I have been buying tires from performance Tire for the past 2 years and never had any problem with them. Nice people with excellent customer service.

We came to this company for a full set of new tires. We were walked through their prices quickly and with great service. Despite their clearly high volume they had us in and out in no time. The tires were fairly priced and Ill certainly be back for more when the time comes.

Dont trust these dishonest people--theyre just looking to scam you. Went in to get my battery health checked. Its normally a service that many places around the area do for free. These people charged more than $20 dollars (after INSISTING that it could not possibly be done for free and that the person who told me that was wrong) for 5 minutes of checking the battery and then said that I would have to get the battery checked, even though it had only been a year since I got a new one. I went to Autozone and not only did they check the battery for free (and showed me the readings instead of doing it behind closed doors away from me like Performance did), they also showed me I didnt need to replace it!

Service was quick, and pricing was good. I could have done without having to listen to Fox News in the waiting room. In the current sociopolitical environment, that is a statement that, all other things being equal, I will probably not seek to support with future visits.

The experience and knowledge from the owners and employees at this Goodyear location is TOP-NOTCH! I have been taking my cars there now for over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about these guys. It is very hard to find honest and reliable mechanics and they exceed my expectations. Thats why I still drive over an hour to visit this location. They work quickly on my cars to get me in and out in a timely manner. While waiting the lobby is clean, comfortable and they even have a coffee bar and TV for watching. I would and will continue to highly recommend these guys to everyone I talk to that is in need of car repairs or regular car maintenance.

Went here for years due to convenient location, but there was always an issue-long waits beyond what was promised, no phone call to advise issues or when the car would be ready and questionable pricing. After charging me $20 to poorly clean a battery cable still with residue on it, forgetting to do the rotate and balance I requested, and then quoting $60 for me to bring the car back to have that done, I’m done.

Damaged my car to up sell me repairs.History:My Front tire was wearing badly, Had my car jacked up and was inspecting my suspension. Could not find any thing wrong. went to this shop to have them look at it 2 days later. They said it needed an alignment($85) and new steering rack boots ($150). I had them do the alignment, I new my boots were old, but the were still working fine. When I got it home, I jacked it up to have a look at the boots. Both sides were cut about a inch in from the outer end. After replacing them my self, I pulled on them as hard as I could, and I could not get them to tear. they were cut with a sharp object, I could tell by the smooth separation, where the knife went Im. The alignment was not quite right either the steering wheel pointed a bit to the left when going straight. Im a photo nut I had taken high resolution pictures of my suspension 2 days before going to the shop. I use these to examine things in fine detail. So I have before and after pictures. Ill post them in my pictures.

Went in to get brake pads changed. All of a sudden, our car has a check engine light on which has never come on in the history of this car except for this one hour they had this car in their possession. Imagine sending a car for a brake job and getting your car with new brakes and a check engine light back. So blatant in their deceit. BMW dealership tells us that someone drove the car with gas cap open or something else to induce the error, you should not do this to people!Our car had temporary tags on it so they probably assumed that it was a new car for us and that we wouldnt be familiar with it. They assumed that we would just pay to get the source of the problem fixed, they didnt know that I was just transferring this car from my business into my wifes name and that wed had this car since it was brand new. This was the first time ever the check engine light has ever come on.I will never go back there again. Lawyers and mechanics... right? Dont come here, so many other shops around for the same price. Look for another shop, dont be the fool that disregards this message!

Great experience! These guys really care about the customer. They are more concerned with finding and fixing the problem rather than you just throwing money at your car. My car needed some serious work and they made sure I had a ride to and from work and explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. I will ALWAYS bring my car here first.

Rude Service! I walked in as 2 workers were talking. NO ONE acknowledged i was there and when they finished their conversation they walked away leaving me there. I left and went to Tire Plus and received excellent service!

I have been using this shop for at least the past five years. They have done everything for us (3 cars) from oil changes to transmission replacement. I have never once had a problem with them. I strongly endorse them for any auto repair need you may have no matter how minor or major it may be.

