I went on Friday to get acrylics done for back to school and my senior picture. It was my first time every getting acrylics done and they came out HORRIBLE. the design i originally asked for was hot pink v tips. all of the v’s were uneven and some nails were crooked. i went back to get them fixed later that day after she completely messed up my first set and still charged me $70! after removing the gel she changed them to a white french tip but was rushing the entire time leaving my nails bumpy and not shaped correctly. i am extremely disappointed not only with the fact that how uneven they were the first time but how after when it was time to fix them she was rushing the ENTIRE time and still leaving them just as worse as the first time.. not only did i waste money but my whole day being left with HORRIBLE looking nails to start school.

Really don’t go if you don’t want to be mistreated and experience the worst customer service ever.I did an appointment, arrived in time and a couple people came after me and they attended them before, I waited and needed to wait for long and finally decided to leave because it was too much.They don’t care about customers. They just acted like I was nobody.Waiting and seeing how they place people ahead of me. And when I asked them, they responded in a bad attitude like those people where exclusive to them and I needed to wait.Really worst experience ever, mistreated, and at the end just lost all my time.

I scheduled pedicures for me and my friend and when we got there the only chairs open were on opposite ends, so we couldn’t even sit together unless one of us wanted to wait 15-20 minutes for another chair to open. When you schedule an appointment to get pedicures together the point is to, oh idk, do it TOGETHER 😂 Instead we had to text the entire time since we had to sit so far from each other. At the end they did move her next to me when the chair was free. The pedicure itself was decent, not bad but not amazing. The workers were all nice and I can tell they felt bad for the mistake of not saving chairs together for our appointment. All in all the experience was so so.

As a person of color, I was not welcome. Im an educated individual who teaches positive life skills within the Lehigh Valley. This nail shop made it clear, with the rude reception I received, that they were hoping I leave, or maybe they were intimidated by my presence as a professional. My Pedi was fabulous! I got a dip powder manicure last week Sunday. It’s expensive and it’s supposed to last 3 weeks to a month and mines starting chipping 2 days later. Bad quality and service, I won’t be going back to that place!!!!

Terrible!!! Got white French tips guy messed up and cut me twice. Then used a sticker instead of drawing a small flower...the nails were uneven and it cost wayyyyy to much I got home and removed them terrible terrible service.

Really cool, relaxing atmosphere to come in from the shopping center. Quyen was soft spoken, attentive, and did an exceptional job. FYI: I love their chairs! I was greeted w/ smiling technicians when I walked in and asked for a manicure. I didn’t wait too long before someone was available but saw that they got busy after me. Book your appointments to see their awesome staff and arrive early to feel relaxed and receive great service!

Terrible service. Scheduled an appointment and then when I showed up they told me they don’t have me in and the receptionist was very short and then locked the door and never came back out until five minutes later. Told us to wait to see if someone doesn’t show and then she would only take 1 out of the three of us and then they became so rude and started yelling at us. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They don’t even deserve a one star. They were not accommodating at all and didn’t even apologize.

Fast service for two pedicures on a Friday afternoon. Everyone was very friendly and extremely skilled - best calf and foot massage I ever received! My feet look and feel amazing!

I always have a great experience whenever I come here. Theyre fast and professional. My fingers and toes always look great when I leave. My pedicures last a month and my gel manicure last 3 weeks! Very happy here. Theres never a wait and their prices are decent too.

UPDATE: I PUT IN A SUGGESTION TO GOOGLE THAT THEY CHANGE THE HOURS TO CLOSE AT 7 SINCE THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOING ISSUE.Ive been coming here for a long time. I called to make sure I can get in at 715 to 720, they said yes, and I got there at 718 and they had already locked up and the lady was walking out and just shrugged her shoulders at me and said they were closed as Im pointing at the 8pm on the sign right next to the door. They just lost a very valuable customer.

I waited one hour for a refill and they didn’t even attend me and they had people available. They prefer to do pedicures, than the people that come first to do regular nails. I don’t recommend this place at all. Worst place I could ever go. I felt discriminated in this place, because they know I’m a Latina they made me wait, is not fair. Never come here. If could give 0 stars I would have.

