So impressed with the kindness and professionalism of all the staff here!! Made for an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists and the dentist was so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Kuperavage did a great job of explaining everything she was doing and letting me know what the plan of care was. She was very gentle and I couldn’t believe how quickly she was able to get my fillings done—didn’t feel a thing!! She made sure all my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest or like my concerns weren’t heard. Thank you for taking the time to put me at ease and address all my questions!! Lexi the hygienist also did a great job as well and was very kind and personable. Very impressed with this office—would highly recommend!

I have been going to Hamilton dental design since they opened and I have always had a wonderful experience. It’s wonderful to see how the practice has grown in the five years that I’ve been going there and everybody is so friendly, kind, and helpful. I always feel well taken care of and cared about everyone’s truly genuine and supportive. Great atmosphere when walking into the office. They got me back right away. The dental hygienist Rachel pretty much explained everything she was doing throughout my whole visit. The massage chair is an excellent bonus while you’re getting your teeth done. Overall great experience and that says a lot when it comes to the dentist.

My husband and I recently had our first visits here and we both had a wonderful experience. We moved from out of state a few years ago and unfortunately haven’t been to the dentist since moving to PA. The dental hygienist and dentist were so friendly and completely non-judgemental. The front office staff are so nice and professional. The office itself is updated with new technology. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area!

Throughout my childhood I visited the same dentist faithfully. He was my mother’s childhood friend and they grew up next door from each other. As an adult I have sought (without success) a dental practice worthy of a long term commitment of care. I have visited several over the years, and never found any worth staying. This past Tuesday, I visited Hamilton Dental Designs as a new patient. All staff members are personable and genuine. Rachel introduced herself and welcomed me, Karen patiently explained my treatment plan from the insurance perspective, and Melissa, the RDH I saw was warm and kind. She reviewed my films, and carefully explained future care. On this date, I also saw Dr. Brooke Kuperavage. She was pleasant, competent, and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. I believe I may have finally found the practice to build a lengthy relationship with for my dental health. Thank you.

Went for my first appointment today and was treated exceptionally well. from the front desk, the hygienist, and dentist all were kind and informative. I have never had such a great experience at any dentist before. everything was explained to me in great detail.i would recommend to anyone over and over again !

Dr. Gil and his staff are super friendly and accommodating. I called in the morning to report tooth pain and Dr.Gil saw me the same day and fixed my issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and simply good at his job. The patient care here is extraordinary. The girls at the front desk always have a smile too. My husband and I love it here. First impression of Hamilton Dental Designs was amazing! The office is clean and well set up & the office staff is very welcoming. The patient room had two (2!) tvs .. one set up to watch while sitting, and one on the ceiling to watch while laying back. I thought that was an amazing touch and would certainly be helpful for those not comfortable at the dentist. the exam chair was also a massage chair !! my hygienist Melissa was super nice and she explained everything she was doing as she started. She took up close pictures of my teeth and explained any spots that would be cause for concern while reviewing the pics with me. the doctor was just as nice and informative. Would highly recommend HDD !!

Ive lived in the Lehigh Valley for 16 years and have been to several area dental practices and have had many dental issues. None even come close to Hamilton Dental Designs. I see Dr. Gil and no other dentists can compare to him . Not only does he have sharp skills and knowledge but is very compassionate and personable. Wouldnt want an other dentist to work on my mouth.

Nobody likes going to the dentist... right? Wrong! This practice is enough to completely change your mind. From the incredibly welcoming staff, who bend over backwards to ensure your needs are met, to the comfort of the actual exam rooms (THEY HAVE MASSAGE CHAIRS!), you could not ask for a better experience! And that was all before my appointment started.It was a completely painless process and they made sure I was informed at every step. I understood completely and felt like I could make well-informed decisions about my own health. What else can I say? I am telling everyone I know about this office!

