Steve is the best! He got me right in and fixed my Jeep the same day for an incredibly good price. I had brought my Jeep to another shop and they had said there was nothing wrong. So here on out I won’t be going anywhere else. Always grateful for the kindness, flexibility and prices they offer here. Highly recommend!!

From having a 10 minute conversation with Steve on the phone, I instantly knew he was going to my go-to guy for car services. The customer service he and his team provided was outstanding. He diagnosed my car, and instead of trying to push patch work services on me, he advised me to start car shopping. As unfortunate as the situation was, I really appreciated his honesty and his genuine desire to help me, rather than sell me services that may not work, or that would not help to prevent the inevitable. I told him that I would take my new car back if I ever had any issues, as well as just for basic maintenance and preventable care. I highly recommend him and I am looking forward to continue working with him.

I purchased some EBC rotors and brakes for my 2010 Miata GT and paid Steve and crew to install them for me. The price was reasonable and Steves vast knowledge of cars made the brake job go without a hitch. He also drove the car after the install to make sure there were no issues. I plan on giving them more of my business if they will have me as a returning customer.

Just like your older brother or your dad, Steve and his crew are here for you. They explain everything and pricing is practically 1/4 what youd pay with other brakes places. They cover everything except your body and frame work and are even open til 6! Good humored and truthful to the bone, you wont be disappointed!

I found NPAR and had been in contact with Steve for about a week and a half. Steve researched the part I needed (catalytic converter), gave me an upfront price and put my mind at ease. Steve (the store owner) took care of my issue where my window was not rolling down on my driver side. He also gave me a great price to get it fixed and it works well.He also pointed out any thing my car did or didn’t need maintenance and showed me in person what those were. He even noticed my tire had a small nail in it when I first arrived and he patched it for free. I would definitely come back here again.

I was in last week to have my Catalytic converter changed out. I already had the part , but most other places wouldnt install something they did not sell to me. That was not the case here. I called and spoke with Steve, and he was very kind. He gave me a reasonable quote for the installation process and welcomed me to call back if I had any questions. When I got there a few days after my phone call, Steve remembered our conversation and took my car into the shop right away. I had to rush to work and called them back to add on another service, Steve answered promptly and took care of everything within a few hours. They finished with my car earlier than planned and charged me less than expected. I also got to meet the mechanic (Jim) who worked on my car. He was very knowledgeable and explained the next services I needed soon. They did not pressure me into anything, and treated me like family. I will be going to them from now on. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and honest source to diagnose and repair automotive issues, look no further. I was amazed by the thorough, hands on diagnostics Steve performed to get to the heart of a hard to find issue with my 2012 F150 Ecoboost. Contrast this with the results from a dealership I had taken it to that simply looked up a diagnostic code and recommended that I replace everything their manual noted the problem could be. Steve saved me $2,000 in unnecessary reapirs, and my vehicle is running great.I cant recommend North Point Auto Repair strongly enough.

From the first time I called Steve he was honest and up front. He broke down costs and explained the differences in the types of brakes he could use for my Audi A4. A few weeks before calling Steve I went to Pep Boys - Johns Creek, they told me (after 3 + hours) that I needed rear brakes the most and explained that the front were pretty bad too. They, fortunately, didnt have the sensors needed and would have to call around on Monday to get it and told me they would call me once they found it. They never called. I decided to call Audi directly, of course they were overpriced but only by $100 more than Pep Boys was going to charge. I called a few other local mechanics and was shocked when they quoted me a higher prices than Audi! So, based on the amazing reviews, Steve was on my list to call too, I called. I told him that I needed front and rear brakes and rotors and to bleed the brakes and replace fluid (what I was told was needed by Pep Boys). About 30 minutes to an hour after dropping my car off at Steves he called to tell me that the front was really the issue (and that makes sense cause Id assume front usually goes first). Anyway long story short, he did my front brakes, replaced the fluid, an oil change, and replaced a, nearly impossible to install for the average person (thanks Audi), parking light so that I can pass the emissions test. He was fair priced and honest.... a rare combination that equates to an amazing mechanic who I will go to time and time again for both my cars!

A friend referred me to North Point Auto and Im so grateful that she did! The check engine light had been on in for 2-3 months. I had a couple mechanics scan the codes and did the repairs they suggested. Only for the light to come back on after a day or two. I took it to North Point Auto. Steve greeted me very warmly and stopped what he was doing and came out to run the scan codes. He went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. My car runs fantastic now, no rattles in the engine, no misfires, better gas mileage. I had a couple other repairs done, and my car is running smoothly and I am thrilled. While waiting on my car I saw that Steve and his mechanics are committed to excellence. I wont take my car anywhere else!

