I’ve been taking my trucks to Ron’s for several years. Before I purchased my current truck, I brought Austin a few candidates He gave me an honest read on all of them and great bargaining points to take back to the dealership. I left the dealership feeling like I got a great deal and I haven’t had to use my AAA once! It’s been a great truck. I will not even consider buying another truck unless I can have Austin check it over first. They always do a great job and squeeze me in if I’m in a bind. The work is always great. Price is always fair. I’ve never had the same problem go wrong twice like I’ve had with other shops. It’s always fixed right the first time. And they always have a loaner for me when I need it. Even though I work in Pittsburgh, this is where I take my truck ALWAYS. I’ve limped it home from the gulf coast just to make sure the work was done by someone/place I trust. Rons Automitive has always taken great care of my family. We moved to Alliance a few years ago not knowing anyone. When we needed work done on our truck we were recommend to Rons. We were told the shop was honest and the price was affordable. Haveing been going there for years now I can attest to their honesty, fair prices, and quality of work.

The new owner, by the name of Austin, is extremely knowledgeable about all foreign and domestic automobiles. Repair rates are very fair. Has loaner cars available for use if you have to leave your auto or truck over night. He also sells new tires and can mount and balance them at same time.

This is the best auto repair service in the Akron-Canton area! They squeezed me in for a same-day appointment to fix my brakes right before the 4th of July holiday. I have used Rons Automotive Service before on a different vehicle and they always do an excellent job! And the staff was so nice about answering all my questions. Definitely recommend!!!

So A friend of mine had to take her car in for an oil change.. Was told needs timing belt replaced. Which can happen, however there wasnt any shavings in the oil to indicate the damage has been done quite yet. So now the rattling has subsided because she has the correct oil in the car. its fine thank god. But to the guy named Austin? Who told my friend she had to spend 7 thousand to get a new motor?????? I told her not to come back because from Ohio to Florida and all the cars Ive ever owned not one mechanic pressed me about dropping cash for new motor.. She wouldnt waste her time buying a new motor because who has the type of cash to just be throwing it around . I mean if thats the case she would just get new vehicle.. Or ReBuilt ... Motor. Like we do down south. Thanks.

Just picked up my car (brakes & battery). I found Rons (shout out to Austin) to be fair, competent and affordable. Communication was excellent. I wont take my cars anywhere else in the future. They earned my loyalty.

Taking the car into the shop had always caused me stress and anxiety. I was sent to Rons by someone that gone there and was happy. It has finally given me a place that I feel I can trust both in what needs done and what the cost is. They work with me to do what I can and make sure my cars are always safe and running.

I had my truck inspected yesterday because it was shaking badly in the front end. The owner and the employees made me feel important and not just a number. They checked it all over for me, including all my indicator bulbs, belts, and fluids. The owner went out of his way to quote me two types of tires, eplained the pros and cons of each type as they would apply to my driving and hauling needs. I feel very safe and confident with them! I will be returning for all of my vehicle needs from here on out!! Thank you all for providing such a quality and positive experience!!

We were in from Texas to visit family when a bearing went out on our van. We have a disabled son and need the van to transport him. I called my brother who lives in Alliance, and he said to bring it by, and we would take it to Rons. His shop was very busy. All bays were full, and they had others waiting. I did not think I would get it back until at least the next day since it was 12 pm when we got there. Not only did they get it done, it was exceptional work at a fair price. I now know why the bays were full.If I lived near there, this is where I would take my vehicle.

We somehow met our deductible for 100.00 on sway bar links. Its a 20 minute job. And i looked up parts and they are 13.00 a piece. So we will say 30.00 im parts and 70.00 labor for a 20 min job. Highway robbery. Had i known it was sway bars i would have done it in my driveway for 24.00. They agreed with the warrenty people. And did not call us before doing the work. Like we asked. So if the 100.00 deductible is cheaper then what they were going to charge. What the hell is your rate for labor? 20 min job ridiculous