I really thought I loved this place- but after over a year process of clear aligners (which was supposed to only be a few months, as they told me), I will never reccomend them to anyone I know again. It took me over a year to get into the final steps of my clear aligners when they initially told me a few months, first because of shipping issues and then the assistants could never get my impressions right. Now, after spending THOUSANDS of dollars and over a years time in this process, the cheap retainer that they gave me completely broke in half by having it in my pocket! Not even like it was broken by another object. Just in my pocket. If you want to fix your teeth, DO NOT GO HERE go to an actual orthodontist!And they wanted to charge me over $100 for a new one. Now, since I dont have the extra $ due to being on maternity leave my teeth have completely shifted back to the original state even wearing my broken retainer and I wasted thousands of dollars and so much of my time. They do not care about anything but the $. I even reccomended 4 people to go here and now they have stopped going because they see that they only care about money and dont truly care about the patient!

Dr. Gil and his staff have always been courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I first met Dr. Gil a few years ago when I had an emergency dental situation and he worked at a dental practice Northampton County. When he opened Hamilton Dental Designs I decided to follow him even though his practice is located more than 20 miles from my home because of his personality, skill and knowledge.

I’ve already left a review but I feel another is necessary.I found out I needed an implant on a broken front tooth last year which was of course stressful to hear, but I knew I was in good hands. Due to some issues surrounding placing of the implant, Dr. Gil referred me out to a surgeon to have the implant put in. Once it healed, I returned to the office to have the crown placed. I now have a beautiful crown that was seemingly done with ease, and honestly looks nicer than my real teeth!Working with Dr. Gil through this process alleviated so much stress off of me. He truly takes his time to ensure the result is always perfect, no matter how many times it takes. I appreciate his “Type A” personality, his patience, and genuine kindness.Dr. Gil and his entire team were nothing but helpful and supportive from beginning to end. I went to the practice for the past 3 years and starting with the staff all the way to Dr. Gil (same doc the entire time i was there), this is a top notch dental office. They had late appointments which was necessary for me. I was working at LVHN and this office accepts the insurance. I had Dr. Gil make me a mouth guard to help me from grinding on them at night, as well as get fluoride treatment. This was my every 6 month routine. I have referred a few people here and they have all had similar awesome experience. Thank you Dr. Gil and staff. Dr. Gil sits down, looks over your dental needs and explains everything. Wonderful and professional staff. Even when things were a bit behind schedule today (which happens when providers are not willing to compromise quality for time) every staff member was apologetic and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and kept me informed. When it was time for my work, I didnt feel as though it was rushed to catch up. It was the same high quality work I have come to expect from this practice. This is the first time things have been slightly behind in my 3 years of coming to this practice. I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice and would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

He listens to your needs, completes his assessment and goes over in detail with you the reccomended plan of action. (I have a few things I would like to have done to improve myself).They are great, they work with you and your insurance. They strive for your comfort and each appointment stress and pain free.If you are like I used to be....full of anxiety to go to the dentist...You must go see ...and experience, for yourself. I had an appointment today with Dr. Gil alongside his wonderful assistant, Hannah, to have my wisdom teeth removed...awake! My mother and I have been patients of Dr. Gils practice for a couple months now and I will say it has been the best orthodontist practice we have ever been to. The staff is abundantly friendly, professional, hospitable, and willing to go the extra mile. The office is kept in pristine conditions with a homey vibe. Dr. Gil and his team do an excellent job making you feel more then just a patient. They take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and try their best to fulfill them. One of the best assets of this practice to my mother and I, is Dr. Gil being bi-lingual. I have been my mothers interpreter ever since I adapted to the English language, therefore she needs me for all her appointments. The fact that I know I can drop her off and have her feel like I never left is stress reliving. I came to Dr. Gil as a new patient for my regular 6 month cleaning. I had no dental issues or pain. Dr. Gil said I needed a crown on a tooth and a small filling on another tooth. Both were done poorly. Dr. Gil cut my lip and broke my crown. Dr. Gil also had to redo my filling. I went to Dr. Gil with no symptoms and have had ongoing pain for nearly 6 months since he did work on my teeth. I have contacted the office several times about the pain, but their response was I should go see a specific endodontist, who just happens to be his wife! Yes, as the other reviews say they are very nice at the office. However I expect quality dental care in addition to nice office staff.

