I went to BA auto with my 75 year old dad to register a car. They immediately tacked on a 15 service fee before doing any work because I did not have my title with me, but I had proof of the title number from the previous original owner, my Mother. Anyway, walk in don’t pass go, pay $15 just so someone will begin to help you. No problem, dad puts down 2 fives and five ones. Then when the insurance company, “Allstate, not the General, sends her the documents via secure email, she refuses to open the documents, stating, “They want me to give them my personal information, and I’m not doing it.” Really? I thought BA Auto Notary Service was a business? No, problem. Will just take my Dad’s $15 and be on our way. Oh, what’s that? Non-refundable? You didn’t do anything. I’ve registered many cars, and I’ve never paid one cent until everything was finished. Plus, I gave her the option, Fax or email. She choose email.

Very professional. Answered her phone the first time I called and met me back at her office after hours when no one else was open or answering. I highly recommend using her services. She is very thorough and made sure we did everything the right way to be on the road legal. Ill definitely give her my business again.

This used car dealership is reslly good even though they were closing they still helped me and my family out and very good notary she will come out any time even if you dont make an appointment and come short notice and her office filled with people dont understand these negative reviews if u shop at a used car delar for a cheap price I dont understand why u think the car will be perfect shop at new dealer but was satisfied with my experience

I would never recommend this place, The don’t have knowledge of how act like a professionals. Don’t have costumer education. Lack of knowledge when it come to notarizing paperwork.

I went on the recommendation of a friend. I hoped this was a veteran friendly dealer who stood by there product. I purchased a car from them less than a month ago and Im back to taking the bus again today. Save your peace of mind and shop elsewhere. Veterans this is not the dealer for us. I have learned the hard way.

I bought a vehicle in January. In March I still hadnt received my title or my registration. Called them and got the run around. At the end of March only 9 days before my 90 registration is up I called them again because dmv had no record of this vehicle in my name still. The plate they issued me was a dead plate. I filed a police report against them for fraud. The next day surprise, after police contacted them, everything in the dmv database is now in my name for my vehicle. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service sucks. They DO NOT offer you any type of warranty. They DO NOT tell you what is wrong with the vehicles before you buy them. My truck had no front drive shaft which it is a 4 x 4 and we didnt know till about 2 weeks after we got it. We called them and they said they couldnt find it and that is why it was sold as is. You go around and around with them and their BS answers. They sell LEMONS and refuse to help you with issues. Never file paperwork. They took our money and didnt do what they were supposed to till I contacted the police. The only reason they have a 1 star is because there are no 0s or - stars

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst experience I ever had when buying something that is important in your life! I have been looking for a car for weeks, at first they seemed like professional people and willing to help no matter what. Boy was I wrong on everything! When I had first purchased a car I was told the lowest they could go was $2,400, but if I pay $2,600 they would do everything like the notary, tax, tags, inspection, etc. I was then told that I would have my car on a Monday (bought the car Saturday prior to that Monday). When Monday had came I was told work had to be done on the car, a loaner car was given to me to use in the meantime. The next morning I turned the loaner car on it DID NOT start! I had to pay $30 to get myself to work while their mechanic/tow service took all day to come jump the car, what a surprise the NEXT DAY after the jump the car DID NOT start again! I had to pay another $30 to get myself to work. They then gave me another loaner car which smelled like HUMAN URINE and the interior was an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, plus the gas gauge was broken! So I would have never known how much gas was in the car with the amount of errands and driving around that I have to do on a daily basis. After that, it had become constant excuses and phone calls as to WHY MY CAR COULD NOT BE IN MY POSSESSION YET! When the car had FINALLY BEEN GIVEN TO ME, what a surprise the NEXT MORNING (2.5 weeks in now) as soon as I put the car in reverse, the whole car shook and COMPLETELY SHUT OFF (WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR)! When I had called and told them about this, I had to make a visit to the lot again! At this point I was COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED and OUTRAGED! When I tried to discuss another approach with them, it led in to screaming and an argument with the owners. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for them to even speak with a customer that way! Eventually I was GRANTED to have a trade with an actual WORKING CAR 3 weeks later. Of course (AND MY FATHER BET HIS LIFE ON IT) when ANOTHER car was supposed to be in my possession, the radiator went on that car! They NO LONGER wanted to speak to me, nor did they even call me ANYMORE. They had their mechanic do their DIRTY WORK instead! Which the mechanic himself admitted to me that THEY KNEW ALL ALONG that the car I had purchased in the first place had a BAD TRANSMISSION, but they insisted on fixing it and selling it anyways. They think they can catch people with their SOLD AS IS POLICY, but clearly they must not know everything! NEVER EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM B.A AUTOS! I mean you can read the comment that the owners wife left back to a customer bashing her........how professional does that get!?!?!? Then she insisted giving her own UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, PIECE OF JUNK LOT 5 stars. Absolutely disgusted with them!

LEMONS, LEMONS, LEMONSBUYERS BEWAREMy daughter purchased a 2008 Nissan Sentra at this shabby used car dealer, 3 days after the Universal and ball joint fell off the car, had it repaired by my reputable mechanic, 4 days after she got the car back the clutch burnt up. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER, EXTREMELY ARAGANT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only reason they got 1 star was cause that was a minimum to post a comment. They get 00 stars.See you in court.