Not a great place to get your nails done. They filed so hard I bleed and if you are like me, this is not the place for design; from simple to rhinestones, they are more of a simple manicure place, that leaves your cuticles sore. Youtuber Jaimee Dianna stated Luxury Nails in Allentown Pa was very good for the same price you pay here. Nailed it!😉😇💕

Dont show up at 7:30pm! There hours are until 8:00. I called and asked whats the latest time I can get in. The woman on the phone told me 7:30. Well, she lied and I drove all the way over! I have been going for 6yrs. They lost a customer

This was honestly the worst place I have ever been to. Me and my daughter went to get our nails done. I let my daughter decide what she wanted first and then I chose to get acrylic nails. I saw that the nails were just $30. But they charged me and extra ten , but I said ok. I tried to explain what I wanted and then they explained what they had, I said alright and they laughed in my face. I felt very disrespected and I ended up getting my nails done somewhere else. My daughter did her nails but she told me she wanted to just get up and leave. They did a bad job on her nails and the service was not good. I would never come here again and I dont recommend anyone else to do so.

Worst place ever!!! I went over there with my daughter and not only they had us waiting for half an hour but people without appointments walked in and they were sitting them while we were there waiting. They are RUDE and instead of providing you with a pleasant time they made me so angry. I would never go back and won’t recommend it at all!! That’s it!

Very rude, waited almost an hr to get nails done. when they were done was very pretty but lasted only 1 1/2 weeks before my nails broke off and i have all real nails. really mad because it take a while for my nails to grow now i have to start over. never ever going there again. went there cause it was close i will drive out the way from now on

When walking in, I expected a great experience. We had spoke to our nail technician that we had a flight to catch at 245, it being 115. They completely changed their demeanor, saying there was no way they would be able to fit in the SNS manicure and the pedicure they had just started. Ok, we said, no problem. Let’s just get the gel instead. That would be faster. Five minutes go by, “no, we don’t have time for that either. There isn’t any time to do both if you need to be out of here by 245.” Granted we had over an hour left. Ok, no problem, let’s just get the pedicure. I mentioned that I had problems with ingrown toe nails and that it was painful when pressed down on. She ignored me, causing me to flinch more than a couple times and didn’t try to clean it up or fix it as most nail technicians do. We had finished with 50 minutes to spare, so we went for lunch with the remaining time. The paint job isn’t great, with paint still on my toes. Cant say we will go back. Disappointed. I thought I was treating myself before heading back home. So much for that.

Will never go there again! I went in for a mani with dark red polish on knowing that its difficult to remove and a professional would do a better job. The lady I had probably soaked my nails for 1 minute and left all the dark red polish around my cuticle/nails and fingers. I wanted a soft beige color and you could see the red all around it. I asked her to either clean off the red or give me a dark red again and she was pissed. They have the worst attitude. They even had the nerve to say that if I wanted to switch color again it would be an extra charge. This isnt the first time this happens to me at this place (I shouldve learned my lesson), it happened to me before when I went in with black polish. If this is a professional nail place they should be able to soak my nails for long enough that they could scrub off any color dark or not and give me a clean mani which was all I wanted. If I could clean my nails perfectly at home how could they not be able to do this simple task that Im paying for. The only nice lady I had a few times in the past was Anita. Shes very polite and does good job otherwise this place simply sucks and thats an understatement. I also recently referred a coworker there and she said she sat there for a long time and no one even acknowledge that she was there.

Went here today and had the worst manicure in my life. I was a walk in but they took me right away. I told the woman that I wanted a gel and would like a design. She got defensive that I wanted a design. She didnt ask if I wanted to keep the length of my nails, but cut them all down to the shortest one. She rushed so much that I didnt have a chance to tell her please dont cut them. Then the manicure itself. Every time it was time to put my hand into the uv light she pushed it quite forcefully out of her way. I was doing eveything in my power not to say something about her pushiness so I didnt notice how sloppy of a job she was doing. When I left the salon there were globs of top coat on my cuticles and coming off the sides of my nails. She didnt get any polish on the corners of my nails. The design was done so sloppy that if she hadnt told me she was doing a flower I would not have known what it was! I called as soon as I realized how bad of a job she did and they offered to redo them. The girl who redid them did a much better job, still not what you would expect but much better nonetheless.

I haven’t had all bad experiences but this mani pedi I just had was awful. My hand is literally bleeding she would not put down the clippers even after I said it hurts.

I never wait and the ladies always do a fabulous job. They dont rush or skimp on polish and my nails always look great.
