Today was my first time doing business with Vans Tire Pros of Alliance and Im so glad I went there. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and when I got there I was met at the door by the most friendly and kind hearted young lady who made my whole day with a few kind words. Vans Tire Pros They have great customer service . It was hard finding a tire shop equipped to work on outdoor power equipment tires .Bought a tube and brought the tire in the shop .I said ;can I leave it and pick it up tomorrow ? The person replied if you can wait 15 minutes ,we will have it done .Their good at keeping their word . Time was savedand the price was fair .Was able to get the work done at home and some other projects . Will be back ,what a great experience . Thanks to all of you ,work like that can only happen with team work .I plan to let anyone needing tires or repair work done on tires Vans is the 5 Star place to go.

I had a ungee cord stabbed into my tire. I took I took my vehicle to Vans Tire Pro in Alliance, Ohio. They were very professional and fixed my tire right away. I have always gone to this store for their professionalism and great customer care. I will continue to use Vans Tire Pros in the future for their great professionalism, great service, and great prices.

Doug Foor that works here is absolutely amazing. Call and schedule oil changes and tire rotation every couple months. Always get me in at earliest appointment. Great customer service by far.

I took a tire in to Vans that I thought needed replaced with a new one but they actually saved me $200 by just plugging my tire instead of trying to sell me a new one. I appreciate the honesty and customer service they provided me. I will definitely be back in the future!! Thank you guys!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they repaired quickly. I had purchased my tires there a couple of years ago and they repaired free of charge. I have purchased 3 or 4 sets of tires from them in the past and will most likely purchase my next set there. Always professional, and it’s done right!

They were very kind , personable, and fast. They did a great job with my tires. They kept the same policy as the owner before them who I bought the original tires from. They are honest , I will go nowhere else to help me with my wheels.

I brought two mickey Thompson slicks to be mounted and the sign says $15 each to mount, and was told it would be $59. When asked why I was told that the $15 was for smaller trailer tires and that slicks would be a pain to mount. After the person mounting the tires looked at them she said it would be fine and lowered the price to $30. About 2 hours later they were ready.. sometimes it is quick there and other times it takes hours to get tires mounted

Worked with Liz to get a tire replaced that was under warranty. They were able to get the tire within a day, checked up on the warranty, and service itself was in and out. I would highly recommend this shop.

Went to Vans for new tires and again when my tire had a nail in it. They make the process super fast and easy. Tires were affordable as well. Very nice people to work with.

Today I stopped at Vans since I had a flat tire. Even though I could tell they were very busy they worked me in and patched my tire and I didnt even have to wait long. The employees are always friendly at this location here in Alliance. 😊

Even though they were very busy, they helped everyone with what they needed. The manager Steve was very friendly and very helpful. He also explained all about the tires I purchased and they put on. He is an asset to the business, I am glad I chose to go there and I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone !!

Yesterday I was a walk in without an appointment. Asked if they would grease the hubs on my boat trailer before I pulled it all the way to Akron. They gladly did it so I had 2 tires that needed to be mounted onto boat trailer wheels. They handled that in no time. I expected the customary answer of can you leave it or an answer that it will be about an hour but nope. They worked me in between jobs. Grateful. Thank you. I will be back. Expecting FedEx to bring me another trailer tire soon.

Great tire shop. I’ve been there twice to have tires patched. In and out in less than 30 minutes and only $20.

They were able to fix my to mower tires & rotate my tires on my Jeep.. awesome customer service from friendly folks... the young lady working there needs a raise, she was hustling changing tires & treating the customers super well! I’ll be back!!!

I absolutely love the staff at Vans tires! Every time Ive ever had a problem, they fit me in and at times they were extremely swamped and I never had a long wait time! They work very fast, precise and never ever a question left unanswered! Theyre all extremely courteous, outgoing and professional! I enjoy going there its a wonderful atmosphere! And Ive never been turned away, even if it was at the end of the day. Thank you all! You take the misery of having trouble with a bad tire, not even matter at the end of the day!

I have taken all three of my cars there for new tires and have been very impressed with their customer service, prices, and speedy service. I especially like how they will rotate tires and fix flats for free if you purchase tires there.

I really love Vans Tire Pros, Ive been coming to them for a very long time. Very friendly and fast service and they make you feel they will take care of your issue. I would recommend them to everyone.

Use this place nearly everytime I need tire service. Find tires I need even if my budget is fixed at the time, have fit us in even on days they were closed because they were already there, fit us in 25 minutes before close to repair one, and even got a full set ordered a full set with lifetime rotations. Friendly knowledgeable people who work fast, and stand by their work. Sure you can save a little money at other places buying cut rate tires but youre going end up here having them fix them because you dont want them to keep going flat. And best of all its supporting small business that is definitely worth supporting. Dont take my word for it though, just stop in the next time you have a flat and I guarantee you will be back again and again like I have.

I got tires though another place and had an appointment to get them put on at vans they told me the appt. Was set for 930 am and should take about 45 mins. Crazy part was i was on time and they still took 3 hours longer than what they told me it was almost as if because i did not buy them there they just kept pushing me back and taking care of other people. Im fully done waisting my time and money here

Had something in my tire and was able to put air in it and get it to Van’s. And even though they had about 10 cars ahead of me, they were still able to fit me in for the repair. Saturday’s are tough to get you in but they always have time. Great and fast service.

I went to Vans because my coworkers suggested I go there because I needed tires for my truck. The truck felt like there was a broken belt and one of the tires.Liz came out and checked all my tires and found that the passenger side front tire had a bubble on it. I was prepared to buy all four tires but the tread on the other three tires were not bad at all and Liz was very honest with me and told me that there was no need to buy all four when I only needed the one.I thank BJ Goodwin for telling me to go to Vans and I thank Liz for being honest and not just selling me something I didnt need.Honest people are hard to come by these days I will definitely be returning to vans

I had a tire plugged and put back on my car but they didnt put the spare tire back away. They just threw it in the trunk.

They were very prompt and knowledgeable, and had my wife and I in and out within 30 minutes!

The people at Vans have always been extremely kind and courteous towards my family and I, as well as professional and quick in their work. I highly recommend them and have personally recommended them to my friends.

All the gas stations in the area were having issues with the Air stations so I called on a whim to see if they had time to check my tire pressures and Liz was very nice. Nit only did they take my car QUICKLY they rotated my tires and let me know my lugs were bad. So for $42 I had my tires rotated and all new lugs nuts on within 30 minutes as a WALK IN!!!!!

These guys get it. If Im not in a hurry they schedule me in, when I have a piece of equipment down they can help me get it going fast. They think and adjust, I really appreciate that.

Quick and reasonable price on mounting and balancing my tires the only problem was they forgot to give me my caps for my new Wheels afterwards and I have to make a special trip back just to get them about 20 miles away

Very friendly and professional staff. I like the fact that they actually torque the lug nuts to spec and not just overtorque them with an impact and round them off like a lot of places do.

Absolutely love this place went in to see what was going on with my car before going on a trip called on a wed had it in by 330pm that same night and was done and ready to go at noon on Thursday and was ready to go price was reasonable service was absolutely great as well u always hear of places trying to get extra money for stuff that doesnt need done and that was definitely not the case I will forever go to vans!!!!