Never again. They milk clients for money by misdiagnosing problems.Had a problem with my vehicle that they claimed to have replaced a part even after most forums stated that all that had to be done was the cleaning of another part. Parts and overcharged labor after, i was forced to go to the dealer who made it clear that the part they claimed to have changed shouldnt have been changed and now was the cause of new electronic issues with my vehicle.Sought to get my part which they claimed one of their mechanics had misplaced. My car was dangerous and for two days of asking they finally told me they can do nothing for me since they dont have GPS Tracking on their employee .SIMPLY......DONT GO HERE !!!!!!

I will NEVER step foot near this place ever again. They are very unprofessional and their cars are not worth anything had to bring my car to other mechanics when B.A. Auto said they rice something and clearly didnt when I went to the mechanic they proceeded to tell me they get a lot of cars from B.A. Auto. But anyway let me start from the beginning.... I went to B.A. Auto when my income tax came in I needed a car I found a 2006 ford five hundred I immediately fell in love with it I took it for a test drive i immediately noticed grinding and alignment was off I took it straight to my mechanic and he checked it the engine and transmission were good but many things came up mostly all which could be fixed with the battery getting replaced and the traction control sensor I brought it back and when Mary found out I brought it to my mechanic she was upset she said it was against their policy to habe it checked or looked at by a mechanic but she offered to fix everything wrong with it. It needed tires shocks rotors sensors sway bar links and a battery ...the car had 3 18 inch tires and 1 17 inch tire this was to be fixed also. I was told they needed a week which turned into 2 weeks. I got the car they changed all my tired to 17 which the car requires 18 she said they couldnt find the rim and tired so they changed them. She then told me the battery just needed to be fully charged. I took the car and about a day later I was driving with my son who was almost a year and a half and it was raining a little as Im drinking the whole back end was fishtailing I couldnt control it very well and I didnt have anyone to call at the time so I barely got it to my mechanics and when I got it there they looked at it well apparently the mechanic who did my back shocks never put the bolts back on not even one bolt this could have killed me and my son. I immediately called her and told her and she told me I had to drive it there that they couldnt come get it (even though they have at least 2 tow trucks) so I had to carry my son all the way home so I could walk back to my mechanic and drive it over I was told it would be fixed within a week which turned into 3 weeks. I then picked it up to bring it for inspection and emission it passed emission but they wouldnt pass it for inspection because B&A auto put the wrong shock on the front passenger side which in turn messed up sway bar link worse then it was (the sway bar link that was supposed to be replaced but wasnt) I took it back and told Mary she said it would be fixed I got it back a week later brought it back for inspection he still couldnt pass it they told me they put the right shock on and the only thing that was changed was my sway bar link so the wrong shock was still on my car . At that point Mary kept trying to force me to sign a paper saying they wouldnt fix anything else I refused but I was so tired of the disrespect she had I ended up paying $250 to get the right shocks on i just wanted it done right . All in all she only replaced tires with a different size(which went bad not even 6 months of having them) and did 3 sway bar links and brakes even though she said she did way more.. so far replaced battery that only needed to be charged) had to get all new tires shocks inner and outer tie rods (another thing that was almost fully snapped) brakes another sway bar link all this that was supposed to be fixed by B.A auto oh and the traction control sensor was not replaced, and also came to find out that the body was held together by zip ties... I wish I could rate them at a zero their cars are unreliable and unsafe.........i told u what was wrong with the car mary asked if I would buy it if the problems were fixed the problems were not fixed. Also I havent had car for 8 months at all after how many months I come to find outsmart never put the registration on the new car and my lower back teaming arm was welded on and not replaced

We are the best small business car dealershipWe go out of our way to service all type of people from low income family to high income family. We worked with all type of income with people with Little Bit Of Money To Having Lot More Cash.With This horrible customers listed on my review page, they were very difficult customers to sink in any information been explained to them and of course making purchasing with really little bit of money. This terrible customers did not have enough money to spend on any vehicle that was been recommend to them. Therefore we had no other choice for them to pick out vehicle that they can afford so professionalism is not the case to their experience, Money Was The Big Issue Could Not Afford Vehicle Other Than The Vehicle That Was Told They Can Afford so they choose a one of those vehicles which was thoroughly EXPLAINED To Them Of Any Issues of that car that was chosen by them!!!!So In Nut Shell, This customers were VERY VERY Horrible To Deal And Explained to and if I scale them I will say they were Horrible customers to buy!!!

Worst place to buy a car people here really unprofessional and just money hungry not there to help people just want your money been scamming for 10 years I bought a car from them back in July 2018 needs $1,300 worth of work after I was told everything is good on the car I was lied to just to get money of me they people are scammers and will do anything to get your money I recommend no one to buy a car from here it’s not worth it.

Never use BA Autos for towing. Driver tried to get another job done before taking our vehicle to the garage. Got pulled over, cited for several violations, despite a 2 hour trip from Bethlehem to Allentown refused to give any discount. Poor service
