This place is the best! No matter which technician I get it’s always top quality and done correctly. After every other place I went to my manicure is always peeling and distressed after a week. Not with this place! I won’t go anywhere else for my gel manicures. The dip manicures are also done correctly; can’t say enough about this LA nails!

First time there. Got a same day appointment. The tech did a fantastic job with shape, color, etc of a gel manicure. Also last minute stayed after hours to switch color on toes to match and took time to file, etc as well. Couldnt of asked for any better service or quality

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. There’s nail polish all over my fingers, and the staff has no customer service skills whatsoever. At the end, i discovered my simple removal of polish and then manicure was $20. None of the nails were even and the polish that made it onto my fingernails was streaky and uneven. Do not go here, save your money. I will not be back.

My nails look great! I rate this 5 stars. Bryan was my favorite. He was concentrated and did my nails very good!! I definitely recommend coming here!!

I checked things out after that article in the morning call and pleased to find out that they are all independently owned. This is NOT the salon that used bad chemicals. I personally made sure that the products used there are of top quality and hope this good review sends many happy customers there way!!

The salon itself is beautiful, the work they do...not so much. My nails look terrible and if not for the fact I believe theyd make things worse, Id go have ask the chipped GEL paint fixed. I wont be going back.

Horrible customer service and sloppy work. I was just at LA Nails for a gel mani on Wednesday afternoon. Later that day the gel peeled off of 1 nail. Because I was out of town until Saturday, I came in on Saturday. They said they have to put acrylic because the nail was broken and that’s why it came off. They put the acrylic and polished the nail. I asked them if I had to pay and they said yes they charged me $3 for the the acrylic saying that even if I came back that same day they would have charged me. Now it’s nothing about the $3 but, customer service goes a long way. I would have rather gave that money as a tip to the nail tech. Either way, they lost another customer.

The staff is welcoming. The environment is clean, inviting & spacious. Be very specific as to what you want because that price increases with even as a minute task as a cut down or a reshape!

Rushed service. 48 dollars for a gel French pedicure. No leg massage. French tip is not looking like a French tip should. The place is very clean. But I definitely wouldnt recommend.

Ok as a shopper I expect great service when i go places. Usually when i go somewhere and the service is not good i dont return. However, i returned to this establishment and to my surprise i actually had the opportunity to work with the same young lady. The experience was a good one and she did a fabulous job on my nails. I have found a nail salon that i can go to on a regular basis. Thank you for making my customer experience personalized.

My daughter and I scheduled an appointment to have our nails done together. I scheduled our appointment at 10 a.m. that day for a 5:15 appointment. They sat us on opposite sides of the room about four rows away from each other. And my nail stylist kept huffing and puffing getting annoyed and rolling her eyes. I was not moving around that much. Terrible service and rude. The rating on my full set of gel nails, scale of 1 to 10, I would write them up as a 6, and Im being nice. The price isnt bad, but you get what you pay for.

If you can avoid this place - you better do it, if you are a cheap customer, like you need manicure only, than every one who should be serving you will walk away .. It happen to me, I was waiting way to long and all of servicing stuff.. was on lunch! I need to wait till they will be done eating.. Absurd, discrimination and poor customer service! Shame to La Nails with service like that!!

Pretty good nail salon I like it

I didnt enjoy my experience at all. I made an appointment at 3:00, but didnt get helped until about 4:00. And then, when she started, she only put 2 coats on. That isnt going to last me long, because the last gels I got lasted a month and a half. Then, some of the nails are bumpy and rough.

I didn’t have the best experience. My nail technician spent 5-10 minutes looking for my color before telling me I had to pick a different one, caused two of my fingers to bleed from the cuticle while trimming them, and her long nails pinched and even cut me while she was trying to paint the nails. However, the experience depends on the technician, so I would go back and try someone else

Nice nails, service is extremely slow so much so that I had to find another place to do my nails quicker!!

I waited over an hour in the pedicure chair before my pedicure was even started. They started a woman who came after me, before me. When the woman finally started mine, she asked if I would mind if she switched with another woman, who took another 10 mins to come over to me. Th new woman rushed through the entire thing. My feet are not soft and the polish is bubbly. You can see she globbed on the topcoat. AND to top it off, they charge extra for the massage you get sitting in the massage chair. Never going back!! Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten.

Its ok the service is slowly going down. I have experienced good and bad service here. I had a French manicure and didnt stay on for a week then went back and had 3 ppl working on it and looked unkept. On top of that they charged me to get a regular fill and gel polish that same month. So I spent over a $100 which was ridiculous..

Good service but can become pricey. I can get a refill and gel paint for almost $20 cheaper in the city.

The guy who did my nails made them completely uneven. Did not try to fix it. Would not recommend. Not careful and overprice for a Poor job.

Uneven on each nail with the polish and the shaping plus they left the ends sharp and missed some spots with the polish.

Over priced for a gel mani and pedi. The people were nice , but the mani was not that good

Never going back. Had acrylic nails put on. Now they are starting to break off. People were rude and didnt care. Price for getting them done was outrageous. Was a bad experience.

I havent been here. However, just an FYI the owner was cited by the PA State license board for having MMA. Check out (Morning Call Watchdog) Google MMA if youre unsure. Most likely used in acrylic nails. Im sure other artificial nail salons are using this. They fill their bottles with this solution because its cheap but could be dangerous for your nails..beware.