I came in for a stripped locking lug nut that was near impossible to remove. Multiple shops did not want to get near it because they were afraid of scratching my wheels. I was referred to Steve and so I swung by for my first time and Steve immediately came out and went straight into inspecting the problem, and assured me they could take care of it. He and his team were very kind & genuine, they also took the time to explain to me everything they had to do. They did a fantastic job and were able to remove the lug nut without causing any additional damage to the rim. The absolute best auto shop experience that I can recall. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my truck to be repaired as I have with Steve Miller. The honest, efficient, and straightforward nature of the experience was just straight up awesome. I live in Atlanta, so North Point Auto Repair is nearly an hour drive from me, but that wont stop me from taking all of my auto repair needs there.

Im long overdue on writing this review. North Point Auto is the ONLY shop I will bring my car to....Ive been going here for years. Steve is honest, knowledgeable, and just an overall great guy. I always leave with exactly what my car needs and my expectations are frequently exceeded. Seriously, dont even bother going anywhere else. I live all the way in Austell and would rather make the trek to this shop then go to another closer to me. Steve really does go above and beyond for his clients.

We were in a tough spot: a pancake flat tire in a parking lot in Alpharetta. We called the best reviewed place near us, and were so glad we did! Steve met us in the 100 degree heat, brought the required tools, took the tire off, patched it, and then put it back on, all in about ten minutes! He then insisted on helping my wife and I get our spare and jack back in the trunk correctly, and he pointed us to his preferred tire shop for a replacement. We would absolutely recommend North Point Auto Repair to anyone looking for auto service and will be coming back to see Steve again the next time we need anything.

I took my wife’s car to a dealer thinking they would be able to replace the timing belt. After keeping it for a day, they told me they couldn’t get the parts needed. I did some research and found North Point Auto Repair. What a find. They found all the parts needed and did the repair. I am truly glad to have found a repair shop that will work on an older car.

I recently moved to Georgia and of course in the middle of the summer ATL heat, my AC went out. The only auto repair shop I had ever been to previously was owned by my relative, and I know it is usually quite difficult to find a good and honest mechanic. I was so lucky to find North Point Auto Repair and ended up having a phenomenal experience! Steve, the owner, is such a friendly and helpful guy who actually cares about the auto problems you are facing and is willing to do whatever it takes to fix your car. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful, their service goes above and beyond (even dropped me off & picked me up at work while fixing my car), and they give you an extremely fair price for their services. I had such great conversations with all employees every time I was there and truly felt like I had been coming here for years. I know while Im living in GA this is where I will be taking my car for all issues from here on out and I plan to recommend it to my friends as well!

From the day I bought my 2006 Jetta two years ago, no service mechanic had been able to cure the nagging check engine light about the problematic cooling system. Finally I took it in to Steve and he found the problem rather quickly: The plastic radiator cooling fan blade was completely missing! Well thank you Steve for finally solving the problem no one else was able to!Also, Steve was very personable and honest (almost to a fault!). If youre interested and hes not too busy, hell tell you how to trade stock options using a straddle.

My car was overheating on my way to work. It is an older vehicle that has not given me problems and I figured it was due to start breaking down. I called North Point Auto, spoke to Steve Miller and let him know I was in a pinch and needed to diagnose my car and get back to work within an hour. He said bring it in. it turned out to be a loose radiator cap form when I checked the fluids the day before. Steve refilled the radiator, checked the fan and sent me on my way in half an hour and billed me at a great price. This was a great opportunity to take advantage of someone who does not know about cars but Steve really made me feel comfortable and showed me that there are honest shops. I have found my family auto shop and would recommend North Point Auto to anyone needing a good solid shop with integrity.

After running over road debris, I had my car towed to North Point Auto repair based on a recommendation from the Geico app! What I thought was just a blown tire turned into much more. I was so thankful that Steve walked me through the damage, the options, and the process for submitting a claim to my insurance. He handled the process entirely and was available day or night to respond to my questions and concerns. I couldnt be happier with my experience with this shop and Steve! They. Were. Fantastic! I walked in out of the blue and got serviced that day! Steve walked me through his inspection and would and would not need replacing; then, he explained how much he charged for each service and cut me some slack on some parts. But it wasnt just about the money, it was also about how nice everyone was and how well they did their jobs. Perfect customer service, friendly environment, and the work was superb.
