I had my Impreza hydrolock during the Ida Flooding. I called Ortiz towing and he came within the hour. Car was actually not ready to be towed. He had no issue rescheduling for later the same day, was on time, friendly, and quick. Great prices, great service. I will be using again if the need arises.

I called Luis to pick a vehicle up for me from Copart. Absolute professional. Made an appt himself and went and got my vehicle.
