First impressions are everything! I had an issue with my cars ac compressor (at least I thought). We were on a family vacation 3 hours away from home late afternoon. Coming back from Rockport State Rec area when the compressor failed. We had to leave the next day to make an appointment. I’m not a big car guy so we decided to stop by a repair shop the closest one being AJ’s. I met Jay at the counter and asked if he wouldn’t mind taking a look at my car. Without hesitation he came out and looked at our vehicle. He checked out the car told me everything should be fine (he didn’t rush). He explained some things I shouldn’t do that could put undue stress on the compressor. I offered him some money for his time but he refused. This was a simple enough diagnostic but it was how he presented himself that made me take notice; you could tell he cared. Thank you Jay!

The hood release on my van broke and the young fellow fixed it right awayWhen I tried to pay and was told no charge today. A long way from home I was so grateful.

They fit me in right away, charged me less than I was quoted from a mechanic across town, and they did it in less than half the time I was quoted. The owners were kind and professional, I’ll definitely be going back! I highly recommend them!

Friendly people good prices

I am not from the area and my car started over heating my second to last day in town. When I first went in they were all booked up but told me they would take a look at it to help me out. We found the issue and they fit me in really quick to get me back on the road! Absolute life savers!!! And the price was completely reasonable and affordable. I can’t thank them enough!
