They are very genuine and very honestIf I was able to give them a 20 stars I would have.They had fixed my car, my gears were not switching, I took my car there and they fixed it.In like 24 hours, the gears were not switching,I called them, do you know in 29 minutes, they sent 2 mechanics to my house to fix the car, by my house. You cannot beat that. The fact that they even showed up at my house to help me out was more than them going to work for the sake of a paycheck. They stepped out for me, that was very caring, and kind of them, they did not even want me to tow the car to their shop. Other folks would have required me to tow the car to their shop.For me,that is more than a sacrificeI applause them, i applause the whole team and I flag themI am recommending them big time they will not disappoint them nor let you down.They are so good in oil change you go in and they will get you out vans get done in an heartbeat 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾To your team

I had called to book the appointment and after arriving, the guy was like I am the only person here so you will have to wait for 2 hrs. I was okay, but then after 45 min he comes back and says the Lady you spoke to isn’t here and it’s her day off but I spoke to her and it’s gonna be $170 for transmission oil change and I was telling Asking him if he’s reasonable as he just has to open two bolts, and he was like I do not want to talk just speak to the lady she’s gonna be here in two hours. I don’t think at the first place he wanted to work and second they are very unprofessional.

I went for my emissions test today , the service was quick and easy and the staff was super nice , shoutout to Jesse who helped us and was amazing!

I cannot recommend this store more. I dropped in for some emergency help.. Boom! Done and for free. I called in for some assistance on my AC. Dale, diagnosed the problem over the phone. I come in, and he was spot on. Ran the diagnostic, fixed the problem and I was outta there within half an hour. I recommend them as highly as possible

These two know how to greet a customer and how to share their mechanical knowledge. They also know how to make you feel like you are very welcome at the Alpharetta location.When Phillip installed the running lights he was very professional and was willing to listen and answered my entire question, even when the question had to do with other service work that I was not getting done today. Phillip has a great personality and appearance and after watching how Phillip interacts with other coworkers I can see he is a great team player and very well rounded. Phillips TAT (Turnaround Time) was very expedited. I wish I could give him a 10 star rating.When I came back to get the oil changed, Phillip pulled me into the garage. Immediately greeted as I pulled into the parking lot. Technician was very friendly. There was no wait, I was able to sit in my car the entire time the oil change was being done. My fluids were checked and topped off. A quick inspection of lights, blinkers, air filter, etc was done and I was informed of recommendations but was not pressured to do anything. I Very highly recommend this location.

This place is great! Super efficient, friendly and honest. Went in for a state inspection and a few days later went and had brakes and rotors replaced. They were spot on with an over the phone estimate, and did not try to up sell anything. I will be returning for all my needed services!

Every one here was so friendly and helpful, especially Jesse who made sure everything was in good condition and warned me about some potential problems I may have with my vehicle, but she never tried to sell or pressure me on anything. Rather she was super knowledgeable and explained the issues so that I could better understand. Super pleased with this experience and definitely will be going to this location from now on.

Got my oil changed there during the day on Friday and was by far my best experience at it while change place. I asked them to change my air filter and she came back and showed me my current air filter and how clean it was instead of just changing it out and charging me. They also check all your air pressure and top off all the fluids. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone

Fernando and team was quick and professional, took care of my oil change and wiper blades, and the techs in the mechanical department checked my rear tire for injuries. They also performed a relearn on my TPMS as a courtesy. This shop is clean and organized and the people are fantastic. Highly recommend!