How do these guys have 3 stars?Grumpy, expensive, and outright scary!I dont trust them with my car. They claimed they couldnt patch my tire even when I told them to do it anyway. They charged me $30 to get my tire back and I successfully patched it myself. Ill be using speedy tire on McFarland in alpharetta from now on.

I brought my truck in with a broken air conditioner. I tried recharging the system and it didnt hold - there was definitely a leak. They had it diagnosed and fixed (2 seals) within the hour!!! And the price was very, very reasonable. Overall very happy with their service!

This location is quite convenient to my home, so I have been using them for oil changes for about 3 years. They have also done a few other repairs for me, like the headlight restoration and brakes. Ive had no problems.

Im so glad I found this company! I was told I needed upwards of $2500 in repairs by my Volvo dealer and I took my car here for a 2nd opinion based on the recommendation of a co-worker. The dealership simply lied to me and I didnt need any of the repairs. Ive been coming here ever since.Just recently also, my husband was told by the Acura dealer that his new timing belt was going to cost a lot of money. He is now getting this work done at half the price at Performance Tire and Auto. Great work at fair prices. I highly recommend them.

A little more pricey than Id expect, and not overly forward with details, but a pretty good place and they work fast. Convenient when you need it.

I strongly recommend not taking your vehicle to this place they dont do the work they say they do my check engine light is still on.

They told me they rotated my tires when they changed my oil when they clearly did not. They also used a tool to put the oil filter housing back on my car so tight that a breaker bar had to be used to remove it on the next change. Everyone knows they are not supposed to be installed that tight and Im lucky they did not strip the threads on it which would have been an expensive repair.

Perfect spot to feel comfortable and respected. The location is only 10 mins away from my job.

Awful awful place! They lie, damage and cheat customers. My windshield wiper stopped working, I went down there to have it repaired. They quoted me just over $300 to fix what I was told was busted transmission on the wiper assembly, but it would take 2 days to get it. When I got my car back it had a crack in the windshield, chewing gum was stuck to my wiper blade and the caps for the wiper motor guard were missing! I couldnt make this up! On top of that, I went to the auto parts store found the same part for $100 and it took me 15 minutes to put it in. They seem nice but so is every cheater in a poker game.

Crooks. Tried to sell me repairs I know I did not need. dont let your car out of your sight, or you may be sorry.

My daughter stopped in as she was seeing oil drops when she parked. They did a diagnostic on her check engine light and told her the vacuum line cracked causing Evap codes going to the canister. Charged her $87.Oil still dripping , went to my mechanic (Nobodys) and they found her oil filter loose, tightened it, n/c and sent her on her way.What a rip off from Goodyear!

For someone to take 2 hours for an oil change is way too much! The facility is nice and the staff is kind but honestly the speed of this facility is ridiculous. This needs to improve if they want to retain customers. Also, not having Wi-Fi is really odd in this day and age so maybe they should try adding that. (I amend my statement by not asking about the wi fi) since my last visit, you guys have improved so thanks. Im glad you are taking time to respond to the customers.

Weekend hours are terrible at this place. If you plan on having something done on a Saturday, be sure to get your car there by noon... otherwise you get turned away.

Extremely dangerous place to take your car. I took it there for just an oil change. A mechanic disconnected an engine sensor and I didnt realize until on the main road that my car wouldnt go more than 15 mph. I hobbled the car back in and they refused to accept responsibility. I hobbled the car home and looked myself and found the sensor hose. It was nowhere near the oil. When I talked to him about it a bratty mechanic came in and stared at me in the eye like he wanted to fight and yelled when I was arguing about it. He seemed to have a problem with me driving an expensive car at my apparent age (I look much younger than I am)

I have been going here for 7 years with no issues. I have had multiple times were they could have taken advantage of me for extra services yet they always gave me straight answers.