I wouldn’t even give them a star but you can’t leave a review without it. This facility can’t even schedule appointments properly. They make you wait months for your appointment and upon confirmation of your appointment they blame you when they make a mistake. They don’t speak in a professional manner. The only way to get people into this place is with bells and whistles and TVs on the ceiling. Dental care was terrible as well. Because of their negligence and misdiagnosed “grinding of teeth” my child ended up with cavities because they weren’t properly cared for. I don’t know any other place that bribes children with fancy toys to get them to brush their teeth either. Found a much better facility that corrected all the mistakes Hamilton Dental Designs made and the experience was fantastic. Should be called Sham-ilton Dental Designs.

Top notch dental care! Needed a new dentist after moving back to the valley & my previous dentist is no longer at their office. Dr Gil did screenings at my child’s preschool last year & the kids really liked him & his staff. Had a great visit, very relaxing environment. They take their time with their patients, aren’t rushed or pushy as some offices can be, and provide a written estimate of fees for any potential work you may need (helpful for FSA budgeting!). So, really happy I came to see them!

I am going here in hopes of really toning down or eliminating my awful snoring with a custom fit mouth guard, the staff is so very nice to deal with especially Emily and Dr. Gil is wonderful, knows his stuff and listens to you and we are working together and seeing progress, highly suggest you go here if you are thinking about it!

I’ve always been someone who hates going to the dentist, but this was by far my best dentist experience ever. I relocate a lot with work and don’t usually get personalized attention or advice that I feel like I can really trust, but between Melissa and Dr. Gil, I felt like family. Since a young age I have been scared of the dentist, as I feel most people are, but there is no reason to be with an atmosphere that Dr. Gil and his staff create. I truly cannot say how lucky I was to be referred to this dental practice. I will be telling all my friends and family to choose Hamilton Dental Designs!

I have to say that this was the most enjoyable trip to the dentist that we have ever experienced. My husband is a new patient and needs quite a bit of dental work so he was a little uneasy coming in as he didn’t know what to expect. From the staff in the reception area, Dr. Gil’s assistant, and Dr. Gil himself we were treated with nothing less than stellar treatment. The exam was comprehensive and Dr. Gil explained in full detail the best treatment plan to get my husband smiling again. The staff was extremely interested in getting the treatment plan scheduled quickly (as we have a wedding coming up in February) and working with our insurance to maximize our benefits and minimize our out of pocket expense. I will be scheduling appointments with Dr. Gil for our daughters as well as myself. Words can’t even express how impressed we are with everyone we met and how comfortable and beautiful the office is. Please do yourself a favor and make Dr.Gil your new dentist!

I have had many dentists over the years. The last one I had was COMPLETELY awful! I became completely terrified of even mentioning making an appointment. I skipped going for 3 years because I would cry the second I had to go.Dr. Gil and his staff were mentioned to me by many different families. I called Dr. Gil with my concerns. He took the time to come into the room, explain the process of what he was going to do, and he even listened to my irrational fears. Dr. Gil and his team performed a retreatment of a root canal that was botched (literally why I was scared), and the care they took in making sure I was comfortable was unbelievable!! They talked me through the entire process while it was happening. I recently went back for a cleaning, and again... the process was unbelievable!! If you need anything done, go to Dr. Gil!!!!

Had my first appt there today. I was looking for a second opinion as the treatment advice I got at a different dentist didnt seem to make sense. The want to do a root canal on a tooth that doesnt need it and then upsell me on additional unneeded services. Dr. Gil asked lots of questions and then listened to my answers. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Gil.

Without a shadow of a doubt Dr Gil is the best dentist I have ever been to, he is not only extremely good at what he does but explains well what needs to be done, what hell be doing and what the next steps are. He is very reassuring and kind.All of the staff are super friendly, kind & knowledgeable, from Karen at the front desk to Melissa the Dental Assistant.The office is impeccable, new, very clean, very modern.With a passion I hate, and I mean hate, going to the dentist, Im a big scardy cat, but with all of the visits I had in a short span of time Dr Gil & his team helped me though everything and I couldnt be happier with the results. Im a little less afraid about going to the dentist now, but I know when I do need to go next it will be here, even if I move many states away!

These people are the nicest youll ever met! Very professional, kind, and considerate. I would reccomend this dental office to anyone. The patient offices are super clean and nice. The chairs massage you and theres a TV in every room, even on the ceiling.
