I LOVE PRECISION AUTO BODY, because Jason and his crew always treats me like family. They are honest, hard working and do great work, I never have to go back, especially Jason; he always gives me advice when I call...and my favorite part, they have loaner cars for when it might take awhile! Late on July 16th our Vans wheel bearing went out. The towtruck operator brought my wife and I here. We are from Ohio didnt know what to expect. First thing in the morning, they welcomed us and asked how they could help. In very short order, they got the part needed and got us back on the road. Very friendly and at a better than fair price. Would not hesitate to come back. Thank you precision.

Last Wednesday, June 12 I took my Malibu to this shop due to concerns with the way it was sputtering & jerking every now and then. One of the workers literally got in my car drove it for 25 seconds then pulled it back in the garage, hooked it up on their computer and told me I needed a new transmission. First, that was not on my mind so I asked him if he was sure or if there was anything else it could be. His answer was nope! That didnt settle with me. I was referred to Carls and was finally able to get in their today. The problem you ask: low transmission fluid. Thanks Precision for doing a lazy diagnosis & quoting me $1100 when it was less than a $70 fix. Would not recommend, at all.
