how much they can expand the scope of labor.Moss Automotive had me in on short notice and 2 hours later i picked up my fixed car for a lot less than my insurance deductible.

If youre taking your vehicle anywhere else in the North Fulton are for repairs, youre not getting the best service possible. Charlotte and Danny have beat estimates from other shops on numerous occasions and have had my vehicle back to me extremely quick. Above all of that, you will get friendly, personable service that you just cant find anywhere these days.Would I recommend Moss Automotive? I could not recommend it enough!

Moss automotive was able to accurately diagnose my vehicles computer problems that two other garages were unable to figure out. They have demonstrated a exceptionally high level of technical skills and repair abilities. Their repair prices are very fair and reasonable. In all of my experiences with Moss Automotive I have found them to be extremely ethical and honest. I highly recommend them.

Moss is a great and very trustworthy auto repair shop! They have great service and won’t BS you by telling you there are 50 other things wrong with your vehicle. I am very impressed/please every time I leave that place.

Great great service... My air conditioner was blowing hot air I took it in an they took all freon out an recharged it an it started working. They immediately called an said hey this is what I did an now its working. They didnt try to get over an say on hey you need a new compressor or something more expensive they was honest an let me know just what the case was an didnt charge a arm an a leg to do it. So happy I have air this summer. Thanks again!!!

Have had the pleasure of coming to this shop twice in the past two months. The first time was for a power cable replacement that got finished in two days, and they communicated very quickly and clearly what they could do and even gave a me a bill that was lower than what they originally quoted me. The second time was for a weird clunking sound on my rear brakes - the original diagnosis was going to be pricey but Charlotte gave me a good explanation of the issue and I gladly accepted due to the work they had done the first time.Next day, I was contacted by her again and they identified a different cause of the issue and drastically reduced my bill - easily nearly a fourth of the cost of the original quote. They could very easily never have told me and I would have been none the wiser. This shop is easily the most friendly and most honest shop that I have ever been to since I started driving and I will gladly use them as my go-to recommendation for my family and friends.

Excellent shop! I heard great things about them, how honesty and integrity are integral to what they do. I found that to be very true when I brought my car in for service. My car is running great with its new fuel pump and the bill was reasonable. So many other shops out there give the car repair industry a bad name. Try these guys: you wont regret it.

Amazing service! My moms cars starter died on her about 5 miles from Moss Automotive. AAA was able to bang the starter to life so my mom could get to Moss. They took great care of her there. Had her in and out in 2 hours for a much better rate than I ever expected. We will be using them from here on out for all our family vehicles.

Extremely rude business owners that not only hang up on you if youre just simply asking pricing information I have a Voicemail message to prove as such they are not worth the money as I get better service at the dealership. They never serviced my vehicle and I would never let them based on the way they spoke to my husband on the phone.Take your well earned money elsewhere.

I highly recommend this company!!!! Danny and his team At Moss Automotive have been servicing my vehicles for 12+ years. They are the most HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY company I have ever dealt with. They do not, have not and never will pad a bill or falsely inflate a vehicle problem. During a recent issue, Danny found a warranty issue, researched it and contacted the dealership for me. When I brought it in, they found several other critical issues to the tune of $3,000 and none of it under warranty!!!!! Imagine that!!! I promptly picked up my vehicle and Moss will repair the minor problem. I trust that Danny nor his team will never let me drive an unsafe vehicle. They are the BEST!!!!!

They are fabulous!!!! Extremely honest. Only does work that needs to be completed and backs their work. They have updated me for items that were under manufacture warranty so I could have the manufacture correct the problem. Have been with them for approximately 18 years and hope I never need to find another auto mechanic, it would be really difficult to match their service. Have only great things to say about them.

I cannot say enough good things about the honest service I have received. I found them through a friends Facebook page post of glory and I can only say God sent me to them. I have never felt comfortable with a garage in this area until Moss. they know what they are doing and do not try to do work just to do work. You will not be disappointed.

This is the most honest car repair shop that I have been to. Ive never liked any of the car repair shops because I always thought that they were out to get your money. This place is different. Mrs Charlotte on the phone is the best. I wont take my car anywhere else. :-)

We were shipping our truck to Hawaii and could only have 1/4 tank of gas or less and the tank was almost full. The people Moss Automotive got us in right away and prepared our truck for shipping. They are awesome and I cant thank them enough!

I am so thankful that I brought my Honda pilot to Moss for some new struts and also to see about my why my check engine light came on. They did hours of diagnostics/tests to finally determine the root cause what something that Honda had settled via a class action suit and my car was potentially covered by. Of course this work had to be done by Honda and thankfully it qualified to be repaired via that agreement (Lou Sobh). If not for the investigative work by Moss Automotive I would have never known about the Honda service bulletin and it probably saved me a significant amount of money. Moss has won me over as a new customer and I will be bringing our other cars here. Highly recommended. Honest, fair, thorough, are a few words that come to mind.

All I have to say is wow. Very unhelpful. I just needed a starter bolt put back in and for them to see what a ticking noise was. I was told they could not put the bolt in because they would not make any profit because it was not their part. Seriously? I offered to pay by the hour and they still would not put the ONE bolt in.

Alright, I waited a few months to post this review. I had an engine light on that did not allow me to pass emissions, I knew what it was (Mopar O2 sensor always gets blow due to my driving habits. I stop on the gas all the time, its a 5.7 HEMI, its fun for me). Well I send it to them, they find another problem and call me before they fix it. I give the go ahead and 3 days later my Grand Cherokee Overland has passed emissions and is ready to take across the country.My O2 sensor that they replaced did die again, but that was to be expected. I will be taking all my other Jeeps there when they need repairs.Things I liked:FastCommunicated with meUsed MOPAR parts (not cheap nock offs)Things I did not like:Nothing I could think of. Jeep is still running strong and Im about to drive it across country again.