By far this is the best place to take your vehicle for maintenance and repair. The oil changes are always fast and thorough - however they only do what needs to be done on your vehicle. They are refreshingly honest and straightforward on the best and most cost effective solution for their customers.When it comes to repair I cannot say enough good things about Wayne who runs their shop. Wayne goes above and beyond to solve whatever problem you have with your vehicle and do it quickly and inexpensively. I have stopped in a couple of times with a simple repair and Wayne would take care of it while I waited. Once he didn’t even charge for what he did. I brought my car here at the recommendation of a friend who says he has used them since they opened and fully trusts the lead mechanic, Wayne. Being a single mom, I am a bit nervous when bringing my car to a shop. I have always gone to the dealer. I took a chance and I was not disappointed. In fact - I am thrilled. They greeted me warmly, the shop was clean and orderly. They diagnosed my car on the spot, gave me an estimate within minutes and had my car back to me that same day. I had my brakes repaired and they are quieter and smoother than they have EVER been - even more so than when the DEALER fixed them last. They always had a sound when being released. I got an oil change as well and since my car is a Saab - they did the PROPER oil - something the last place I used did not do and I always had a weird sound. Wayne and the ENTIRE staff were kind, knowledgeable and completely put me at ease. I recommend this shop on every level and am happy to have a new go to - one stop shop - Thanks to Express Oil and the entire team.

Ive used Express Oil for over 6 years and they consistently do an amazing job keeping my Altima in great service as well as serving the other cars my family members use (Ford Truck and Jeep). This is the cleanest auto garage I’ve ever been in. The mechanics were really nice and did a great job on my oil change. It was a little bit pricey but well worth it. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Really fast and professional emissions test!

I change my oil a lot, so I know a good oil change when I see it. I brought my own oil and filter and it was the standard $20 charge. They were fast. These guys did as good as job as I could: drained oil soon after I arrived (so the oil is warm and drains more completely). The engine will started after the initial fill of oil, then the level was checked again to make sure the oil was not over/underfilled. Totally recommended from a car guy.

Two years later and I still love coming here with all my car needs. I send my friends this way too!! I love going to Express Oil Change and Service. I love it because the staff there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Jesse and Wayne are both awesome people. They went out of their way and came and helped me out when I was having car issues. Wayne worked on my car and took great care in finding out exactly what was wrong with my Jeep. Love this place! I have been going for about a year now and love the personalities of each individual I encounter. They have excellent customer service, friendly and just a great bunch to be around.

The people that work here are awesome. One time they tightened my oil filter after someone else changed my oil and didnt tighten it all the way so it was leaking a lot. They even added more oil for me at no charge. They are very polite and nice people. I will continue going back here and recommending it.

Amazing service! They go above and beyond. I’ve been here each time for my last four oil changes and they always remember who I am and ask how my daughter is. They showed me some safety issues with my tires and found me a great deal on two new ones. I never feel like they are trying to make me purchase more than what I need and because of that I won’t go anywhere else!

I had recently noticed that the coolant level on my 2007 Tundra had been very slowly but consistently dropping. I also needed an oil change, so I stopped at Express Oil Change in Alpharetta near Lowe’s. Jesse, the manager verified a leak and Wayne, the resident mechanic, checked out my vehicle, diagnosing a leaky water pump. They actually showed me how they tracked the leak down all the way back to the pump. After giving me an estimate and checking with me, Wayne ordered the pump, then replaced it promptly. I was really struck how everyone in the shop seemed to be part of a team. I especially appreciated Jesse, the manager. It was clear that she runs an efficient shop and has the respect of those who work for her. I was particularly impressed with the care, thoroughness, honesty, and competence that my Tundra and I received. I highly recommend Express Oil Change and will always return to them for service. Jesse, Wayne and Crew were awesome! After going several places for a problem with our truck, they were able to pin point the issue in about 10 minutes. An oil change, a huge weight lifted after they helped with the issue plus great customer service to boot, all in about 15 minutes. You cant ask for more than that! Super friendly people who actually care about you and your car!

I know most places that try to take your money for things that arent even a problem your car is having; here, they fix things that actually need to be fixed for as little as possible (theres been many times theyve done minor things that doesnt cost at all). Jesse assisted me right away, provided a fair quote and drove me home so I could rest while they worked on my car.
