The owner was amazing. I really enjoyed him taking the time to show me what was going on with my car. My 2 and 4 year old daughters actually wanted to stay in the waiting room even longer.... But sadly my car was ready and it was time to leave. I will DEFINITELY be back though, because after all, I do drive a Chevy.

Radio/CD player...it was explained that the radio couldnt be repaired a new one is needed. However, I was informed that the CD player would be able to work. Well the CD player will not eject the CD, which means that the CD which was stuck in the player continues to repeatedly play w/o being able to stop it. Had I been informed that they wouldnt be able to fix anything, I wouldve accepted that, but I paid my money in assurance that at least the CD player would work. So I must say that Im highly disappointed in this last service. Ive had two prior services that they performed on my car (Mercedes C300/ 2011) which seemed to have been done well. Its just upsetting that there was not even an offer to take another look at trying to get the CD player to eject /accept CD, when Ive spent a good amount of money at this establishment. I guess once its paid for all is forgotten🤔. I try to support small businesses, but when its all said and done I wish Id taken it to the manufacturer (Mercedes) this time..
